No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2015-10-07 / The Psychological Attendance shown as a possibility to overcome limits that psychotherapy has, by meeting the person at the nearest time the lived experience of suffering appears. Direct contact with the practice of Emergency Psychological Service made us see the real needs of the users of that service to be heard by a psychologist, as a form of support to deal with end of life situations. We highlight their historical background, especially the psychological counseling that was developed in the Psychology Institute of the University of São Paulo. We have come to call the historic building of the duty in several contexts in which it was deployed to present its most important features. The theoretical basis of Emergency Psychological Service is the thought of Carl Rogers. He refine his understanding of clinical, leaving a model driven and trained wich reflect the ideas and client's feelings for the offering of conditions that facilitate the therapeutic change answers. To support the epistemological target, we use the ambiguous phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty considering the overlap of man in the world and proposes as a new ontological project. The notion of ambiguity can be understood from the words meat (Chair) and chiasm. The word Meat can be understood as an undivided being of the body and being of the world. The chiasm designates the inside and the outside articulated each other. He's entanglement and reversibility, able to overcome the opposition of reflection. Both emphasize the mutual constitution of man with the world. This research aimed to investigate the ambiguous status of the psychological clinic, observed in the locus of Emergency Psychological Service to this end, we consider necessary to identify the experience lived by the patient, to understand the lived of the experience from the professional on duty and analyze the constitution of this service. We opted for a qualitative methodology through the phenomenological analysis of content. We used open interviews to understand the experience that was lived in the Emergency Psychological Service calls. We interviewed five psychologists who attended in the Emergency Psychological Service, to which the ethical aspects of the research were garanteed. We discussed the analysis of the results of the interviews, which gather the contents in units of meaning into three general units that were deployed in eleven other subunits of specific sense. The first general unit presented the patient's experience served in psychological duty that, in general, is in a crisis condition in their suffering. In the second, the duty physician experience which is a surprising relationship with the Emergency Psychological Service, with fear and admiration. Finally, in the third, we analyze the psychological duty service as a process that has its own characteristics and its relationship with psychotherapy. Thus, it was possible to understand the Emergency Psychological Service as a privileged locus of psychology clinic which takes own development and can significantly contribute to the Psychology. Keywords: Psychological Attendance. Carl Rogers. Merleau-Ponty. Phenomenology. Ambiguity. / The aim of this thesis was to understand how the heritages presents in the conscience of the residents of Sabará. For this, the work was based on the Stein and Husserl Phenomenology, by the analysis of the experiences and the spiritual world. Because it is a metropolitan patrimonial city, it was assumed that the metropolizationimpacts on the affective valuation of the heritages. In order to unveil all the "Sabarás" that exist inside the municipality and to understand the heritage appreciation and the affective valuation of the heritages, were applied questionnaires having the census tracts as unit of calculation of the samples; semi-structured interviews based on oral history; recognition walks on the various districts; and what was called "community mediation" - activities carried out with young people. All the material was transcribed using content analysis for interpretation. Finally, a great deal of information was spatialized in diverse thematic maps, producing the valuatorycartographs of the heritage, both in the scope of heritage valorization and affective valuation, taking into account diverse criteria. The patrimonial fragments, when affectively valued, are constituted as a cultural heritage or formation objects, which contribute to human and community development. In the first part of the thesis the phenomenological theory was deepened, and then, in the second part, started the analyzes of each district. The third and last part is dedicated to the heritage analysis by the entire municipal context already understood.

The meaning and significance of the body's own health care provider to care for another who is dying: an approach in the light of Merleau-Ponty.

