Předkládaná diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení celkové výkonnosti družstva pro chemickou výrobu a služby Druchema v letech 2002 až 2004 s využitím finanční analýzy. Při práci byly použity rozvahy, výkazy zisků a ztráty, Cash Flow a výroční zprávy za dané roky. Data byla zpracována především pomocí nástrojů EVA, poměrové analýzy, bonitních a bankrotních modelů a horizontální a vertikální analýzy. Metody jsou zde rozebrány jak z teoretického tak z praktického pohledu. Výsledkem práce je komplexní zhodnocení družstva se zaměřením na prosperitu a výhledy do budoucnosti.

The effects of crosslinking on EVA foaming are studied in this thesis. A fundamental approach was applied to describe the influences of crosslinking on EVA/gas viscosities, gas solubility and diffusivity in EVA, EVA foaming nucleation and early stage of bubble growth, which leads to a better understanding of the plastic foaming mechanism. Although crosslinked polyolefin foaming technology has been well applied in industry, more fundamental and thorough studies are demanded to understand the mechanism, which can serve to improve the present technology. The shear and extensional viscosities have been measured for the chemically crosslinked EVA with dissolved gas which could not be found from literature. Furthermore, by controlling the crosslinking agent amount, the polymer melt strength/viscosity can be controlled, so as to obtain optimum foam morphology. The crosslinking also has effects on the diffusivity and solubility of a blowing agent inside EVA. The solubility and the diffusivity of the blowing agent in the EVA decrease with the crosslinking degree increases. The diffusivity decrease makes more gas is utilized for the foaming rather than leak out of the polymer matrix quickly. This thesis also presents the fundamental studies on the effects of crosslinking on cell nucleation and early bubble growth. Theoretical work and in-situ visualization experimental results indicate that partial crosslinking leads to higher cell nucleation density and slower bubble growth, both of which benefit a fine-cell foam morphology generation. Last but not least, an optimized foaming process was conducted to produce chemically crosslinked EVA foams with large expansion ratios in a batch system, using a chemical blowing agent. The results determine that an optimal crosslinking degree is critical for the crosslinked EVA foaming with maximum expansion ratio. Furthermore, all research results not only benefit the foaming of crosslinked EVA, but also serve the better production of other crosslinked polyolefin foams.

The main purpose of this research is to discuss the risk of TFT-LCD industry, and to prove that the future of this industry is not positive as expectation. Through discussing the TFT-LCD firms¡¦ operating, investing, and financing activities and observing the cash flows of their parent companies, the research tries to find the potential risk of this industry. The following conclusions were obtained. 1. From ¡§the variability of stock prices¡¨ and ¡§beta¡¨ of domestic TFT-LCD firms, we cannot find out if the operating risk of TFT-LCD industry rises or not. 2. The gap between cash flows from investing activities and cash flows from operating activities is getting larger. On the one hand, TFT-LCD firms have to keep on investing to compete with others, which makes their cash outflows grow up rapidly. On the other hand, Korean TFT-LCD firms and international system enterprises try hard to cut down panel prices, which makes domestic TFT-LCD firms can only earn low profit and even get loss. 3. Nowadays people put emphasis on the growth opportunity of LCD TV and expect the demand of LCD TV will bring TFT-LCD firms high profits. However, the research finds that the investment and production of LCD TV lack efficiency, which implies even if the demand of LCD TV spring up in the future, it won¡¦t necessarily benefit domestic TFT-LCD firms. 4. Observing the trend of Economic Value Added(EVA) of domestic TFT-LCD firms, we can see that EVA is getting lower during each valley of Crystal Cycle, which reflects the over production is getting worse in this industry and large investment accelerates the loss of TFT-LCD firms. 5. The difficulties of financing activities of domestic TFT-LCD firms include: (1) acceleration of Crystal Cycle, (2) shortage of cash flows limits the financing ability, (3) information asymmetry lowers the willingness of investors to invest, (4) banks starting to tighten the loans to TFT-LCD firms due to risk consideration. 6. The parent companies of TFT-LCD firms invest in TFT-LCD industry in order to cut down the cost and keep earning profits, however, the huge cash outflows raise the risk of the parent companies instead. It indirectly proves the high investment risk of TFT-LCD industry.

What is the historical view on Original Sin and its relation to the child?2. Which voices has participated in the late modern Swedish debate about Original Sin and the relationship between Original Sin and the child?3. How can the late modern Swedish debate about the Original Sin and its relation to the child be understood in relation to the historical perspective?A qualitative textual analysis is used as a method to answer the purpose and questions of this thesis. Different theologians from both a historical and a late modern Swedish context are analyzed for the thesis in order to identify the tendencies that influence the Original Sin debate. The results of the analysis include identification of two common themes within the historical perspective, themes which are also present in the late modern Swedish debate.

Portanto, busca entender a relação entre cultura política e gênero, em inter-relação com as categorias memória e representações sociais. O estudo baseia-se numa pesquisa qualitativa, realizada através de uma análise interpretativa de dados de observação de atos comemorativos em memória de Eva Perón, realizados por três grupos políticos no dia 26 de julho de 2003, e de entrevistas abertas e em profundidade com mulheres e homens portadores de uma trajetória política. A análise demonstra que, embora existam diferentes perspectivas de olhar Eva, tendo em conta a diversidade de trajetórias e experiências dos entrevistados e dos grupos, existem matrizes discursivas que permanecem como base nos discursos comemorativos. Dessa maneira, mostram-se algumas diferenças entre os conteúdos expressos nos atos comemorativos e os expressos em atos rememorativos. A pesquisa mostra que, não obstante essas matrizes discursivas colocarem Eva Perón num lugar de mãe, as versões atualizadas dessa figura e os traços valorizados, hoje, estão em correlação com os valores e idéias tecidos na complexa trama social política argentina, mostrando a importância que tem Eva Perón para os grupos pesquisados, como símbolo e como resgate da memória. Por último, a pesquisa também apresenta evidências que nos permitem pensar que o poder feminino, como poder valorizado, continua circunscrito a um plano não institucional. / Salvador
