A Internet tem desempenhado um importante papel como rede de compartilhamento de conhecimento, e neste contexto tem surgido aplicações com arquiteturas orientadas a serviços (SOA) nos mais diversos campos de estudo. Assim, este trabalho tem como objetivo a concepção e desenvolvimento de um agregado de serviços que favoreçam a ubiquidade e pervasividade em aplicações de visualização de dados, permitindo que o usuário construa visualizações de dados sobre um determinado domínio de problema de maneira fácil e intuitiva. Com este tipo de serviço é possível construir aplicações de visualizações de dados em diferentes dispositivos inteligentes, tais como: smartphones, tablets, desktop, TV Digital e etc. Esta abstração é conseguida através de uma API Web que suporta as principais características de aplicações de visualização de informações em diferentes plataformas. O modelo arquitetural de comunicação utilizado na concepção do serviço foi o REST (REpresentational State Transfer), as aplicações cliente e servidora foram desenvolvidas na linguagem Java, e foi utilizado um motor de geração de visualizações de dados denominado PRISMA. Como cenário de uso, foi desenvolvida uma aplicação cliente Android para testar os serviços criados. Por fim, serão apresentados dados iniciais sobre testes de usabilidade realizados na aplicação desenvolvida. / Technological developments of smartphones and tablets, the great amount of electronic stored information and the need for decision-making, individually or collaboratively, anywhere and anytime, demands the conception and development of services for data visualization. The Internet has played an important role as a knowledge-sharing network and in this context, some service oriented architecture (SOA) applications have emerged in all kind of study fields. Therefore, this work aims the conception and development of a service aggregation that will favor ubiquity and pervasiveness in data visualization applications, allowing users to build domain-specific data visualizations in an easy and intuitive way. With this kind of service, it is possible to build data visualization applications for different smart devices such as smartphones, tablets, desktop, smart TV's, etc. A Web API that supports the main characteristics of an information visualization tool in different platforms reaches this abstraction. REST (REpresentational State Transfer) Style was employed in the service conception as the architectural communication model. Client-side and server-side applications were developed using Java with a data visualization generator engine called PRISMA. As a use case, was developed a client Android application in order to test the created services. Lastly, initial data about usability essays performed in the developed application will be presented.

Las mesas son tradicionalmente consideradas como un mueble indispensable en hogares, oficinas y centros de trabajo. En los ambientes laborales y académicos, las mesas permiten que los grupos de trabajo logren mejor interacción y comunicación. Los dispositivos Large Screen Surface son pantallas táctiles de grandes dimensiones que se pueden establecer de manera horizontal o vertical. Durante los últimos años se ha incrementado el interés en el desarrollo de aplicaciones sobre este tipo de dispositivos multitouch, pues sus pantallas ofrecen un gran campo visual en alta resolución, además su configuración física permite que varios usuarios puedan trabajar simultáneamente de manera presencial. Esta investigación propone el desarrollo e implementación de una aplicación web colaborativa que permite a varios usuarios crear contenidos como mapas conceptuales, moodboards, líneas de tiempo, etc. Los usuarios cuentan con una biblioteca grupal que contiene recursos visuales como videos, formas, imágenes e ingreso de textos. / Traditionally, humans use conventional tables at home, offices, and as design centers, these are elements found everywhere on which multiple tasks are performed. Such objects have the particularity to gather many individuals in order to carry out any collaborative tasks. Large Screen Surface is the digital evolution of tables, since they are large touch screens that can be set horizontally or vertically allowing multitouch interaction by many users. In recent years, interest in the development of applications for such devices has increased, since its screens offer a large visual field in high resolution; additionally, its physical configuration allows multiple users to work simultaneously in situ. Fallas de mercado que limitan la implementación de dispositivos inteligentes en los productos importados por las empresas de motocicletas ubicadas en Lima (2016-2018) / Market failures that limit the implementation of smart devices in products imported by motorcycle companies located in Lima (2016-2018)

El sector automotriz de motocicletas creció sostenidamente dentro del período 2016 al 2018, con crecimientos de ventas acumuladas del 3.42%, mayor al sector de automóviles que decreció en el mismo período. En el marco global existe tendencias de generar eficiencias y ofrecer servicios de valor mediante la digitalización, donde el concepto IoT (Internet de las cosas, siglas en inglés) ofrece soluciones que mejoran experiencias de uso tanto para usuarios finales de motocicletas como para quien las vende. Por ello, se considera usar dispositivos inteligentes, que permiten al usuario ubicar su vehículo, el recorrido histórico, compartimiento de rutas, cortar combustible, entre otros; cubriendo la necesidad de seguridad que requiere alguien que compra una motocicleta, sabiendo que el índice de robo vehicular crece constantemente, y una solución como ésta permite actuar inmediatamente para recuperar el vehículo. En esta situación, es lógico plantear soluciones IoT para que usuarios finales cuenten con alternativas que mejoren su seguridad vehicular, sin embargo, la realidad es que éstas no son tan populares como el mercado indica; debido a fallas de mercado que impiden masificar la venta de motocicletas con esta solución, y sólo está disponible para quienes explícitamente lo soliciten, debido a que la relación valor de la solución frente al valor ticket de motocicleta es alta. Bajo situaciones parecidas, aunque no iguales, el mercado de automóviles tiene normativas que condiciona la venta de principales marcas y modelos al uso de dispositivos inteligentes complementarios al seguro vehicular, y permite recuperar vehículos con menor riesgo ante un robo. / The motorcycle automotive sector grew steadily from 2016 to 2018, with accumulated sales growth of 3.42%, higher than the automobile sector, which decreased in the same period. In the global framework, there are trends to generate efficiencies and offer value services through digitization, where the IoT (Internet of Things) concept offers solutions that improve user experiences both for end users of motorcycles and for those who sell them.