FundaÃÃo Cearense de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Cientifico e TecnolÃgico / In this study, it is intended to understand the proper body of the health professional when taking care of the other one who is dying. Its goal was to grasp the senses and the meaning of the proper body of the health professional in the process of caring/taking care of the other proper body who is dying within the hospital context. To build intimacy room in the hospital to hear the testimonies of the health professionals about their experiences in taking care of the other one who is dying. To reach that, it was chosen to use a qualitative approach, within the existential phenomenology, which includes the understanding and the interpretation of the meaning, considering the subject as a historical-cultural being who captures the senses and the meaning of the perceived world. It was carried out interviews with ten professionals defined as subjects of study. The interviews presented mainly the following questions: How did you decide to take care of the terminal patients? How do you perceive your body when you take care of terminal patients? After the transcriptions, the testimonies were individually analyzed rescuing these themes: Perceptive Conscience of the body, the place the body occupies in the world, limits of the existence in the body. The analysis aim was the hermeneutical reflection about the phenomenon, grasping the senses and the meaning: the proper body of the health professional in a perspective of this very body as conscience, that continually needs to be taken care of. Therefore, there is a body that directs itself embodied the world, to another elected figures in the funds, before the possibilities that the medium offers and positions that the body takes on this. When the body becomes the "point of view of the world" rather than an object, the structure of space-time existence is reawakened perceptual and objective thinking is usually deleted. There is a conscious intentional restructuring that enabled the development of technology for interdisciplinary care of the body as consciousness by the dynamics of the senses, using the existential phenomenological method in the light of Merleau-Ponty.

Araújo, Juliana Lima de 27 November 2015 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-30T00:02:51Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2015-11-27 / This research aimed to understand the lived of adolescents diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity (ADHD) from theoretical frameworks of the phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty and phenomenological psychopathology Arthur Tatossian. Qualitative research was conducted using the phenomenological method inspired by the mundane phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty. Eight Adolescents were individually interviewed of both sexes, aged 11 and 18, starting with the triggering question: How you feel about live with the disorder attention deficit hyperactivity disorder? They were found from those indicated by the snowball method and the adolescents themselves chose the locations of the interviews. From the emerging themes in the interviews was part listed the following categories: 1. Understanding what is ADHD; 2. Experience of having ADHD; 3. Difficulties in the learning process; 4. Medication; and 5. Interpersonal relationships. Most respondents described difficulties in sustaining attention, especially in school activities. Hyperactivity was described as an experience in which the world was experienced as slower, which could cause them to times when rushed in actions and thoughts produced with little connection to each other. They described problems with self-esteem, which increased the personal insecurity, particularly in studies and social relationships. The predominant form of treatment was the use of Ritalin and was also cited psychological accompaniment and the presence of tutoring. Framing an understanding of ADHD and understanding of the lived himself was important for adolescents because it favored a change of perspective, a focus before only in passing the disease to consider the individual capabilities. In this research, the perspective of Phenomenological psychopathology allowed to look at the intersection between theory and practice, considering the knowledge already built about ADHD with the uniqueness of living of adolescents. Consider the field of inter-subjectivity is to recognize that there is no an individual who exists in itself, and thus there is no absolute and isolated ADHD in the world. Fenomenologia do corpo vivido na anorexia nervosa / Phenomenology of the lived body in anorexia nervosa (Inglês)

