Main goal of this paper is to define a solution for employee training and development programs. The goal is accomplished through formulating of project management plan and specifications of requirements and software architecture.

Cette thèse porte sur l’étude des processus de formation par les expériences de voyage en Extrême-Orient. En procédant à un détour "au plus lointain", la recherche travaille par le voyage, les passages et les transitions réalisés par contact et expérience de l'ailleurs, mais aussi avec le retour dans le quotidien. Ainsi, la recherche veut contribuer à l'élaboration d'un modèle de la transformation de la vie adulte dans un contexte de mondialisation. Empiriquement, la recherche repose sur l'étude d'un parcours de vie, celui d'un adulte né en France dans les années 1970, en procédant selon une méthodologie d'enquête qui croise les entretiens biographiques visant la narration du parcours de vie, et les entretiens d'explicitation pour l'exploration de moments singuliers. Le rapprochement fait au final entre "pratiques du voyage" et "pratiques réflexives" aboutit à l'élaboration d'un cadre pour repenser les pratiques d'accompagnement dans le champ de la formation professionnelle / This thesis is a study of the transformation processes undergone by a Western adult, in the first half of his life, after a series of trips to the Far East. In making a detour "to the most distant," the aim is not to think the training process with reference to the extraordinary journeys or the unusal trials, regardless of the everyday life. Concisely, the connection made between "journey paractices" and "reflexive practices" leads to the formulation of a framework to think the initiated transformations and to structure accompanying practices in the field of vocational training. Emprirically, the research is based on the study of the journey of life of an adult born in France in the 1970s. The whole study is fulfilled according to a survey methodology called "biographical explanation." The used methodology consists of crossing biographical interviews -the narration of the life course in its different periods- and the explanation interviews to explore the unique and special moments

Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPES / This study aimed to analyze the design and practice of school organization developed in the field of Education Bachelor's Degree in 2008 and 2012 at the Federal University of Sergipe. The study object was the course referenced from the concern that the same curriculum requires a specific dimension dedicated to the work processes from the context of land reform and traditional territories. Our research hypothesis was that the development of the course took place in the midst of many contradictions between the proposed and carried out according to the material conditions of the students and the university's own structure. This analysis was structured from rough qualitative research with the critical perspective of the dialectical historical materialism studies. This was a case study where we analyze from the categories contradiction and overcoming all the constituent elements of the training proposal. The study was structured from the content analysis of documents and interviews with graduates in order to find answers to the proposed objectives. This research is part of the project under development by the Centre of Education - OBEDUC / CAPES / MEC, where the UFS is a signatory. It is expected to contribute to the construction of knowledge in the area and create opportunities new demands in the world of educational research field. / Este estudo teve como objetivo analisar a concepção e a prática da organização escolar desenvolvido no curso de Licenciatura em Educação do Campo no período de 2008 a 2012 na Universidade Federal de Sergipe. O objeto de estudo foi o curso referenciado a partir da preocupação de que o currículo do mesmo requer uma dimensão específica voltada para os processos de trabalho a partir do contexto da reforma agrária e dos territórios tradicionais. Nossa hipótese de pesquisa foi a de que o desenvolvimento do curso se deu em meio a muitas contradições entre o proposto e o realizado de acordo com as condições materiais dos estudantes e da estrutura da própria universidade. Essa análise se estruturou a partir de pesquisa qualitativa aproximada com a perspectiva crítica dos estudos do materialismo histórico dialético. Tratou-se de um estudo de caso onde analisamos os elementos constituintes da proposta de formação. O estudo se estruturou a partir da análise do conteúdo dos documentos e por entrevistas com os egressos a fim de encontrar respostas para os objetivos propostos. Esta pesquisa é parte do projeto em desenvolvimento pelo Observatório de Educação – OBEDUC/CAPES/MEC, onde a UFS é signatária. Espera-se poder contribuir com a construção do conhecimento na área e oportunizar novas demandas no mundo da pesquisa em educação do campo.

TITLE: Education of skating for preschool children AUTHOR: Lada Žáčková DEPARTMENT: Physical Education Department SUPERVISOR: PaedDr. Ladislav Pokorný ABSTRACT: This master thesis mapping of skating lessons for preschool children. It's include specific preschool age, education concept, training and movement preschool children, methodics of skating and skate's preparations of lessons. The aim of this work was mapping of teaching basic skate's elements which it's organized different institutions, whether the children achieved comparable results, if they have same items and same level from beginner, whether proposed model of instruction used in other skating sports and if they reach a certain level of skating. On the basic of finding, coach's experience and literature it's suggested optimal model 's education of skating for preschool children, which it's verification and comparing in practise. Work is based on a questionnaire survey among coaches and experiment in this age group. The results of my work responded positively to the requirements.
