Skolininko patikimumo vertinimas / Debtor creditability evaluation

Finansų rinkos yra svarbi ekonomikos dalis, atliekanti vieną svarbiausių ekonominių funkcijų - perskirsto laikinai laisvas lėšas tarp ūkio subjektų ir kartu įtraukia į investavimo procesą skolininkus. Suteikus paskolą, atsiranda rizika, kad skolininkas neįvykdys savo įsipareigojimų. Vienas iš būdų šiai rizikai valdyti yra skolininko patikimumo vertinimas. Paskolų teikimas yra svarbi banko veikla, nes didžiausią įtaką bankų pelningumui per pastaruosius metus turėjo didėjančios paskolų portfelio pajamos: per 2005 m. paskolų suma mln Lt padidėjo 40,93% daugiau lyginant su praėjusiais metais, o per 2006 m. - pasiekė 96,17% lygį nei ankstesniais metais. Didėjančios paskolų portfelio pajamos lėmė 382,3 mln. Lt, arba 48,6 proc., didesnes nei 2005 metais grynąsias palūkanų pajamas, palyginti su 2005 metais, bankai gavo 100,3 mln. Lt, arba 25 proc., daugiau grynųjų paslaugų ir komisinių pajamų, todėl kiekvienam bankui svarbu tinkamai valdyti kredito riziką, kad išvengtų nuostolių dėl blogų paskolų suteikimo. Tai paskatino giliau panagrinėti esamą situaciją, kuri parodo, kad Lietuvos bankai susiduria su kredito rizika ir, kad nuostoliai susidarę dėl blogų paskolų gali skaudžiai atsiliepti skolintojams. Vienas iš kredito rizikos mažinimo būdų yra tinkamas skolininko patikimumo vertinimas, kuris banke turi didelės įtakos banko užimamai rinkos daliai, bei jo pelningumui. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / After the bank gives a loan, the risk of not pursuing the liabilities comes, so it needs to be reduced. One way to manage this risk is debtor credibility evaluation. Research object: debtor credibility evaluation. The objektive of this paper is to analyze debtor credibility evaluation and evaluate enterprise “Fausta” evaluation using debtor credibility evaluation models. Debtor credibility evaluation model is made from debtor financial rates and their intake methods. The most analyzed intake methods in science literature are linear discriminant analysis, logit, probit methods; the least used: neural networks, decision trees. In this work debtor credibility evaluation models are analysed, they are classified according to two criterions: qualitative models (descriptive) and quantitative models (estimated). Both classification models can betters evaluation debtor credibility. The following models are used to evaluate enterprise “Fausta” credibility: qualitative models: 6C ir SAPACTRPS and quantitative analysis models: Tafler (1974), Springate (1978), Lis (1999), Shumway (2001), Altman Z modelis (1968), Ohlson (1980), Fulmer (1984). Research of enterprise “Fausta” shows, that bank can give a loan. Qualitative analysis models give qualitative information about debtor’s experience, skills, and purpose of the loan. Along with the Internet and the increased flow of information that follows, it’s now a fact thateveryone have the ability to publish information that could theoretically reach hundreds ofthousands of people. Several studies point to similar problems and believe that Internet usersgenerally lack the knowledge required to assess the credibility of various web content. Thismeans that the need for a tool to help users with web credibility assessment have never beengreater. With this report we try to study the effects this kind of tool would have on the usersand to what extend they are affected by it. We have performed a quantitative survey study inwhich the majority of the questions concerning which one of two news articles therespondents considered to be the most reliable. This was done in between two groups thatwould act as control groups for one another. They were also unaware of each other’sexistence and the respondents were recruited voluntarily through Facebook. The study showsthat visual representation of articles web credibility has little to no effect on the subjectsresponses apart from two major genres. Future studies should examine these specific genresand their impact on web credibility assessment.

全球的電視新聞文化現今都已偏好聳動的主題及令人目眩神移、訴諸感官刺激的綜藝化製作方式。台灣的電視新聞綜藝化自壹週刊、蘋果日報在台出刊後更加明顯氾濫,這種辛辣聳動的刊物成為各家電視新聞台的重要新聞來源。此外,過多的24小時新聞台為了搶收視率亦在視聽覺吸引及口語報導方式上無所不用其極的“吸睛”。值得一探的是,觀眾對於這種綜藝化播報方式的觀感究竟如何,而此種播報方式對於其電視新聞可信度又是否會有影響。 本文從不同變項探討現今台灣電視新聞綜藝化手法對大學生評估新聞可信度的影響及觀感。除人口變項外,亦討論媒介使用習慣、媒體素養與電視新聞可信度評價的關係。研究結果發現,一般來說,媒體素養越高的受測者對台灣電視新聞可信度評價越低,也較不喜歡看綜藝化手法製作的電視新聞。此外,本文除討論現今常使用的綜藝化手法所引發的新聞可信度評價影響,亦發現大多數綜藝化手法應用於硬性新聞較應用於軟性新聞播報中引發較低的新聞可信度評價。 / The phenomenon of infotainment tendency in TV news broadcasting has been rising globally. Taiwan is no exception since last decade, especially a turning point that Apple Daily first published in Taiwan. This sensationalism- oriented publication has become an essential reference for TV news producers and resulted in a revolution of TV news in Taiwan, which from content to format presentation have become relatively infotainment- oriented. The excessive 24-hour news channels is another cause of the infotainment phenomenon in Taiwan, which results in a vicious viewing rate competition. In order to draw audience’s attention, each channel tries hard to be “eye- catching” to please audience instead of providing substantive information. This study investigated the effect of the current prosperous infotainment tendencies in news broadcasting in Taiwan on college audience’s evaluation and perception of TV news credibility through different variables. In addition to demographic investigation, this study also conducted research on the correlation between audience’s media literacy level, media use habit and TV news credibility evaluation. It is found that respondents with more media understanding are more sensitive and critical to the infotainment issue in TV news. Moreover, the results showed that the infotainment applications used in hard news generally lead to lower TV news credibility than used in soft news. The findings of this study contribute reference to the news discipline for TV news producers in Taiwan.

This diploma thesis combines the method of monitoring the social impact with the phenomenon of the credibility of non-profit organizations. According to the results of public opinion polls in the Czech Republic, confidence in non-profit organizations has been low for a long time. Lack of transparency and low awareness of the activities and principles of non- profit organizations can be reasons for distrust in non-profit organizations. This thesis aims to present a method of monitoring the impact of those who do not yet know it using a manual based on the results of action research and thus contribute to greater transparency and better presentation of results and later greater credibility of organizations. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with trust and credibility, the method of monitoring the impact and the introduction of the non-profit sector of the Czech Republic. Emphasis is placed on a multi-sided view, practical examples, and data support. The empirical part of this work uses action research and human-centerd design to connect trust and credibility with the method of monitoring the impact in the sphere of non-profit organizations.
