El objetivo general de la investigación corresponde a desarrollar un proyecto de rediseño del coliseo El Olivar para mejorar las condiciones actuales del mobiliario e infraestructura, que garantice un centro de alto rendimiento moderno y adecuado para el desarrollo deportivo e intelectual para los deportistas. Por otro lado, para los objetivos específicos, se buscará plantear soluciones a las deficiencias de la distribución actual y el tamaño de los ambientes dentro del coliseo, que dificulta el uso adecuado para los entrenamientos diarios de los deportistas, las diversas actividades con el público en general y las labores de los trabajadores de la Federación Peruana de Vóley. Además, se propondrá mobiliario adecuado para cada área del coliseo y el tipo de piso adecuado, lo cual permitirá que se cumpla adecuadamente las funciones de cada espacio. Incluso, se propondrá realizar mejoras de espacio y distribución en las actuales oficinas de la Federación. También, se planteará la implementación de nuevos ambientes como: dormitorios, áreas de estudio, áreas de relajo, lavandería, comedor y cafetería. La teoría está conformada por la explicación acerca de definir voleibol, deportistas, teoría del diseño de interior y los detalles de cada espacio del coliseo de voleibol. A la vez la investigación se llevó a cabo en el coliseo El Olivar de Jesús María. / The general objective of the research is to develop a project to redesign El Olivar Coliseum to improve the current conditions of furniture and infrastructure, which guarantees a modern high performance center suitable for sports and intellectual development for athletes. On the other side, for the specific objectives, it will seek to propose solutions to the deficiencies of the current distribution and the size of the environments within the coliseum, which makes it difficult to use for the daily training of the athletes, the various activities with the public in general and the work of the workers of the Peruvian Volleyball Federation. In addition, appropriate furniture will be proposed for each area of the coliseum and the appropriate floor type, which will allow the functions of each space to be adequately fulfilled. Even, it will be proposed to make space and distribution improvements in the current offices of the Federation. Also, the implementation of new environments such as: bedrooms, study areas, relaxation areas, laundry, dining room and cafeteria will be considered. The theory is shaped by the explanation about defining volleyball, athletes, interior design theory and the details of each space of the volleyball coliseum. El objetivo de la investigación es proponer un diseño interior innovador, completo y atractivo para un local comercial especializado en alimentos, suministros y servicios integrales para mascotas en el Centro Comercial del Jockey Plaza (Santiago de Surco) para un público objetivo del sector socioeconómico A y B. En concreto, se plantearon como objetivos específicos identificar las características de distribución de espacios de negocios locales e internacionales del rubro, revisar y seleccionar estrategias de visual merchandising del área de retail que se puedan aplicar al sector de mascotas, y diseñar espacios de interacción que resulten funcionales para personas y mascotas. Para eso, se organizó información de los aspectos generales sobre la mascota, el vínculo entre el perro y el propietario, la normativa sobre la protección animal, el adiestramiento y el local comercial. Asimismo, se investiga la industria del cuidado de la mascota y se analizan referentes internacionales (Petco, Petsmart, Fressnapf) y locales (Dicopet). Las estrategias de diseño empleadas se aplican tras el diagnóstico de la ubicación, la intervención del espacio y los aspectos referidos a la iluminación y materialidad. Se presenta la información mediante el programa arquitectónico, el organigrama y la zonificación. Los aspectos identificados sobre negocios locales e internacionales y la normativa local son el punto de partida para la realizar la propuesta de diseño. Por ello, se consideraron estrategias de visual merchandising de un supermercado común y se adaptaron al formato orientado del cuidado de la mascota. Por tanto, se implementaron los ambientes con mobiliario ergonómico y funcional. / The purpose of the research is to propose an innovative, whole and attractive interior design for a commercial establishment specialized in food, supplies and comprehensive services for pets at the Jockey Plaza Shopping Center (Santiago de Surco) for a target audience in the socio-economic sectors A and B. More precisely, the specific objectives were to identify the characteristics of store layout from local and international businesses in the same industry, to review and select visual merchandising strategies that can be applied to the pet field, and design spaces of