Nursing documentation is currently still very hot topic. Perhaps because they are still many health workers (physicians and non-physicians) sufficiently understand the importance and seriousness of this document. The documentation not only provides valid information about the client and his health, but also ensures continuous flow its nursing care and ultimately became a piece of evidence in case of litigation. Documentation can also be used for education and research purposes. Home care is a field that has recently rapidly growing and gaining in popularity. As part of primary and community care nursing provides clients in its natural, familiar and domestic environment, which is a big advantage for him, he does not spend his days in hospital, which is economically difficult anyway. Home Care provides health care services indicated by the treating physician or practitioner and are paid for by health insurance. This thesis deals with the nursing documentation in home care agencies, which aims to describe the demographic impacts on the use of nursing documentation, check the attitude of nurses from selected agencies of home care to nursing documentation and analyze the nursing documentation in selected home care agencies. The thesis is composed of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part deals with the history of home care, statistical data shows the growth of agencies, their employees and clients, providing comprehensive home care and medical documentation. The empirical part was realized in the form of qualitative research. The information was gathered in-depth interview technique, which was compiled from 1 identification questions and 11 open-ended questions that formed the framework for the entire interview. In fact, respondents to individually comment on the issue to the extent that they saw fit. The research group consisted of seven sisters of different age, education and length of experience, currently working from home care. Due to fears nurses were promised total anonymity, so you can just tell that they were sisters from ADP capital city of Prague and Central Bohemia. Complementary research was conducted in seven home care agencies for the same regions, but any of nurses does not belong to the Agency from the second survey. In the first phase of the research we examined the influence of nurses' demographic factors such as age, education or length of experience in the management of nursing documentation and own attitudes of nurses from selected agencies in the management of nursing documentation. The research sample consisted of seven nurses working in home care agencies that were selected purposefully and were willing to cooperate in research. In the second phase of the research we tried to analyze individual nursing documentation of selected home care agencies. For this part, we chose seven agencies, which have been their leadership under the promise of anonymity willing to cooperate. The research investigation set up three goals and three research questions. The first objective was to describe the demographic impacts on the use of nursing documentation. The second objective was to determine the attitude of nurses from selected agencies of home care to nursing documentation. The third objective was to analyze the nursing documentation in selected home care agencies. At the outset of the investigation, we asked the following questions: they influence the management of the nursing documentation demographic factors such as age, education or length of practice nurses? What attitudes toward nursing documentation occupy the sisters from selected home care agencies? Correspond to different parts of the nursing documentation with the phases of the nursing process? Results of the research can be an inspiration not only for the nursing management ADP, but also for the nurses working in home care agencies throughout the Czech Republic, only selected agencies.

The thesis presents an analysis of the ten administrative procedural document flows, by which was developed and implemented a workflow system in the company Plzeňská teplárenská, a.s. Analysis processes are: Purchase requirement, Income invoice, Supply contract, Tender, Investment plan, Customer contract, Decommissioning of property, Travel order, New employee, Output sheet. Analysis of each process contains a description of the process with diagram circulation of documents and table with data that arise in individual steps. Analysis and reengineering of choosing processes took place on the basis of the decision of the company management. During of implementation appear number of problems resulting from the large scale of the project, from the shortcomings in the analysis, the lack of users and small support leadership, which led to the extension of the period projects to double the planned time. Currently, the system is in routine operation and brought all of the anticipated effects. In the context of an international carriage of goods by sea contract, the consignees and endorsees are the two important categories of the parties whom their rights and liabilities have not been legislated for in any international carriage of goods by sea convention until the adoption of the Rotterdam Rules. The truth is that, in contrast to the rights and the correlative liabilities and obligations of the shippers and carriers, the rights and liabilities of the consignees and endorsees have always been dealt with by the domestic and national laws. However, the Rotterdam Rules, with the goals of promoting legal certainty, improving the efficiency of international carriage of goods and harmonization and modernization of the carriage rules, for the first time at an international level, have attempted to regulate the provisions governing the rights and liabilities of the latter parties. Thus, the application of the Rotterdam Rules, in case they gain the force of law, will be broader than any other international maritime convention. Therefore, this has compelled the necessity of carrying out a profound and detailed critical analysis of the new, and somewhat innovative, regulations, since the impact of the application of the Convention on the existing carriage of goods by sea rules, both nationally and internationally will be crucially significant. The UK as one of the major actors of the maritime industry has a long-established set of rules particularly in the field of rights and liabilities of the parties, both in the common law and statutory senses, governing the carriage of goods by sea affairs for centuries. This thesis aims to evaluate the relevant provisions of the Rotterdam Rules by way of comparison with their corresponding rules of the English law in order to find out whether these new sets of regulations can establish a reliable source of reference for the consignees and endorsees who wish to ascertain their rights and become aware of their obligations and liabilities. In other words, the main objective of this study is to examine whether the Rotterdam Rules clearly define and specify the rights and liabilities of the consignees and endorsees to a contract of carriage of goods by sea. Further, it is going to investigate whether the Convention succeed in achieving its goals with respect to the rights and liabilities of these parties. Also, ratification of the Rotterdam Rules is believed to have a significant impact on the English maritime law and therefore, the question whether it is reasonable for the UK to ratify the Convention will be answered in this research. It is suggested that the findings of this thesis in addition to the solutions proposed to solve the difficulties, ambiguity and complexity of the existing rules, will be of assist to the UK authorities as well as the legislative bodies in other jurisdictions in order to obtain a more effective decision on the adoption of the Rotterdam Rules. This study ends with illustrating an alarming vision of the future of maritime law which will be largely affected by the evolution of smart technologies in the shipping industry.

