La didàctica del nombre enter constitueix el centre d'interès d'aquesta investigació. Classifiquem les tipologies d'ensenyament de l'esmentat contingut curricular i focalitzem l'atenció en una d'elles, el mètode deductiu. Estudiem l'efecte que té la seva execució en l'aprenentatge dels estudiants així com en les dificultats que produeix.La proposta d'ensenyament que implementem neix de la resolució del problema dels nombres consecutius. A partir d'un treball experimental arribem a una introducció híbrida del nombre enter que connecta l'ensenyament deductiu amb el constructiu. Establim un pont didàctic entre el tractament empíric i intuïtiu del nombre enter, que caracteritza una primera introducció a l'ensenyament obligatori, i la presentació axiomàtica, pròpia de l'ensenyament superior.Organitzem una experimentació amb la finalitat de donar resposta a les dificultats que l'esmentat ensenyament produeix en els estudiants i a la incidència que té en el seu aprenentatge. Tractaments quantitatius i qualitatius faciliten diagnosticar el punt de partida a l'inici de batxillerat, avaluar la incidència de la proposta en l'aprenentatge dels participants, recollir les dificultats que viuen els discents i els errors que cometen per, finalment, presentar una valoració de la implementació realitzada als ulls de l'alumne.El marc teòric l'alimentem de reflexions didàctiques i possibles tractaments educatius que es poden donar al nombre enter, d'alguns apunts sobre la història del nombre negatiu que mostren la complexitat d'aquest contingut curricular i de recents recerques, diagnosis, disposicions educatives i extractes de llibres de text que permeten focalitzar les dificultats d'aprenentatge i preveure les mancances de l'ensenyament. Aquests fonaments els contrastem amb els resultats obtinguts per tal de mostrar, en atenció al context que ens ocupa, les conclusions de la recerca i diverses qüestions que suggereixen futures investigacions. En el terreny de les implicacions didàctiques, més enllà de l'àmbit d'acció de la investigació realitzada, mostrem com una petita pinzellada del mètode deductiu pot alimentar la primera introducció que actualment s'implementa en la matemàtica escolar a través de models concrets, empírics o físics. / The didactics of the whole number constitutes the key focus of this research. We classify the teaching typologies of said curriculum content and focus our attention on one of them, the deductive method. We study the effect of its execution on students' learning and also the difficulties that it brings with it.The teaching proposal which we implement is born out of the problem resolution of consecutive numbers. From an experimental study we arrive at a hybrid introduction of the whole number which connects the deductive teaching with the constructive one. We establish a didactic bridge between the empirical treatment of the whole number and the intuitive one, which characterises a first introduction to compulsory education, and axiomatic presentation, which is typical of higher education.We are organising an experiment in order to provide a solution to the difficulties that said teaching produces in students and the influence it has on their learning. Quantitative and qualitative processes facilitate the diagnosis of the starting point at the beginning of the "batxillerat" (A-level), the evaluation of the incidence of the proposal in the learning of those participating, the gathering of difficulties encountered by students and the errors they make to, finally, present an evaluation of the implementation from the point of view of the student.We feed the theoretical frame by didactic reflections and possible educational processes which can be given to the whole number, by some notes about the history of the negative number which demonstrate the complexity of this curriculum content and by recent research, diagnoses, educational provisions and extracts from textbooks which allow us to focus on the learning difficulties and foresee what teaching is lacking in.We contrast these foundations with the results obtained in order to demonstrate, in the context of what we are discussing, the research conclusions and diverse questions which future research suggests.In the field of didactic implications, beyond the scope of action of the investigation carried out, we show how a little brushstroke of deductive method can feed the first introduction that is implemented nowadays in school mathematics through specific empirical or physical methods.

