STATISTIKOS ELEMENTAI MATEMATINIŲ GEBĖJIMŲ DIAGNOSTIKOJE / ELEMENTS OF STATISTICS IN DIAGNOSTICS OF MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Dabulskienė, Aušra 27 August 2009 (has links)
Hodnocení individuálních a skupinových herních dovedností u hráčů AC Sparta Praha U 12 ( ročník 2002) / Evalution individual and group gaming skills of players at AC Sparta Praha U 12 (Year 2002)

Kovář, Jan January 2014 (has links)
Title of the thesis: Evaluation of individual and group gaming skills of players at AC Sparta Praha U12 (Year 2002) Objectives: To determine the error of players in matches AC Sparta Praha U 12 from the perspective of both quantity and quality Method used: Observational analysis with the method of indirect observation. This is a joint research. Results: Using the indirect observational method on AC Sparta Praha U12, I have found out that during 6 games, players had made in total 431 mistakes. Out of all, the most common mistake was pass - 136 errors (31,55%), followed by the circumvention of the teammate - 73 errors (16, 93%). I have noticed a comparable number of errors in takeover - 43 errors (9, 98%) and while handling the ball - 45 errors (10, 44%). From team activities I observed an error while defending an opponent along with one teammate - 14 errors (3, 25%) and ensuring teammate - 26 mistakes (6, 03%). From the quality point of view, the greatest problem is the sense for the ball, when they were not able to choose the right strength or while processing the ball not being able to cushion the ball. Another cause of errors was pressing on an opponent. When opponents did not give the players of Sparta enough time and space for a game, they had a big problem to resolve the situation properly....

Využití MMPI-2 v diferenciální diagnostice Aspergerova syndromu a schizofrenie / Using the MMPI-2 in Differential Diagnostic of Asperger's Syndrome and Schizofrenia

Adámková, Jana January 2015 (has links)
The main target of this study is to identify the scales in MMPI-2 which could help the differential diagnostic process between Asperger's syndrome and schizophrenia. Adult persons with Asperger's syndrome and adult persons with schizophrenia were examined. The study has a quantitative character, concretely data mining, which offers generating and verifying hypothesis. The results show that configuration of heights of specific scales can be crucial in distinguishing between Asperger's syndrome and schizophrenia. In the concrete we expect increase in 0Si, Sc1, Pa2 and OBS along with medial T-scores in Sc6, Pa1, Psyc and Biz in protocols of people with Asperger's syndrome. People with schizophrenia have increased T-scores in Sc6, Pa1, Psyc and Biz. KEY WORDS  Asperger's syndrome  Schizophrenia  Differential diagnostic  Adulthood  MMPI-2

Využití cytogenetických a molekulárně cytogenetických metod v prenatální diagnostice / Application of cytogenetic and molecular cytogenetic methods in prenatal diagnosis

Rašpličková, Tereza January 2016 (has links)
Foetal anomalies found on ultrasound increase the probability of occurrence of chromosomal abnormalities. They cause about one quarter of all abortions and stillbirths and many of inborn defects in newborns. Karyotype analysis is number one method in prenatal diagnosis whereas array CGH is often used as a verification and supplemental method. The aim of this work was to prove that array CGH gives additional chromosomal findings to karyotypes and could substitute conventional karyotyping as a primary examination method in foetuses with ultrasound findings. We examined 45 prenatal samples using both methods. These samples were referred for invasive examination because of abnormal ultrasound findings. Karyotype analyses found two abnormalities in two (4,4 %) patients and array CGH identified aberrations in five (11,1 %) foetuses whereas both anomalies detected by karyotypes were discovered by array CGH too. This means that array CGH identified about 6,7 % more aberrations than karyotype. Our results correspond with scientific articles which refer that array CGH should replace karyotype not only in postnatal examinations but even in prenatal diagnosis. Keywords: chromosomal aberrations, array CGH, karyotype, prenatal diagnosis, ultrasound

Využití artefiletiky pro školní diagnostiku / Artefiletics for school use diagnostics

Karmanová, Gabriela January 2016 (has links)
The thesis dealt with the use of artephiletic techniques for school diagnosis. The aim of the thesis was to design a set of artephiletic techniques with the potential for school diagnosis and moreover to establish the conditions for the application in school practice. In the theoretical part, the author used professional literature to clarify the basic artephiletic principles and potential diagnosis with the help of artephiletic techniques, and also dealt with issues of a problem child and behaviour disorders. The practical part includes a proposal of the set of arephiletic techniques with the potential for school diagnosis and analysis of implementation outcomes at a selected group of children. Methodology is based on the methods of qualitative exploratory survey, case studies with semi- structured interview techniques combined with the analysis of artefacts. Basic artephiletic methods were used in case history. A survey has shown good potential with the use of artephiletic techniques for school diagnosis. It is proved that this case study is possible to use as a complementary method of pedagogical diagnosis. Based on these outcomes the author established the conditions for the application in school practice. KEYWORDS Artephiletics, pupil at elementary school, diagnosis, reflective methods

Uplatnění metod molekulární a buněčné biologie ve výzkumu prvoků Eimeria / Application of molecular and cellular biology methods in research of protozoa Eimeria

Vrba, Vladimír January 2011 (has links)
Eimeria is an apicomplexan parasite causing disease coccidiosis that is most prominent in poultry farming industry. This thesis is aimed to develop new molecular tools and resolve issues that would be a valuable contribution in the field from both research and industry perspective. Because immunity to Eimeria is strictly species- specific, it is important to know and recognize correctly all species that parasitize the host. Traditional diagnostic approaches rely on classical methods such as oocyst morphology determination under the microscope, measurement of prepatent period or in-vivo assessment of lesions caused by this parasite. However, diagnostics of individual species using these methods is very time-consuming and it is often unreliable, especially when mixture of multiple species whose parameters overlap is analyzed. Methods utilizing conventional PCR to distinguish species already exist, however, they lack advantages offered by quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR). The first aim of this thesis was to develop qPCR assays for detection and quantification of seven Eimeria species which infect chicken utilizing single-copy non-polymorphic targets in order to ensure maximal specifity and coverage of all strains of each species. Usefulness of this method was demonstrated by analysis of field...
