Lietuvai tapus Europos Sąjungos nare, ji įgyvendina atitinkamus kiekvienos srities reikalavimus. Viena iš sričių informacinių technologijų naudojimas. Lietuva pritaikydama naujas informacines bei telekomunikacines technologijas privalo gerinti paslaugų teikimą verslui bei gyventojams. Šiame darbe išnagrinėtos e-paslaugos, jų lygis Lietuvoje bei palyginant su kitomis ES šalimis. Išnagrinėti paslaugų standartai bei į paslaugas orientuota architektūra. Pritaikius teorines žinias, bei išnagrinėjus smulkaus verslo buhalterinius apskaitos reikalavimus sukurtas buhalterinės e-paslaugos modelis panaudojant „IBM WebSphere Business Modeler“. / Daily come new businessmans, small and big. For small businessmans to be in market is very hard. Their earning are not big, therefore outgoing money are not more. When Lithuania become member of the European union, she realized every regional requirements. One of these regionals is the using of information technologys. Lithuania using information and telecommucination technologys must reform quality for business and people services. In this work inspected e-services, level in Lithuania and compared with EU countrys. Inspected standards of the services, and service oriented architecture. Fitted theory, and inspected small business accountancys requirements made-up small business e-service model using „IBM WebSphere Business Modeler“.

Projekto tikslas - pagelbėti darbo biržos darbuotojams organizuoti teikiamų paslaugų kokybės vertinimo tyrimus, kaupti apklausos duomenis, juos analizuoti. Apklausų internetu lankstumas, pasiekiamumas ir interaktyvumas sukuria idealią tyrimų vykdymo formą, kuri pasižymi savo sparta ir minimaliomis sąnaudomis. Tuo tikslu poralas sukurtas pasinaudojant HTML, PHP + MySQL derinius. Šių technologijų populiarumas, bei funkcionalumas, optimaliausiais išpsrendė užsibrėžtus uždavinius. Atlikus eksperimentą, paaiškėjo, sukurto darbo biržos klientams teikiamų paslaugų tyrimo ir vertinimo portalo svarba bei praktinė nauda. Sukurtas portalas tenkina pagrindinius vartotojų pageidavimus. / The aim of project is to help the assistants of labour exchange to organise the evaluation research of quality service, to collect survey facts and its analysis. The flexibility, reach and interactivity of internet survey create ideal form of implementation research, which characterized its quickness and minimal input. To that end portal is created using combinations of HTML, PHP+MySQL. Its popularity and functional of technology set optimal tasks. The conducted experiment has confimed the importance and practical benefit of the created offering services for research and estimation portal to clients of labour exchange. The created portal meets the major user requests and characterizes features: simplicity, reliability, efectiveness, easy exploitation, intuitively comprehensible user and clearness.

The thesis characterizes the catering services. Especially the purpose catering and its largest part, which is - employee's catering. It shortly describes its development and present condition. It describes the possibilities of catering services at the Prague Ruzyne airport / particularly concentrating on the two biggest companies CSA a.s. and Prague airport/. The conclusion of the diploma work is focused on the satisfaction of the employees with offered catering services at the airport Prague.

This master’s thesis focuses on description and evaluation of effectiveness of the current information system by means of selected methods and following proposal of changes which should lead in enhancement of the overall ICT condition in the analysed company. This company works in the field of information/telecommunication services.

Į baigiamojo darbo sudėtį įeina SQL Server 2005, Reporting Services, bei kitų numatomų instrumentinių priemonių ir technologijų analizė, reikalavimų sistemai išgavimas, taip pat sistemos modulių projektavimas bei apjungimas ir realizacija. Sistema supruojektuota ir realizuota remiantis sudaryta specifikacija. Sistemos realizacijai naudojami Microsoft SQL Server 2005 bei Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 programavimo paketai. Taip pat pateikiama, jau realizuotos sistemos testavimo rezultatai ir išvados. / This final work includes SQL Server 2005, Reporting Services and other instrumental tools or technology analysis, requirement for the system extraction and also modules of the system projection, integration to one unit and realization. The system was designed and implemented in accordance with specification. To implement the system was used Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 programming packages. Also there are the testing results of the system and final conclusions.
