The first part is theoretical and has the task to familiarize the reader with the history of the diesel injection until after the system Common-rail, where the principle and part of this system will be explained. The second part is focused on the possibility of practical measurement to the fuel system Common-rail on the tutorial panel. Measurement tasks for students will be created on the basis of practical measurements, including the sample assignment, and the elaboration of the form of the protocol. Verification tasks on students and the evaluation of the thesis work will be carried out in the conclusion.

TÝRANÉ DĚTI V ČESKÉ REPUBLICE - PRÁVNÍ ASPEKTY FENOMÉNU TÝRANÝCH DĚTÍ / ABUSED CHILDREN IN CZECH REPUBLIC - LAW ASPECTS OF ABUSED CHILDREN, PHENOMENON.

HOFBAUER, Michal January 2011 (has links)
Subject: Abused children in Czech republic - law aspects of abused children, phenomenon. In my master thesis I focused my mind on the CAN syndrome. The work has two parts: theory and research. In the theoretical part I describe the CAN syndrome, its possible impact on child's general development and last but not least what legislation offers for solving this problem. In the research part I used interviews with 200 people to find out public knowledge about his phenomenon, what is their attitude to this problem and what solutions they can think of. The results of the research are described and supplanted by graphs.

Možnosti využití dynamické diagnostiky v rámci podpory žáků s lehkou mentální retardací / Options how to use a dynamic diagnosis to help pupils suffering mild mental retardation

Marečková, Eva January 2018 (has links)
The thesis focuses on dynamic evaluation of younger pupils with mild mental retardation by application of a Visual Perception Test, which evaluates certain areas of sight perception. It is an alternative diagnostic method focused on rational intervention, which applies diagnostically obtained findings and results in search for adequate assistance and support of the particular pupil. In the theoretical section, the text focuses on pupils with mild mental retardation, their specific features and education. It introduces basic findings on dynamic diagnostics and dynamic approach and its application in support of pupils with reduced intellect. In the empirical section, the research seeks to verify whether the test, which evaluates selected aspects of sight perception, is a suitable tool for dynamic examination of children with mild mental disabilities and whether and in what form of intervention, the pupils who have been included in the research project experience different results in the pre-test and post-test. Based on the detected results, the Visual Perception Test appears to be a very effective tool in dynamic diagnostics for individuals with mild mental retardation. In the conclusion and the recommendations, the work presents the detected suitable forms of intervention for each particular pupil.

Analýza kvality spolupráce mezi vybranými zdravotnickými zařízeními a orgánem ochrany veřejného zdraví v oblasti detekce a hlášení pohlavně přenosných nemocí. / Analysis of the Quality of Cooperation between the Selected Health Facilities and Public Health Protection Authority in the Detection and Reporting of Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

ŠVECOVÁ, Pavla January 2012 (has links)
My theses deal with evaluation of the level of cooperation among chosen medical facilities and organs protecting public health (OOVZ) in the area of detection and reporting some of sexually transmitted diseases (STD) in Strakonice region. The main objective was to characterize the quality of this cooperation on the basis of an analysis of laboratory-proven, clinically confirmed, reported and then demonstrated cases of STDs. It concerned chlamydial infections, urogenital diseases caused by mycoplasma, syphilis and gonococcal infections in 2005 - 2011. Research data were obtained from the microbiology laboratory information system of the Central Laboratories of Hospital Strakonice, Inc. Then all the medical facilities of the surrounding area, which took biological material and sent it for examination to the microbiological laboratory of Hospital Strakonice, were contacted. In qualitative research two research questions were formulated: whether the laboratory-positive cases of selected sexually transmitted diseases are also confirmed clinically and whether the laboratory and clinically confirmed diseases are reported in all cases to OOVZ and assigned in health information systems services. All positive laboratory findings were also verified and confirmed clinically. The research proved that in all cases were reported classical sexually transmitted infections (syphilis and gonorrhea). The established system of cooperation between microbiological laboratories, national reference laboratories, dermatovenerological consultant, venereological screening nurse and the Public Health Service is very functional. In contrast, other selected sexually transmitted diseases, which are diagnosed by specialists other than dermatovenerologists, are reported in fewer cases.

Genetické příčiny deficitu cytochrom c oxidázy u dětí / Genetické příčiny deficitu cytochrom c oxidázy u dětí

Vondráčková, Alžběta January 2014 (has links)
Mitochondria are the key source of vital ATP molecules, which are largely produced within cells by a system of oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS). Genetic defects affecting any of the components of the oxidative phosphorylation system or the structure and function of mitochondria lead to mitochondrial disorders, which occur at an incidence rate of 1 in 5000 live births. Cytochrome c oxidase (COX) is the terminal enzyme and electron acceptor of a respiratory chain that catalyses oxygen to produce a water molecule. In addition to complex I deficiency, isolated or combined COX deficiency is the most common respiratory chain defect in paediatric patients, and it can arise from mutations located either in mitochondrial DNA or in nuclear genes encoding the structural subunits or corresponding assembly factors of the enzyme complex. However, the molecular basis of COX deficiency remains elusive in many patients despite advances in the identification of an increasing number of mutations and genes involved in the disease. This thesis focuses on the identification of the genetic causes of mitochondrial diseases in a cohort of 60 unrelated Czech children with clinically and laboratory confirmed COX-deficiency. With the use of a high-resolution melting analysis mutation screen, four heterozygous sequence...

Vstupní adiktologické vyšetření v kontextu psychodynamického přístupu / Initial interview with addicted people in the context of psychodynamic approach

Richterová, Lenka January 2018 (has links)
Background: A initial interview with addicted people is described as a mapping of the patient's risk behavior in relation to the use of addictive substances. It also includes an assessment of the overall condition of the patient and subsequent determination of the therapeutic plan. It is a complex examination that which takes time for 60 minutes. The question is what should we do in this interview. How to make a plan for treatment with the patient. Objective: The aim of this thesis is to propose the structure of an aditological examination for the outpatient treatment center named Adiktologicka ambulance. The next step is to do the verification of the interview in practice. Methods: On the basis of professional literature, we formulate the possible contents of the "adictological input" exercise. We are interested not only in what to do but also how. We work in a psychodynamic context. Subsequently, we propose initial interview for addected people in the outpatient treatment center for addiction. We highlight the importance of the institutional context. The interview must match the focus and tasks of the certain institution. Finally, we briefly present the experience of the worker with addicted people. Discussions and Conclusions: We found out that an initial examination took more than one hour....
