Item's OAI Record identifier: oai:bdtd.ufpa.br:304 / This qualitative research of orientation Phenomenology, existential gestalt, tries to reveal some meanings attributed to the phenomenon of the abuse sexual inside family, through a case study in that the informer, of the 9 to the 11 years, were been victim for the father and still today, in her existential field, she is influenced by the existence of that experience. The violence against the child, in their several modalities, is a problem of public health and of relationships between family and who takes care the child. In if treating of the sexual abuse, in that the aggressor is the responsible for the primary cares, usually, there is denial for the victim, aggressor and the family, and almost always, it happens, involving more than a violence modality. Same not having a consensus among the authors, it is puts in prominence the noxious effects of those events on the health psychic, occupational, physics and the victims' of the development. The data were collected in ONG Republica of Emaús including reading of documents, informal reports, participant observation and interview with the adolescent, being this last one, the main appreciation source. The analysis of the interview conjugated, insofar as possible, the theory of the interpretation of Ricoeur, some concepts of the gestalt-therapy as the one of contact, illustration-bottom, and psychological nutrition and of the Occupational Therapy, as areas, components and the performance contexts. Of the interview were created units of significance that orientated the reflections concerning the meanings of the adolescent's speech. Some results are: presentation of the weight of the existence of the sexual abuse some times as evidence sometimes as bottom; repercussions owncontact without functionality and contact with the other; in the own-image, selfesteem and in some acting areas: learning and socialization. The creative adjustment can be identified in the opening in revealing the experience, what suggests expansion of their contact borders. A conclusion that the study reach, was about the adolescent's relationship with the father that still, she stands out while an open gestalt. / Esta pesquisa qualitativa de orientação fenomenológica existencial gestáltica, procura desvelar alguns significados atribuídos ao fenômeno do abuso sexual intrafamiliar, por meio de um estudo de caso em que a informante, dos 9 aos 11 anos, foi vitimizada pelo pai e ainda hoje, no seu campo existencial, é influenciada pela vivência dessa experiência. A violência contra a criança, em suas diversas modalidades, é um problema de saúde pública e de relações interpessoais entre família ou cuidador e a criança. Em se tratando do abuso sexual, em que o agressor é o responsável pelos cuidados primários, geralmente, há negação pela vítima, agressor e a família, e quase sempre, ocorre, envolvendo mais de uma modalidade de violência. Mesmo não havendo um consenso entre os autores, a maioria destaca os efeitos nocivos desses acontecimentos sobre a saúde psíquica, ocupacional, física e desenvolvimental das vítimas. Os dados foram coletados na ONG República de Emaús abrangendo leitura de documentos, relatos informais, observação participante e entrevista com a adolescente, sendo esta última, a principal fonte de apreciação. A análise da entrevista conjugou, na medida do possível, a teoria da interpretação de Ricoeur, alguns conceitos da gestalt-terapia como o de contato, figura-fundo, e nutrição psicológica; e da Terapia Ocupacional, como áreas, componentes e os contextos de desempenho. Da entrevista foram criadas unidades de significação que nortearam as reflexões acerca dos significados do discurso da adolescente. Alguns resultados são: apresentação do peso da vivência do abuso sexual ora como figura ora como fundo; repercussões disfuncionais de auto-contato e contato com o outro; na auto-imagem, auto-estima e em algumas áreas de desempenho: aprendizagem e socialização. O ajustamento criativo pode ser identificado na abertura em revelar a experiência, o que sugere expansão de suas fronteiras de contato. Uma conclusão que o estudo apontou foi sobre a relação da adolescente com o pai que, ainda, destaca-se enquanto uma gestalt aberta.

