Diversos ciudadanos de Lima tienen adversidades en los servicios básicos del hogar. Problemas comunes como el atoro de inodoros, una volada de fusible e inclusive daño que imposibilite realizar su vida de manera cotidiana. Así mismo, hay muchos trabajadores informales que pueden dar solución a estos problemas. Las cuales son personas que viven del día a día, y mientras más trabajo tenga, mejor calidad de vida podría alcanzar.
Por ello, el objetivo de nuestro proyecto es conectar a estos dos segmentos, a través de una plataforma web, donde podrán encontrar personal capacitado para lo que se requiera. Los proveedores del servicio decidirán entre dos tipos de suscripciones mensuales / y por el lado de los clientes, pagarán una tarifa plana para la revisión de sus problemas.
Se tiene la convicción de la viabilidad de este proyecto, basados en los resultados de la investigación de mercado, focus group, entrevistas a expertos y resultados del concierge.

Concierge medicine is a model of care in which patients pay an upfront annual membership fee to belong to the practice. In return for the fee the doctor is contracted to give the patient a more dedicated and individualized model of patient care. Concierge medicine was created out of the frustrations primary care physicians felt towards the restrictions place on them by insurance companies. Physicians want to be able to practice good medicine and not be buried in tedious paperwork that restricts the amount of time they can spend with patients.
Physicians benefit because they able to spend more time with their patients, allowing them to establish relationships with their patients. Physicians are actually able to practice medicine and worry less about restrictions placed on them by insurance companies. They can practice preventative care which is a crucial part of their job. Their incomes are also protected because their salary is not regulated by the number of patients they see a day and the number of tests and labs they may run. Most importantly, physcian’s are much more satisfied with their jobs because of the time they are able to spend with the patients.
Patients benefit even more than physicians. They can have long conversations with their physicians, rather than being rushed. When they need to see the doctor, patients are able to make same day appointments and avoid long wait times in the waiting room. Patients have 24/7 access to their physicians, so whenever a question or issue comes up, it can be addressed. Patients receive preventative care, to be proactive in preventing bad health outcomes for the future and undergo less unnecessary testing.
There is much controversy with concierge medicine because many feel it is not ethical to provide better care for those who can afford concierge medicine. Proponents of concierge medicine argue that it is affordable to people from all socioeconomic statuses. Critics believe that concierge physicians are denying care to people of lower socioeconomic status, but most concierge physicians have a form of scholarship care in place for people who cannot afford the fee.
While there is much controversy surrounding concierge medicine, there is not concrete evidence that is benefits patients or causes harm to the health care system. Many studies need to be done to determine its benefits. It is known that it does leave patients feeling much more satisfied with the quality of care, than when they received care in non-concierge practices. The real issue that needs to be addressed in the health care system is how to provide a quality of care similar to that provided by concierge physicians for everyone.

En la actualidad, la educación en el mundo viene viviendo un continuo desarrollo y cada vez nos presenta mayores opciones que satisfacen las necesidades de los usuarios. Una de estas necesidades es la adquisición de juegos educativos de calidad. Son los niños los que llevan a cabo uno de los aprendizajes más destacables. Es en esta etapa cuando se ven grandes progresos en el desarrollo psicomotriz, por lo que para facilitarles el desarrollo de estas habilidades es recomendable brindarles juguetes que les motiven a poner en práctica lo aprendido en el colegio. El objetivo de este proyecto es proveer en el mercado limeño una opción válida de compra y reparto juegos educativos en el canal presencial y canal digital. Con ello les presentamos un formato didáctico para comprar un juego educativo de calidad y además ofrecer al usuario la opción de que la entrega sea a domicilio. Para la sustentación de este proyecto se han realizado múltiples experimentos. En primer lugar, se ha logrado validar que de verdad existe la necesidad antes comentada. Luego, se validó las posibles soluciones y el plan concierge del proyecto. Finalmente, lo que nos resultó más importante fue validar el canal de atención y comunicación con nuestros clientes; al igual que validar las intenciones de compra. Con lo descrito líneas atrás, ponemos a disposición de los lectores tomar como ejemplo nuestro proyecto para futuras ideas de negocio que puedan ser sostenibles en el tiempo y que sean innovadoras en todo sentido. / Today, education in the world has been undergoing continuous development and presents us with ever-greater options that meet the needs of users. El mundo digital está en continuo desarrollo y cada vez nos presenta un cumulo de opciones que satisfacen las necesidades de los usuarios. Una de estas necesidades es la adquisición de útiles escolares y de oficina de manera rápida y segura. A todos nos ha sucedido que requerimos de un material escolar de forma inmediata y no tenemos un lugar cercano donde comprarlo, es por ello que se creó una idea de negocio que satisfaga esa necesidad. Esta idea fue llamada UtilYa.
El objetivo de este proyecto es proveer al mercado limeño de una opción válida de compra y reparto de útiles escolares y de oficina de manera virtual. Con ello les presentamos un formato didáctico para comprar útiles y les ofrecemos nuestro servicio de entrega a sus domicilios.