Diploma thesis is focused on matters of electronic signatures and their possible usage in accounting and business process. The paper is divided into two parts. Subject of the first part is general analysis of terminology and characteristics of electronic signature, certificates and certification authorities and time stamps, including analysis of strengths and weaknesses of these services. At the end of this theory part are outlined some of the most common choices of using electronic signature in accounting system. In second part are analysed results of research, which was performed by sending questionnaire to a number of randomly chosen companies.

This project is dealing with creating of system for e-learning support. It describes problematics of e-learning, explains meaning of this term and describes its advantages and disadvantages. The objectives were to create an application suitable for electronic learning, which could illustrate specifications of restrictions of the system objects. This means to create an application, where is explained the problem of OCL in that kind of format, which reacts the structure and the form of application used for e-learning. I meet the program languages of OCL and UML 2.0. I read over the CASE Rational Rose environment and meet the e-learning problem, too. These are the knowledges, which I used while I was creating my e-learning application.

En s’inspirant de l’exemple des défis corporatifs, c’est-à-dire, des initiatives déployées par les sociétés pour rendre le marché de l’emploi plus accessible aux membres de groupes perçus comme marginalisés, ce mémoire cherche à analyser le conflit qui pourrait surgir au Québec entre le droit à la vie privé, protégé notamment par la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels dans le secteur privé et la Loi sur la protection des renseignements personnels et des documents électroniques et le besoin croissant de l’entreprise d’utiliser les données privées de leurs employés pour vendre leurs biens et services. Dans un premier temps, ce mémoire effectue un survol des régimes de protection de la vie privée des pays qui ont le plus influencé le droit québécois et canadien soit l’Europe, les États-Unis et le Royaume Uni en soulignant leur influence sur le régime en vigueur au Québec. Dans un second temps, il soulève les entraves que posent la LPRPS et la LPRPDE à la participation de l’entreprise aux défis corporatifs. Dans un troisième temps, il explore des pistes possibles à la fois interprétatives, législatives et contentieuses afin de rendre ces lois plus accommodantes aux besoins de l’entreprise. / This essay uses the example of Industry Challenges - a technique deployed by companies to promote the hiring and advancement of certain members of society - to explore a conflict that could arise in Quebec between the individual’s right to privacy as protected by An Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information In the Private Sector and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act , and that of an organisation to use personal information relating to its workforce to market itself. It briefly reviews privacy protection in jurisdictions with the greatest legal influence on Quebec and Canada: the European Union, the United States and the United Kingdom (Chapter 2). It demonstrates how a blend of these influences is reflected in the Quebec and Canadian approaches to privacy and how existing privacy legislation might prevent a company from effectively and efficiently responding to Industry Challenges (Chapter 3). Finally, the last two chapters respectively explore the interpretive and legislative amendments that could be made to PPIPS and PIPEDA to enable companies to respond to Industry Challenges (Chapter 4) as well as the possible legal action a company could take on the ground that Quebec’s privacy legislation violates its right to express itself commercially under s. 2(b) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (Chapter 5).

The title of graduation work is the development of an automated online system for electronic document management. Objective: to develop and implement an automated online system of electronic document management, content management systems, development of system architecture mining business processes in the electronic document. The first part is devoted to the basic concepts and definitions of electronic document; also focus on the basic principles of workflow management. The second part is devoted to the review the existing analogue electronic document management systems. The third part is devoted to the practical part - the development of an automated on-line system: a functional description of the system, logical design, physical design, structure and composition of the database and the user interface of electronic document management system. The fourth part is devoted to the content management system (CMS-system) and to the integration of electronic document management system. The last part is devoted to the theoretical foundations of data mining (Data Mining) and ways to further integrate electronic document management system. The graduation work consists of an introduction, 5 chapters and conclusion on 148 pages, including 32 figures and the list of 15 references. / Тема выпускной квалификационное работы: разработка онлайн автоматизированной системы для электронного документооборота. Цель работы: разработка и реализация онлайн автоматизированной системы электронного документооборота, системы управления контентом, разработка архитектуры системы интеллектуального анализа бизнес-процессов в электронном документообороте. Первая часть работы посвящена основным понятиям и определениям электронного документооборота; также уделено внимание основным принципам организации документооборота управленческой деятельности. Вторая часть посвящена обзору существующих аналогов систем электронного документооборота. Третья часть посвящена практической части – разработке автоматизированной онлайн-системы: функциональному описанию системы, логическому конструированию, физическому конструированию, структуре и составу базы данных и пользовательскому интерфейсу системы электронного документооборота.