Silva, Marcia Helena Nogueira da 03 October 2018 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-30T00:31:53Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2018-10-03 / This research aims to understand the experienced body experience in anorexia nervosa, investigating the anorexic phenomenon in the body lived by taking as theoretical reference the philosophical phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty. The relevance of this theme consists of the fact that anorexia nervosa has been consolidating itself as a serious psychiatric disorder, being the third most common chronic disease among female adolescents and the pathology with the highest gross mortality rate among all Psychiatric disorders, with high risk of suicide. Considering a look at the phenomenon of anorexia nervosa beyond the nosological criteria, our research signals the need for a rupture with the dichotomous perspective of pathology, as it is coming into contact with the experience experienced by patients Anorexic, we favor a look that sees man beyond an object and perceives it in his mundane relationship, traversed by the historical, ideological, cultural aspects, among others. Seeking to achieve the objectives proposed in this study, we carried out a qualitative research from the critical phenomenological method inspired by the phenomenology of Merleau- Ponty and proposed by Moreira. For patients interviewed, anorexia nervosa is an experience that sometimes becomes difficult to access, because they cannot understand in many moments their body beyond an objectified element in which the pathology is signed and expressed. By perceiving the body as a thing, the incised of the possibility of an intent, disregarding the interweaving of man and world as a space where they can experience their experiences. Some of the speeches brought by the patients present a lack of knowledge about anorexia, not only for them, but for everyone with whom they relate; The fact that they are in attendance puts them in front of the food, element with which they do not want to relate, in which they feel challenged and fearful of the possible weight gain; The fragile physical condition that anorexia imposes them puts them in a position of certain impotence in the face of life, functioning that is also traversed by the emotional issues involved in the pathology and a way of seeing the body in all the nuances and possibilities That the illness promotes, thus highlighting the experience of an ambiguity lived in this body. In this way, we conclude that a look at the anorexic body from a phenomenology of the body lived in the philosophy of Merleau-Ponty will have relevant contribution in a new mode of understanding of anorexia nervosa not only in the perspective of a disorder Psychiatric, but as a phenomenon that crosses the living of the subjects as a condition of possibility of being able to exist in the world. Keywords: Anorexia nervosa; Phenomenology; Merleau-Ponty; Body lived; Anorexic lived experience. An Approximation with the Existential Phenomenology of Jean-Paul Sartre (Inglês)

Botelho, Isabel Maria de Araujo 29 October 2018 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-30T00:32:02Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2018-10-29 / This research conducted a study about the experience lived in Contact Improvisation by performers and creators, addressing it as a "dance of situation", a constituent and expressive space of subjectivities. The purpose of this research was to understand how the being-in-theworld expresses itself by the Contact Improvisation in the light of Jean-Paul Sartre's existential phenomenology. Therefore, the sartrean philosophy and the poetic of contemporary dance treated by Laurence Louppe and José Gil sustained the main reason used. From the understanding of the French philosopher that the being-in-the-world is the one that protrudes itself beyond the world, constituting a possible field in order to build and transcend that same world, I point out that the dancing guy is the one who creates the movement and interacts in the world through his experience lived in dance. In this view, the being-that-dances-in-theworld acts by his expression and movement, therefore, Contact Improvisation dance was presented in the research as dance situated, an interaction mode of the being with each other and with the world, in which intersubjectivity and intercorporeity are created, moved by the subjective and meanings expressed in the act of dancing. The empirical research was established through the participation of four subject dancing, which reported their lived experience in dance. Through the use of biographical or progressive-regressive method of Sartre, the reports were analyzed and interpreted in the light of the sartrean situation concept, which covers other concepts involved in his philosophy. As results, the research assumes that, while dancing, the being-in-the-world presents and means his existence, therefore, the project of being-that-dance-in-the-world is a composite mediated between the facticity and contingency of the situation and the singularity of the For-itself in its movement of perpetual transcendence. As final considerations, the research exposes the creations in dance performed by dancing subjects as presentification, transcendence and ressignification of their lived experiences. Another consideration in the survey expressed that, by experience of Contact Improvisation, dance is situation, and enhances a space of self-knowledge and self-listening and the other, which demonstrates the importance of this practice for contemporary society. Keywords: dance of situation, body, being-in-the-world, Contact Improvisation, Jean-Paul Sartre. Fenomenologia clínica da perda da evidência natural no mundo vivido (lebenswelt) esquizofrênico / Clinical phenomenology of the loss of natural evidence in the life world (lebenswelt) schizophrenic (Inglês)

