El objetivo de la investigación de la presente tesis es desarrollar el diseño interior del Centro Cultural del Parque Zonal Cahuide ubicado en el distrito de Ate Vitarte, para implementar un Centro de Educación Ambiental para el Desarrollo Sostenible. Otros de los objetivos es identificar al usuario y caracterizarlo, para priorizar sus necesidades y poder diseñar a partir de la información obtenida. También, diseñar espacios flexibles con un diseño inside-outside acompañado de mobiliario eco amigable y multipropósitos. Finalmente, implementar en la propuesta actual modificaciones en base al diagnóstico del edificio, para generar confort en los ambientes. Los objetivos mencionados se lograron a través de la investigación documental de las necesidades del usuario y del nuevo centro para que sea un proyecto de diseño de interior aplicado en el aprendizaje, en este caso de la educación ambiental. Al intervenir el Centro Cultural del Parque Zonal Cahuide se logra resolver los espacios que en los que se harán diversas actividades, en los que se complementan con mobiliario flexible y multipropósitos. También, se logra proponer espacios de confort para los usuarios luego de analizar la edificación actual. / The objective of the research of this thesis is to develop the interior design of the Cultural Center of the Cahuide Zonal Park located in the district of Ate Vitarte, to implement an Environmental Education Center for Sustainable Development. Another of the objectives is to identify the user and characterize it, to prioritize their needs and be able to design from the information obtained. Also, design flexible spaces with an inside-outside design accompanied by eco-friendly and multipurpose furniture. Finally, to implement in the current proposal modifications based on the diagnosis of the building, to generate comfort in the environments. The aforementioned objectives were achieved through the documentary research of the needs of the user and the new center so that it is an interior design project applied to learning, in this case of environmental education. When intervening the Cultural Center of the Cahuide Zonal Park it is possible to solve the spaces that in which diverse activities will be made, in which they are complemented with flexible and multipurpose furniture. En la actualidad, en el Perú existe una alta tasa de población con discapacidad que no encuentra el apoyo suficiente en las Instituciones Educativas para una inclusión educativa, social o laboral. Existe solo una Institución que prepara a sus alumnos con discapacidad para futuras inclusiones en la sociedad. Por estas razones, el objetivo general de la propuesta es desarrollar un proyecto de diseño interior que permita mejorar el desarrollo de los niños del CEBE “Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe” y crear espacios que se adecúen a sus necesidades de aprendizaje. El primer objetivo específico es conocer el funcionamiento del CEBE y todas sus necesidades para ofrecer una mejor solución de diseño y proveer confort para las necesidades pedagógicas. El segundo es desarrollar un proyecto que permita preparar al niño con discapacidad y ayudar a que se adapte al medio y pueda desenvolverse con autonomía y facilidad. Finalmente, el tercero es diseñar mobiliario adecuado para ayudar a los niños a trabajar con sus discapacidades y superarlas de acuerdo a sus posibilidades. La teoría incluye las definiciones de "centros especiales", "educación especial" y de diferentes "estrategias de aprendizaje". El proceso de recolección de información consistió en entrevistas a la directora del CEBE y a la docente encargada del Programa de Intervención Temprana (PRITE), además se consultó libros relacionados a la intervención pedagógica en las diferentes discapacidades encontradas en los usuarios. Se derivó a las siguientes conclusiones: con una nueva distribución de los ambientes del CEBE “Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe” se puede desarrollar espacios que permitan un mejor desarrollo de los niños pues el diseño se enfoca en la especialidad que el alumno necesita trabajar. Al conocer el funcionamiento del CEBE y de sus necesidades, se determinó que el diseño debe cumplir con el objetivo de incluir al usuario en la sociedad y así mejorar su estilo de vida. / Currently, Peru has a high rate of population with disabilities that does not find sufficient support in educational institutions for a social, labor or educational inclusion. There is only one institution that prepares its students with disabilities for a future inclusion in society. The main objective is to develop an interior design project that allows the children of the special school “Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe” to have a better development through the creation of spaces that match their learning needs. The first specific goal is to understand how the school works and what are its needs in order to propose a design solution that may offer them comfort to several of their pedagogic needs. The second goal is to develop a project that enables the proper preparation of the children with special needs that helps them to adapt and perform with autonomy in their environment. Finally, the third goal is to design appropriate furniture to help the children to overcome their disabilities according to their possibilities. The theory contains the definitions of “Special schools”, “Special education” and “Learning strategies”. The research process consisted on interviews to the school’s headmaster and the teacher in charge of the Early Intervention Programme, also several books were consulted on topics related to pedagogic intervention according the disabilities found in the children. We obtained these conclusions: with a new distribution of the school’s spaces there is a possibility to create new areas that focus primarily on the specialties the children need to work with, thus enabling a better development. By understanding how the school works and its needs, the proposed design fits with the objective of including the children into the society and guarantee them better live conditions. / Tesis

Se hace una propuesta de diseño del Centro de Atención del Adulto Mayor de Jesús María, que genera espacios interiores, luminosos y amplios, integrando el entorno. Esto último con la incorporación de la naturaleza como estrategia visual para generar sensación de tranquilidad y calidez en los ambientes. Por el deterioro propio de la salud debido al avance de la edad, se propone la implementación de ambientes que cuenten con texturas y tonalidades en los ingresos a las aulas. También se incluirán revestimientos seguros; puertas automáticas; fluidez para el tránsito de los adultos mayores, sin barreras arquitectónicas; iluminación natural y artificial; y accesos inclusivos. Además de la introducción y los anexos, al principio y al final, respectivamente; esta propuesta se desarrolla en cuatro capítulos. En el Capítulo 1 se describe la realidad problemática del adulto mayor, sus características, limitaciones y la infraestructura dispuesta para este sector de la población; mientras que en el Capítulo 2 se desarrollan los marcos referenciales y teóricos de este proyecto. Por otro lado, las estrategias de diseño se presentan en el Capítulo 3; y en el Capítulo 4 se describe la programación arquitectónica. En el Capítulo 5 se exponen las conclusiones y aportes generales de la propuesta; y la sección de referencias se consigna los autores y bibliografía revisada. / In this thesis project, a design proposal is made of the Elderly Care Center of Jesús María, which generates interior spaces, bright and large, integrating the environment. This latter, with the incorporation of nature as a visual strategy to generate a sense of tranquility and warmth in the rooms. Due to the deterioration of health by to the advance of age of persons, it is proposed to implement environments that have textures and color tonalities in the entrance of rooms. Safe coating will also be included; automatic doors; fluidity for the transit of the persons, without architectural barriers; natural and artificial lighting; and inclusive accesses. In addition to the introduction and the annexes, at the beginning and at the end, respectively; this proposal is developed in four chapters. Chapter 1 describes the problematic reality of the elderly, its characteristics, limitations and the infrastructure available for this sector of the population; while in Chapter 2 the referential and theoretical frameworks of this project are developed. On the other hand, design strategies are presented in Chapter 3; and in Chapter 4 the architectural programming is described. Finally, the Chapter 5 presents the conclusions and general contributions of this proposal; and the references section are consigned the authors and the revised bibliography. / Tesis