interaction that are functional for people and pets. For that reason, information was gathered on the general aspects about the pet, the bond between the dog and the owner, the regulations on the protection of animals, pet training and retail spaces. Likewise, there was a research on the pet care industry, and international (Petco, Petsmart, Fressnapf) and local (Dicopet) references were analyzed. The design strategies used translate into the diagnosis of the location, the intervention of the space and the aspects related to lighting and materiality. The information is presented through the architectural program, the organization chart and the zoning. The aspects related to local and international businesses and local regulations are the starting point for the design proposal. Therefore, a common supermarket visual merchandising strategies were taken into consideration and were adapted to a pet care oriented concept. Consequently, environments with ergonomic and functional furniture were implemented. / Tesis

La tendencia saludable en Lima ha favorecido el mercado de productos que contribuyan a potenciar el bienestar físico. Las personas son más conscientes que llevar un estilo de vida saludable se logra a través de la alimentación balanceada, actividad física y el respeto hacia el medio ambiente. En relación a ello, San Borja es el distrito más preocupado en crear campañas y programas para elevar la calidad de vida de sus ciudadanos. Así llegan 1000 personas diariamente a realizar deporte alrededor del Pentagonito las cuales generan una serie de necesidades. La propuesta se trata del Diseño de un Centro Integral para el deporte en San Borja, el cual permita mediante espacios, que los usuarios establezcan rutinas saludables. El presente estudio: destaca la problemática alrededor del bienestar físico, realiza un análisis de la ubicación estratégica, muestra las características de los potenciales usuarios, estudia proyectos con el mismo lineamiento, expone las estrategias de diseño planteadas y finalmente muestra el desarrollo del programa arquitectónico. Se puede afirmar la factibilidad del desarrollo de un proyecto de diseño interior para un Centro Integral para el deporte en San Borja que promueva el bienestar físico mediante un espacio amigable con el medio ambiente. / The healthy trend in Lima has favored the market of products that contribute to enhance physical well-being. People are more aware that leading a healthy lifestyle is achieved through balanced diet, physical activity and respect for the environment. In relation to this, San Borja is the district most concerned in creating campaigns and programs to raise the quality of life of its citizens. Thus 1000 people arrive every day to play sports around the Pentagonito which generate a series of needs. The proposal is about the Design a Comprehensive Center for sport in San Borja, which allows through spaces, that users establish healthy routines. The present study: highlights the problems surrounding physical well-being, performs an analysis of the strategic location, shows the characteristics of potential users, studies projects with the same guidelines, exposes the proposed design strategies and finally shows the development of the architectural program. The feasibility of developing an interior design project for an Integral Center for Sport in San Borja that promotes physical well-being through an environment friendly environment can be affirmed. / Tesis

La presente tesis consiste en una propuesta de diseño interior para el actual centro Cuna Más “Las Palomitas” ubicado en el asentamiento humano de Cruz de Motupe, en el distrito San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima, Perú. El objetivo es que el espacio final estimule el desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas y motrices de los niños. Además, el diseño busca integrarse con su entorno geográfico y adentrarse en la vida de la comunidad a través de la designación de espacios públicos. Todo esto con la intención de que el usuario integre al espacio dentro de su identidad. Para lograr el objetivo, se investigaron diferentes teorías pedagógicas priorizando aquellas que enfatizan la importancia de un adecuado espacio físico en el desarrollo de habilidades durante la primera infancia. El entendimiento de la influencia del espacio sobre el desarrollo infantil es la directriz sobre la cual se sustenta el presente proyecto. Se utilizan una serie de estrategias de diseño que responden a lo descrito por las teorías estudiadas, al análisis de las necesidades de la zona, la prexistencia y los usuarios. Algunas de ellas son: la revalorización de materiales de la zona, el vínculo con elementos espaciales existentes, la creación de espacios públicos y el diseño sensorial. El resultado es una edificación que conversa con su entorno y con que identifica a la