The subject of my diploma thesis is elaborating the project documentation for making a new building of a separately standing apartment house. The building is situated on the outskirts of town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem, on a slightly slanting land which goes up to the northeast. The building is without cellar, four-storeyed with a flat roof. On the first floor above ground level there are an indoor garages, cellar units, a staircase and an elevator. On the second, third and fourth floor above ground level there are separate housing units, a staircase and an elevator. There are other parking areas on the exterior of the building. The vertical constructions are designed within the system HELUZ, the horizontal constructions are made of ferroconcrete. The perimeter structures are designed with the contact insulation system. The building will be based on foundations.

The dissertation contains the project and working out of the designing documentation for execution of a multifunctional building. The project deals with a new multifunctional building in the marginal part of the Olomouc city. The object is a brick building with no cellar and four above-ground floors. The ground plan of the building is regular and mainly rectangular. There are balconies at the corner and in the middle of the eastern part of building in above-ground floors. The last floor is partially receding and there are two terraces here. There is the flat roof construction. The horizontal and vertical supporting and non-supporting constructions are suggested from the Heluz´s brick system. There are three places of business on the ground floor and ten flats on the above-ground floors. The building site has a plane terrain.

Det finns många branscher och arbetsområden för denna teknik och hissbranschen är en utav dessa. I denna rapport utreds de fördelar som finns med Internet of things inom hissövervakning. Företaget Safeline Sweden AB har tagit fram en produkt för att underlätta övervakningen av hissar på avstånd. En utredning av denna produkt och dess kostnadsfördelar togs fram, för att sedan kunna ta fram en affärsmodell för Safelines nya produkt IMS. Genom intervjuer med potentiella kunder kunde information tas fram angående dagens läge inställningen till ny teknik. Den informationen som kom fram under dessa intervjuer användes för att skapa en affärsmodell som ska användas som grund för en affärplan för Safeline.En affärsmodell skapades för Safeline Sweden AB och deras nya produkt IMS. I affärmodellen framgår det bland annat hur företaget bör lansera den nya produkten, hur kundrelationer ska skapas, utvecklas och behållas. Utifrån intervjuerna valdes det att IMS bör säljas som en systemlösning då det anses vara det bästa för att det ska vara attraktivt och prisvärt för kunderna. / Internet of things is today a development that is strongly moving forward to make society more con-trolled by technology, modern and it will be easier for many people. This technology can be used in many diffrent industries and work areas, such as elevator monitoring. This report evaluates the benefits with Internet of things within elevator monitoring. The company Safeline Sweden AB has developed a product that will make it easier to monitor elevators from a distance. An investigation of this product has been done and what their advantages were. After that, a buisness model was formed for Safelines new product IMS. By interviewing potential customers, the information about the sitaution today and the approach for new technology was discovered. The information from the interviews was then used to create a good and sustainable business model for Safeline.A buisness model was created for Safeline Sweden AB and the produkt IMS. The business model describes how the company should launch the new product, how the customer relations should be created, developed and retained. The information from the interviews made it clear that the IMS should be sold as a system solution because it is considered to be more attractive and be more valu-able for the customers.

The diploma thesis is the project of the hotel in Gbely. The Hotel is project as a four–storeyed house with one basement. The building is designed as object with twelve flats. The house has flat roof. The above grade masonry is created by Ytong system. The bearing walls in basement is created by Prefa BTB system, interior grade masonry is created by Ytong system. The partitions are created by Ytong system too. The main building entrance is situated to north–east side. In the basement, there are boiler room, alternative energy source, facilities for employees, laundry room, ironing room, air conditioning engine room and storage units. The first elevated floor is content of main entrance to the object, stairway, shop, reception, restaurant and bar, kitchen and elevators. On the second floor, there are eight guest rooms, background for cleaner, multimedia room. On the third there are ten guest rooms and multimedia room. On the fourth floor there are eight guest rooms, multimedia room and terrace with access to the roof. The foreside of exterior walls will be white with colored stripes. General architectonical and structural solution created harmony with neighbourhood. The project contains technical, thermal and acoustic appraisal forms. Parking is located in the hotel area.