Neste sentido, propôs-se como problema a seguinte questão central: no período de 2005 a 2010, como aconteceu a participação das escolas públicas de ensino fundamental localizadas na cidade de Breves-PA na rede de enfrentamento da exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes? A pesquisa objetivou analisar as ações realizadas pelas escolas públicas localizadas na cidade de Breves-PA que estão voltadas ao enfrentamento da exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes a partir das propostas de enfrentamento apresentadas para a instituição escolar pela política pública, discutindo categorias fundamentais como currículo e formação de professores. A metodologia utilizada consistiu nas pesquisas bibliográfica e empírica, através do uso de entrevistas semiestruturadas devido ser o instrumento que permite o acesso a gestores escolares, coordenadores pedagógicos e professores para o conhecimento de suas ações e interações no que tange à temática do enfrentamento da exploração sexual. De um universo de dezoito escolas de ensino fundamental localizadas na cidade, foram escolhidas duas, uma escola de 1º ao 5º ano e outra do 6º ao 9º ano, por apresentarem no período de 2006 a 2010 ações pedagógicas estratégicas que envolveram alunos em diferentes faixas etárias (dos 06 aos 14 anos aproximadamente), bem como toda a comunidade escolar na prevenção da exploração sexual. A seleção dos entrevistados ocorreu mediante o contato com os sujeitos das escolas, a qual focalizou aqueles informantes com participação direta nos projetos de intervenção. Por isso, selecionou-se 02 (dois) gestores das escolas, 02 (dois) coordenadores pedagógicos e 06 professores. A análise do material obtido nas entrevistas foi feita mediante o instrumental teórico-metodológico possibilitado pela análise de conteúdo, tendo como pano de fundo o arcabouço analítico proposto pelo materialismo histórico-dialético. O referencial teórico utilizado para análise segue as pesquisas realizadas por Azambuja (2004), Brino e Willians (2003 e 2009), Brino (2006), Faleiros (2004), Fraga et al (2008), Franzoni (2006), Leal (2004), Libório (2005, 2006 e 2009), Rocha (2010), Sanderson (2005), Santos (2007), Silva (2007), Viodres Inoue & Ristum (2008) e outros pesquisadores que tratam de currículo, formação de professores e do enfrentamento da exploração sexual de crianças e adolescentes em redes de proteção, com destaque à atuação da instituição escolar. Os resultados da pesquisa demonstram a participação das escolas de ensino fundamental no enfrentamento da violência sexual (abuso), sem interferir significativamente nas situações de exploração sexual. Os casos de abuso, quando identificados ou relatados pelas crianças, são comunicados ao Conselho Tutelar. Para as suspeitas de exploração sexual não é feita a notificação a esse Conselho, mas tão somente em algumas situações conversa-se com a família, que geralmente nega a existência das mesmas e se omite dos processos de resolução. Os currículos das escolas contemplam as temáticas do abuso e exploração sexual de forma disciplinar, através de planos de curso e de aula, bem como de forma interdisciplinar, através de projetos de ensino-aprendizagem. Estes projetos são realizados durante um período do ano, mas as escolas pesquisadas buscam imprimir um caráter de realização permanente. Por fim, a formação de professores para o enfrentamento da exploração sexual não tem chegado a todos os/as educadores/as, muito menos ao contexto escolar, englobando efetivamente uma parcela bem pequena destes, privilegiando mais diretores e coordenadores pedagógicos. / This research chose as the object of analysis the participation of public schools in elementary school located in the town of Breves-PA network to fight the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. In this sense, it was proposed as a problem the following question: in the period 2005 to 2010, as did the participation of public schools in elementary school located in the town of Breves-PA network to fight the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents? The study aimed to analyze the actions taken by public schools in the city of Breves-PA that are aimed at coping with the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents from the proposals submitted for coping the school by public policy, discussing key categories such as curriculum and teacher training. The methodology consisted of literature and empirical research, using semi-structured interviews because it is the instrument that allows access to school administrators, coordinators and teachers teaching to the knowledge of their actions and interactions in relation to the theme of child sexual exploitation. From a universe of eighteen elementary schools located in the city, were chosen two, a school of 1st to 5th grade and other school of 6th to 9th grade, for presenting in the period 2006 to 2010 shares teaching strategies involving students in different age groups (from 06 to 14 years approximately), as well as the whole school community in the prevention of sexual exploitation. The selection of interviewees was through contact with the subject of schools, which focused on those respondents with direct participation in intervention projects. Therefore, we selected 02 (two) managers of schools, two (02) educational coordinators and 06 teachers. The analysis of material obtained in the interviews were conducted with the theoretical tools and methodological enabled by content analysis, with the backdrop of the proposed analytical framework for the historical and dialectical materialism. The theoretical framework used analysis follows the research conducted by Azambuja (2004), Brino and Williams (2003 and 2009), Brino (2006), Faleiros (2004), Fraga et al (2008), Franzoni (2006), Leal (2004), Liborio (2005, 2006 and 2009), Rocha (2010), Sanderson (2005), Santos (2007), Silva (2007), Viodres Inoue and Ristum (2008) and other researchers dealing with curriculum, training teachers and child sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in safety nets, especially the performance of the school. The survey results demonstrate the participation of elementary schools in combating sexual violence (abuse), without interfering significantly in situations of sexual exploitation. The cases of abuse, when identified or reported by children, are reported to the Guardian Council. For suspicion of sexual exploitation is not made the notification to this Council, but only in some situations conversation with the family, which generally denies the existence of these and it omits the processes of resolution. The curricula of the schools include the issues of sexual abuse and exploitation in a disciplinary manner, through travel plans and classrooms, as well as an interdisciplinary way, through collaborative teaching and learning. These projects are conducted over a period of years, but the schools surveyed seek to print a character of permanent realization. Finally, teacher training for child sexual exploitation has reached all / the teachers / them, much less to the school, effectively covering a very small portion of these, focusing more directors and coordinators. / UFPA - Universidade Federal do Pará