Pereira, Juliana Pita de Albuquerque 29 October 2018 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2019-03-30T00:13:38Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 0 Previous issue date: 2018-10-29 / The loss of natural evidence stands out in clinical phenomenology with schizophrenia developed by the German psychiatrist Wolfgang Blankenburg. He is interested in understanding the phenomenological experience with his schizophrenic patients due to his experience in the clinical follow-up of these patients, as well as to realize that in schizophrenia the loss of the natural connection between the patient and other persons is identified, being this connection defined as natural evidence . This doctoral thesis in cotutela aims to present the clinical phenomenology of the loss of natural evidence in the life world (Lebenswelt) schizophrenic having the philosophical phenomenology of the ambiguity of Maurice Merleau-Ponty (1908-1961) as a comprehensive and critical lens. The phenomenological experience is understood by Merleau-Ponty in the interweaving between man and world, that is, from its facticity. Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology of ambiguity presents mundane man as an absolute source, putting his experience above scientific representations and proposing that to return to things themselves is to return to the pre-reflective world, prior to knowledge as it is experienced. This thesis is divided into six chapters and methodology. The first three chapters consist of theoretical discussions on the clinical phenomenology of schizophrenia and the presentation of Merleau-Ponty's phenomenology of ambiguity. Our methodological contribution is the critical phenomenological method, especially the phenomenological case study that highlights a two-step instrument: clinical encounters and descriptive reporting. Field research was carried out in a Day Hospital in the city of Fortaleza / Ce and allowed the construction of three phenomenological clinical cases: Roberto, Francisco and Miguel. Roberto, am I an angel or a vampire? consists of a phenomenological case study that highlights the significance of the experience of the loss of natural evidence as pure agitation and euphoria. Francisco, I write film scripts portrays a constant search of the researcher to try to walk hand in hand with him in his life world (Lebenswelt) and makes us question about the empathic understanding in the accompaniment of psychotic experiences. Miguel, is it spiritual or psychological? presents his lack of implication in the relations with the others by being detuned of the world and experiencing doubts about invasions of evil spirits who command their actions and their feelings. The understanding of the phenomenological case studies of Roberto, Francisco, and Miguel inspired by the phenomenology of Merleau-Ponty's ambiguity underscores a dialectical movement without synthesis, since it always implies constantly with its incompleteness and its various possibilities of meanings. For this, we assume the relevance of the phenomenological humanist attitude, be it of the clinician or the researcher, in order to facilitate the unveiling of these experiences (clinical-client-world) in a dialectical movement always open, without synthesis in a clinical space of reception, trust, empathy, freedom of expression and growth, built in this clinical-other-world relationship. Keywords: 1. Schizophrenia. 2. Phenomenology. 3. Clinic. 4. Lebenswelt. In this way, it is necessary to study the body in a larger dimension than the merely physical one, the body demonstrates a subjectivity that goes beyond its organic limits and this subjectivity should not stand in the way of the care of health professionals. OBJECTIVES: The objective of this study was to understand the body vision for the physiotherapist in the dialogue with the Merleau-Ponty phenomenology. METHODS: In order to reach this objective, it was used for the development of qualitative research, based on Merleau-Ponty's critical phenomenological method, using a phenomenological interview with physiotherapists guided by the following guiding question: Speak to me What is body for you? The steps of mundane phenomenological analysis were used to interpret the results. Participants were contacted through the snowball technique, during the collection procedure was used the theoretical saturation method was used. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: 17 seventeen physiotherapists were interviewed, and, in the interview, from the analysis of the interviews, 4 categories of analysis were obtained: the analysis of the discussion resulted in 4 categories, physiotherapist's view on the body, physiotherapist-patient relationship a from listening, pain and its meanings, body in the formation of the physiotherapist. All the categories described were dialogued with the thought of Merleau-Ponty based on the phenomenology of Perception, which brings a body vision totally different from the vision found in the positivist sciences, the body discussion brought by Merleau-Ponty brings a lived, mundane body , unique and inseparable. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: After analyzing all the contents investigated in the interviews it was possible to identify two aspects, the first one and focused on the conception of a Cartesian body vision, which translates into the search for functionality with its anatomical aspects, The second is based on a body that extrapolates its emotions and is inserted in a social and cultural context, so it brings with it reactions that can not be measured, but which can be transformed into the reciprocity of the physiotherapist - patient relationship during treatment.
