Lichens of Trubínský vrch hill near Beroun (central Bohemia) and a study of Aspicilia dominiana Veronika Lenzová Abstract This diploma thesis is divided into two separate parts. The goal of the first part was to carry out a complete lichenofloristic research of Trubín hill near Beroun. There are diabasic outcrops on the south side of the hill. Due to wide spectrum of the lichen species this substrate is very interesting for the lichenologists. In total I have found 125 lichen species there. 105 lichen species grow on diabasic rocks. A considerable amount of recorded lichens is among endangered species for example Aspicilia dominiana, Caloplaca conversa, Lichinella stipatula, Phaeophyscia constipata. The second part is focused on the taxonomic study of the Aspicilia dominiana and related species. A. domininana is recently known only from a few diabasic localities in the Czech Republic. After revision of the herbarium material based on microscopic and chemical characteristics I have found out that the taxon A. dominiana is similar with the A. intermutans. Compliance of these taxa have been confirmed with the molecular data from the sequencing of the two genes nrITS and mTSS too. Therefore I propose to synonymize these two taxa. During drilling at Borg, ca. 5 km southwest of central Norrköping, an unidentified fine-grained grey rock was encountered in contact with dark red granitic gneiss at 35m depth. The fine-grained grey rock occurs above the red granitic gneiss. Our understanding prior to testing is that the rock may have been formed by fluid alteration of a mafic rock, as neither metamorphic nor sedimentary textures were observed. Understanding this rock and the formation processes related to it, is of interest for the general understanding of the region and of geotechnical importance since fracture fillings may affect the stability of the rock during and after construction projects. This study uses the methods petrography, XRD and XRF to define the fine-grained mafic rock, black vein in the fine-grained mafic rock, the contact zone and the granitic gneiss. Results show that the fine-grained grey rock has a composition of muscovite (36.1%), quartz (24.6%), albite (20.8%), sericite (10.8) and montmorillonite (0.5%). The contact is mainly made of quartz veins and calcite veins. The protolith of the fine-grained mafic rock is suggested to be iron-rich. Further testing on additional unaltered mafic rock samples from the area would provide a more accurate picture of the protolith evolution.

Att en dator hänger sig, inte gör som man vill eller bara är obegriplig är inget nytt fenomen. Dock är detta en del av vardagen på diariet i Regionens Hus i Mariestad, där de tre registratorernas arbetsprocesser innehåller ett antal problem som bland annat är datorrelaterade. Rapporten beskriver arbetet på diariet, de problem som finns, vem som äger problemen, och innehåller också en diskussion runt de befintliga problemen. Rapporten tar upp allt från postöppning till sökfel i programmet Diabas och mycket annat som ingår i arbetet som registrator. De problem som finns i arbetet på diariet har hopat sig över registratorerna som känner att det inte finns någon självklar part som de kan vända sig till för att få hjälp. Känslan av maktlöshet är alltid närvarande i arbetet när registratorernas datoriserade hjälpmedel inte gör som de vill. Rapporten är ett steg i att kartlägga problemen och vem som äger dem, och avsedd att bli en hjälp för registratorerna.

The master thesis parametrically compares different methods to determine the required lengths of the safety pillar when building secondary urban collector in Brno. The analytical calculation by Šedivý is compared with mathematical modeling executed in the program Plaxis 2D 2015.02. version and also in the program Plaxis 3D Introductory 2013 version.