comunidad. Interiormente es un espacio que fomenta la participación activa del usuario, donde los infantes guiados por su curiosidad encuentran múltiples oportunidades de aprendizaje en la interacción directa con su entorno. / The following thesis is about a new interior design proposal apply to the already existing nursery “Las Palomitas” located in the area of Cruz de Motupe at San Juan de Lurigancho district, Lima, Peru. The main objective is to design spaces that stimulate the development of cognitive and motor skills in children. Also, the design is looking for immerse the architecture onto the geographical surroundings and become an active part in the daily life of the community. For this, the project has designated some portion of the area as public space. The general intention is that the design gets inside of user’s identity. For this purpose, several pedagogical theories were study, prioritizing the ones that place the physical space as an important feature in early childhood development. Understanding the influence of space over child development is the key argument that supports the current thesis. A series of design strategies were used to answers the request by the pedagogical theories and the analysis of needs of the user, the existing building and the neighborhood. Some of them are: revalue the aesthetics of the surroundings, make a connection with other special elements, create public spaces and apply sensorial design. The result is a building that interacts with its environment, and which the people around can relate to. It actively participates in the life of the community. Inside, it is a place where children can learn guided by their own curiosity, in an environment with plenty opportunity for discovery and acquiring knowledge. / Tesis

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo desarrollar un proyecto de diseño para el Teatro Municipal de San Juan de Lurigancho, que contribuya a cubrir las necesidades artísticas y de entretenimiento de los usuarios. El teatro pre-existente presenta varias deficiencias en el diseño. Sin embargo, el teatro es indispensable para los pobladores, pues es un lugar en donde se pueden reunir a ensayar sus presentaciones, ejecutarlas y para expresar sus sentimientos. El proyecto se basó en distintos factores para lograr una propuesta adecuada en las necesidades y carencias que presenta el teatro actualmente. Por lo tanto, se analizaron las características socioculturales de San Juan de Lurigancho, también, municipales ya que el teatro pertenece a la municipalidad. En cuanto al diseño, en el exterior, la fachada consigue ser un hito que capta la atención de las personas. En el interior, se plantea un diseño innovador y moderno con distintos elementos que ocasionan un impacto en el usuario. Asimismo, a través de un programa arquitectónico, se presentan espacios que son fundamental en el teatro. Finalmente, una parte esencial del proyecto es el análisis de acústica, de reflexión, de diseño electro acústico e isóptico. Con esto se obtuvo un diseño y tratamiento acústico óptimo para el funcionamiento de la sala de teatro. Estos factores, hacen que este proyecto cuente con las necesidades que requiere un teatro, y así las personas adquieren una experiencia mediante al diseño. Igualmente, sea un lugar en donde se reúnan a interactuar, y al desenvolvimiento de habilidades comunicativas y artísticas. / The present work aims to develop a design project for the Municipal Theater of San Juan de Lurigancho, which contributes to meet the artistic and entertainment needs of the users. The pre-existing theater presents several deficiencies in the design. However, the theater is essential for the residents, it is a place where they can meet to rehearse their presentations, execute them and express their feelings. The project was based on different factors to achieve an adequate proposal in the needs and deficiencies that the theater currently presents. Therefore, it was analyzed the sociocultural characteristics of San Juan de Lurigancho, also, municipal because the theater belongs to the municipality. As for the design, on the outside, the facade manages to be a milestone that captures the attention of people. Inside, an innovative and modern design with different elements that cause an impact on the user. Also, through an architectural program, it present spaces that are indispensable in the theater. Finally, an essential part of the project is the analysis of acoustics, reflection, electro-acoustic and isoptical design. With this, was obtained an optimal acoustic design and treatment for the operation of the theater. These factors make this project have the needs that a theater requires, and so people acquire an experience through design. Also, be a place where they meet to interact, and the development of communication and artistic skills. / Tesis

