The diploma thesis is focused on the socialization and integration of children with autism spectrum disorders. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the disorders, the process of socialization, the rules of successful inclusion of children in society. It deals with ways of education, especially structured learning. The empirical part focuses on research off socialization and education from the perspective of parents and pedagogical staff. The research is performed through casuistry and interviews.

This master thesis deals with examination of the parameters of low temperature plasma which is used for the deposition of thin layer of ITO. The method which is used in this thesis is the probe diagnostics. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first is the theoretical part, in which the basic parameters of low temperature plasma, principles of the probe diagnostics, and theories for this method are explained. The second part is the practical part, which presents the results of the measurement depending on changes in conditions of deposition.

Title: About identification of motor predispositions in triathlon Aims: The aim of our study was to find and verify appropriate indicators predicting the on-coming performance in a short triathlon and determine their level for the junior category. Methods: In our study, we combined quantitative and qualitative approaches with a predominance of quantitative methods. In the first phase of the research, we used quantitative methods, confirmatory factor analysis for verification of models of predispositions and elaboration of performance standards for individual tests by means of T-points. In the second part of the research, we used the qualitative method (casuistic studies) to validate the test battery and its application in practice. Results: We have compiled a structural model of motor predispositions for short triathlon, which explained 91% of all cross-correlations of seventeen used indicators. Predispositions for triathlon were categorized into five separate groups; for swimming, cycling and running (i.e. according to individual disciplines), and functional and psychological predispositions. Finding a lower limit boundary of performance in the completed tests is considered to be the most important issue for the assessment of future performance in triathlon. Title: Relationship between selected laboratory and field indicators of movement abilities in soccer players Objectives: The aim of this study is to determine a degree of association between selected laboratory and field indicators assumptions motion at the elite junior footballers. Methods: The research group consisted of 51 probands aged 18-19, who are in the highest first-league domestic competition of U19 team. Players undergone laboratory and field trials under the supervision of qualified professionals, which were running under the standard conditions described within the Methodology section of the theses. To verify aerobic capacity under laboratory conditions, we chose a load test on the Quasar running belt (Cosmos, Germany). Dynamic application of force to the pad was evaluated by force sensors in stable Kistler 9281E platforms (© 2014, Kistler Group, Switzerland). Linear acceleration and maximum run speed tests were conducted in field conditions on artificial grass. Results: The results of the work provide information on the significance of the associations between the selected laboratory and terrain indicators of motion assumptions in elite football players. This thesis deals with the diagnosis and eventually evaluating certain preconcepts in the area of technical and media education of 4th and 5th grade pupils of primary school. The theoretical part is dedicated to the issue, related to the topic. Constructivism and its didactics is included, also the role of teacher in this type of education, concept of student curriculum and concepts of teaching and learning. We also mention technical and media education and its concepts in educational framework. The practical part is focused on a particular preconcepts and their subjective perception of pupils at primary school. For the research questionnaires were used to detect the cognitive and affective level. For better understanding of cognitive level mental maps were used. The pupils of primary schools in ČB took part in the research, epsecially the pupils of the primary schools Kubatova, Dukelská and Rožnov.

From time to time there comes to a stirring up of a society-wide discussion on bioethical issues ? abortion, prenatal diagnosis, assisted reproduction and euthanasia in the Czech Republic. This social discussion is largely influenced by media which present to us interesting news or a story, but it is necessary to realize that these topics have a much broader scope and potential impacts than it is served up to us by media. A wide range of debaters as well as professional and lay public regularly express to bioethical issues relating to the beginning and the end of life. For a fruitful discussion it is necessary to clearly define and specify concepts, because often there is a misguided discussion without any expected results. In the past there was no need to deal with such issues very much, because the order was in hands of Nature. Not completely healthy individuals failed to conceive a child, an unwanted foetus was carried to term and its sex was a surprise for parents and finally, people died naturally according to their age or after a lost match with a disease. For many people Nature, for others some Higher Order. Of course, an incredible scientific development enabled such miracles of which we would have not dreamt hundred years ago yet. We have gained many rights, freedom and democracy as well as a wide-ranging choice. Today we can decide whether to become pregnant and in the same way we can decide that we get rid of the full womb from different reasons. Using diagnostic methods we can determine what a child we carry bellow the heart, but with the help of the same technique it can become uncomfortable for us. We can be treated and live even a century and in many places we can lawfully decide that our life has no meaning and we can finish it. The aim of the diploma thesis is to map readers´ awareness of bioethical issues using a secondary analysis of printed documents from three chosen Czech dailies in 2000 ? 2010 years. To track what triggered a debate among the readers, who discussed and what stance adopted the readers on the issue. The secondary objective was also the mapping of all proponents´ and opponents´ arguments of selected topics and comparing the results with the professional literature. The research shows that the public debate was always sparked by an event presented by the media, to which subsequently responded readers from all areas. According to the research results the public awareness of bioethical issues has been formed mostly by experts directly involved in bioethical dilemmas or carrying out such a profession, in which bioethics greatly interferes. Readers of diverse composition participated in the discussion and the most represented group was a group of experts and a group of lay debaters.

This thesis focuses on maintenance and car diagnostics in the field of car mechanic and autotronic. I focused on the history of these branches and on the history of car maintenance. I further focused on the technological procedures in car maintenance and on the modern educational means. My aim was to introduce the possibilities of modern diagnostic technology and individual diagnostic machines at work. In the practical part I focused on specific car defects, their diagnostics and subsequent removal.

Works on Serial and Parallel Diagnostics of Direct Fuel Injection for the Superb 1.8 TSI is concerned with the use of the Škoda Superb II. generation, based on VOŠ professional training, automotive and technical secondary school in České Budějovice. Because the car is fully functional, it is possible to demonstrate both the mode of operation and the control options on the individual components. The aim of this diploma thesis is therefore to make, document and describe diagnostics of the fuel system of the mentioned vehicle using the gauges and diagnostic tools available in the school education. I believe that I will acquire other valuable theoretical and practical knowledge, which I will apply in the technical practice.

Introduction: Recently published reviews and meta-analytic studies have shown increased interest in research of the ADHD and ED comorbidity. We conducted a case-control study (133 ED female patients/93 healthy control), screening for ED among ADHD patients (N=64) and a pilot study of a support group program for adults with ADHD and psychiatric comorbidities. Methods: Adult and childhood ADHD symptoms were assessed by self-report and other- report versions of a Barkley Adult ADHD questionnaire (BAARS-IV). Patients with ED and ADHD comorbidity underwent a structured interview (DIVA 2) and Integrated Visual and Auditory Performance Tests (IVA Plus) to confirm the ADHD diagnosis. Participants of the pilot program were assessed prior to and after the therapy by the Schwartz Outcome Scale (SOS) and Quality of life (SQUALA) questionnaires. Results: Using self-report questionnaire of current symptoms 61 (46 %) of ED patients were detected as likely having ADHD compared to 22 (24 %) from a healthy control group, 37 (28 % ) of ED patients were identified with the high probability of ADHD diagnose compared to 12 (13 %) from a healthy control group with significant differences. This diploma thesis deals with problems and diagnostics of selected preconcepts of technical education. The theoretical part concerns several thematic units which are connected with the problems of constructivism, pre-conceps and technical education at primary school. The practical part investigates current standard of integration of pre-concepts by means of a questionaire (which contains unfinished sentences and assessing scales) and cognitive maps. Pupils of 4th and 5th classes of primary schools in České Budějovice and Soběslav participated in the research. The acquired data of pre-concepts and its integration were processed from the qualitative as well as quantitative point of view in the sphere of technical education.