Design and Development of a Concierge Bot Concept as Proof of ConceptJose, Minta 02 November 2023 (has links)
In the world of Artificial intelligence, chatbots are a very useful application for the humans to receive answers quickly and solve their problem. However, it has been observed that various departments within a company have diverse use cases or domains, which has contributed to the rise of chatbots. Owing to this, it will be challenging for customers to find the most suitable chatbot for their concern but
also to place these chatbots that are geared toward external customers on a single webpage. This thesis has proposed the idea to develop a Concierge bot as a proof of concept and offer the best outcomes in all feasible circumstances as well as the practical potential in order to prevent these problems. In this project, a Concierge bot has been implemented that can access the NLUs of the client bot and route customers to the right client chatbot based on their requests. The Cognigy platform was utilized to develop the client chatbots, including the Concierge bot, and an external Concierge service (Azure Function) was used to send HTTP requests to numerous client bots concurrently. The obtained results in terms of performance with various client bot responses and customer interaction are quite promising. The successful implementation of the proposed idea has also brought up a variety of opportunities and challenges for the subsequent work.

increased unemployment and the precariousness of the bonds. Within this reality,
increases the service delivery sector and the number of occupations in poor
conditions. Also increases the demand for services developed during the night. The
exercise of this journey is seen as normal, but they forget that humans are not
nocturnal animals, just need to adapt to this schedule, which can be harmful to their
health. Changing the sleep-wake cycle causes physical and mental problems. Many
professions have been surveyed at night, yet the lack of research on a work night
and monotonous, like the concierge staff, who carry on the eve of public property,
indicated the need to search this reality. Our study was based on the reports of this
category of employees Proguaru AS where we work as a social worker. We used
qualitative research technique and how to collect oral history topical information in
order to evaluate the perception that those workers have to their profession. The
content of this wear was evaluated in the activity of agents concierge and social
determinants which influenced the choice of office and those who lead them to
continue to exercise it. It was also clear that the central act of the work occupies in
their lives, indicating the need to think about social policies that intervene in the
impacts of such a work process / A globalização econômica com suas transformações no mundo do trabalho acarreta
o aumento do desemprego e a precarização dos vínculos. Dentro desta realidade,
amplia-se o setor de prestação de serviço e o número de profissões exercidas em
condições precárias. Cresce também a demanda por trabalhos desenvolvidos no
período noturno. O exercício de tal jornada é visto como normal, porém esquecem-se
de que os homens não são animais noturnos, logo precisam adaptar-se a tal
horário, o que pode ser prejudicial à saúde dos indivíduos. A alteração do ciclo
vigília-sono acarreta desgaste físico e mental. Muitas profissões noturnas já foram
pesquisadas, contudo a carência de investigação sobre um trabalho noturno e
monótono, como dos agentes de portaria, os quais exercem a vigília do patrimônio
público, indicou a necessidade de pesquisar tal realidade. Nosso estudo teve como
base os relatos desta categoria de funcionários da Proguaru S.A, empresa na qual
trabalhamos como assistente social. Utilizamos pesquisa qualitativa e como técnica
de coleta de informações a história oral tópica, a fim de avaliar a percepção que os
referidos trabalhadores têm de sua profissão. O conteúdo avaliado mostrou o
desgaste presente na atividade dos agentes de portaria e quais determinantes
sociais influíram na escolha do cargo e aqueles que os levam a continuar exercê-lo.
Ficou clara também a centralidade que o ato de trabalhar ocupa em suas vidas,
indicando a necessidade de se pensar em políticas sociais que intervenham nos
impactos causados por tal processo de trabalho

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito ver la viabilidad de negocio de una plataforma virtual que sirva para conectar a docentes y padres de familia que deseen adquirir servicios de reforzamiento escolar para sus hijos que se encuentran en esa etapa. Lo que ofrece la plataforma a los clientes es una experiencia rápida y útil para satisfacer sus necesidades, teniendo como objetivo facilitar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes con profesores con experiencia en los cursos que dictan.
Para la sustentación de este proyecto, se realizaron distintos experimentos para la validación del problema, el modelo de negocio y el plan concierge del proyecto. Los resultados de dichos experimentos sirven para validar la idea de negocio y comprobar la hipótesis sobre la cual el proyecto basa sus estrategias. En los últimos apartados del documento, se aprecia la proyección que se realizaron a las ventas, el desarrollo del plan estratégico, los planes operativos, de marketing, de recursos humanos, de responsabilidad social y por último el análisis financiero para la viabilidad del proyecto.
Con todo lo mencionado en líneas atrás, el grupo de trabajo pone a disposición de los lectores tomar como ejemplo y guía nuestra idea de negocio y proyecto para futuros proyectos sostenibles en el tiempo e innovadores. / The purpose of this research work is to see the business viability of a virtual platform that serves to connect teachers and parents who wish to acquire school reinforcement services for their children who are at that stage. What the platform offers customers is a fast and useful experience to meet their needs. The connection we offer aims to facilitate student learning with qualified teachers with experience in the courses they teach.
To support this project, different experiments were carried out to validate the problem, the business model and the project's concierge plan. The results of these experiments serve to validate the business idea and verify the hypothesis on which the project bases its strategies. In the last sections of the document, the sales projection, the development of the strategic plan, the operational, marketing, human resources, social responsibility plans and finally the financial analysis for the viability of the project can be seen.