Las empresas en Gamarra ya no crecen como antes. Hoy un empresario de Gamarra es sinónimo de picardía y de falta de confianza, dada sus interminables manías por presentar calidades dudosas en su trabajo. Al estudiar a este segmento en particular, se ha percibido el desorden y la falta de autoridad, como una conspiración predominante para que Gamarra entre en profunda crisis. De seguir así, el fenómeno se desbordará y lo que antaño fue sinónimo de autogestión pronto se convertirá en un camino indeseado. El Diseño de Interiores puede colaborar en la solución a este problema, a través de la creación de espacios funcionales, ergonómicos y confortables, que resuelvan las necesidades inherentes a la creatividad de soluciones. Por eso, se ha proyectado el diseño interior de un centro de emprendimiento en un sector del C.C “La Torre de Gamarra”, localizado en los cuatro últimos pisos de dicho inmueble: tres existentes y uno adicional, creado en la azotea del mismo. Para su diseño, se han implementado mejoras consistentes como: retiro del área de circulación interior para colocar jardineras y enredaderas, a manera de celosías, que sirvan de protección contra la luz solar, a través del sistema de instalación. Además, se han realizado aperturas estratégicas en cada nivel de intervención, con el objetivo de fomentar el trabajo individual y en equipo, a través de la conexión visual que se darán entre cada uno de los espacios abiertos entre sí, mejorando el ingreso de la iluminación natural en la parte posterior del inmueble. / The companies in Gamarra no longer grow as before. Today a businessman from Gamarra is synonymous with mischief and lack of confidence, given his endless hobbies for presenting dubious qualities in his work. When studying this particular segment, disorder and lack of authority have been perceived as a predominant conspiracy for Gamarra to enter into a deep crisis. If this continues, the phenomenon will overflow and what once was synonymous with self-management will soon become an undesired path. The Interior Design can collaborate in the solution to this problem, through the creation of functional, ergonomic and comfortable spaces that solve the inherent needs of the creativity of solutions. For this reason, the interior design of an entrepreneurship center in a sector of C.C "La Torre de Gamarra" was projected, located on the four last floors of the building: three existing and one additional, created on the roof of the same. For its design, consistent improvements have been implemented, such as: removal of the interior circulation area to place planters and vines, in the manner of lattices, that serve as protection against sunlight, through the installation system. In addition, strategic openings have been made at each level of intervention, with the aim of promoting individual and team work, through the visual connection that will be made between each of the open spaces between them, improving the income of lighting natural on the back of the property. En el mundo la población adulta mayor está aumentando más que cualquier otro grupo etario. Por ello, se tiene que vigilar y brindar protección a su estilo y calidad de vida. Es por esta razón que desde el año 1982, la Gerencia de Prestaciones Sociales de Seguro Social del Perú creó los Centros del Adulto Mayor, espacios de encuentro generacional que ayuda a mejorar el proceso del envejecimiento. Al visitar estos centros se ha podido llegar a la conclucion que no estan diseñados ni habilitados especialmente para su uso ni para recibir a los adultos mayores. Por estas razones, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una propuesta de diseño para la intervención del Centro del Adulto Mayor de San Isidro, en la cual se identifique y se estudien las necesidades de los adultos mayores, para crear y diseñar espacios personalizados, llamativos y confortables para ellos. Del mismo modo, se toma en cuenta lo que dicta el diseño para todos y la accesibilidad universal, junto con la reglamentación y normativa necesaria a usar en estos tipos de centros. / In the world, the elderly population is increasing more than any other age group. Therefore, you have to monitor and provide protection to their style and quality of life. It is for this reason that since 1982, the Management of Social Benefits of Social Security of Peru created the Centers for the Elderly, spaces for generational meeting that helps to improve the aging process. When visiting these centers it has been possible to reach the conclusion that they are not designed or specially enabled for their use or to receive the elderly. For these reasons, the present research aims to develop a design proposal for the intervention of the Center for the Elderly of San Isidro. Where the needs of older adults are identified and studied, to create and design personalized, eye-catching and comfortable spaces for them.