Previous issue date: 2012-12-07 / A Ilha das Caieiras está localizada em uma das regiões mais carentes no município de Vitória/ES, a Grande São Pedro. Esta região é densamente povoada e é conhecida como um bolsão de pobreza da capital, com a população sobrevivendo, principalmente, da coleta e comercialização de frutos do mar do manguezal localizado em seu entorno. Estudos realizados anteriormente na região mostraram que a água deste estuário está contaminada com microrganismos patogênicos provenientes, principalmente, de esgotos domésticos lançados sem prévio tratamento.
O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a presença de vírus entéricos (adenovírus AdV, rotavírus RV e norovírus GII NoV) e indicadores bacterianos de poluição fecal (coliformes termotolerantes e enterococos) em amostras de água de quatro pontos deste importante estuário da Ilha das Caieiras. O monitoramento ocorreu de janeiro de 2011 a julho de 2012 (19 meses) e utilizou-se as técnicas moleculares PCR Qualitativa e PCR em Tempo Real (qPCR), para detecção de vírus entéricos, e membrana filtrante, para análise de bactérias, além de avaliação de parâmetros físico-químicos da água.
Os resultados das análises microbiológicas da água nos pontos estudados (P1, P2, P3 e P4) demonstraram a presença de coliformes termotolerantes, com médias geométricas de 1,66x102, 1,31x102, 2,29x103 e 3,13x102 UFC / 100 mL de água, respectivamente. Para enterococos, as médias encontradas foram 6,30x101 UFC / 100 mL em P1, 5,56x101 UFC / 100 mL em P2, 1,89x103 UFC / 100 mL em P3 e 1,62x103 UFC / 100 mL em P4. Os vírus entéricos foram detectados nos quatro pontos de monitoramento pelas duas técnicas moleculares utilizadas, com valores máximos de 2,00x103, 5,24x104 e 1,50x104 CG / 100 mL para AdV, RV e NoV, respectivamente, quantificados por qPCR. A frequências de detecção de vírus nas amostras de água do estuário variou de 21 27% para AdV, 42 53% para RV e 10 42% para NoV GII.
Neste estudo foi possível verificar que o estuário da Ilha das Caieiras apresenta-se contaminado devido, possivelmente, aos lançamentos de esgoto in natura e/ou de lixiviados de áreas rurais. A ação antropogênica sobre este manguezal é evidente e preocupante, pois se reflete na qualidade ambiental deste meio, na saúde da população e na economia da região.

This thesis is dedicated to currently a very important and topical theme; it is an entering of foreign company into the Russian market. The work is divided into two parts. In the first, the author deals with the theoretical approach to the issue. In the second part of the work the author describes activities of CineStar on the Czech market. After that the author is explaining the choice of market entry, it was the following ways: greenfield investment, business with a partner, franchising and merger. In the last chapter the author explaining other issues - it was a marketing and management. This part should serve as a form of proposals for other companies that are thinking about doing business in the Russian market. The aim of this thesis is to describe the entry of CineStar into the Russian market with a focus on the choice of entering. The central research question was following: CineStar company is really worth to enter the Russian market. The author worked in her work with Russian and Czech resources.

Predicting IT Governance Performance : A Method for Model-Based Decision MakingSimonsson, Mårten January 2008 (has links)
Contemporary enterprises are largely dependent on Information Technology (IT), which makes decision making on IT matters important. There are numerous issues that confuse IT decision making, including contradictive business needs, financial constraints, lack of communication between business and IT stakeholders and difficulty in understanding the often heterogeneous and integrated IT systems. The discipline of IT governance aims at providing the decision making structures, processes, and relational mechanisms, needed in order for IT to support and perpetuate the business. The adjacent discipline of enterprise architecture provides a broad range of frameworks and tools for model-based management of IT. Enterprise architecture is a commonly and successfully used approach, but the frameworks need to be adapted with respect to the concerns at stake in order to become truly useful. The IT organization includes all people involved in decision making regarding IT. The quality of the IT organization differs between enterprises and depends on aspects such as: are rights and responsibilities assigned to the appropriate people, are formalized processes implemented, and does proper documentation exist? This internal IT organization efficiency is labeled IT governance maturity. One might argue that internal efficiency metrics of the IT organization are of moderate interest only. What really matters is the external effectiveness of services that the IT organization delivers to the business. This latter effectiveness is labeled IT governance performance. Even though it is reasonable to believe that enterprises with good IT governance maturity also achieve high IT governance performance, the validity of this assumption has never been tested. IT management’s ability to make well-informed decisions regarding internal IT organization matters would increase if it were possible to predict IT governance performance. The contribution of this thesis is a method for model-based IT governance decision making. The method includes a metamodel, i.e. a modeling language, and a framework for the assessment of IT governance maturity and performance. The method also allows prediction of IT governance performance. This thesis is a composite thesis consisting of four papers and an introduction. Paper A presents an overview of the method for model-based IT governance decision making. Paper B presents the mathematical foundation of the prediction apparatus, i.e. a Bayesian network that is based on statistical data. Paper C presents how the method can be used in practice to support IT governance decision making. Finally, Paper D analyzes the correlation of IT governance maturity and performance. The present study aimed to investigate elementary school teachers&rsquo / motives to pursue a teaching career. Teachers&rsquo / motives to follow a teaching career were analyzed in terms of their gender, year of experience, graduate higher education institution, graduate high school, subject, and the presence or absence of other teachers in their families.
The participants were 905 teachers from 38 public elementary schools in six central districts of Ankara. A forty-three-item, five point Likert scale questionnaire, developed by the researcher, was used for data collection. SPSS was utilized for the descriptive statistical analyses. Responses to open-ended question were qualitatively analyzed.
The results of the study revealed that elementary school teachers agreed on mostly intrinsic and altruistic motives as their reasons to enter teaching. A liking for children, a desire to make a contribution to their development, and a wish for setting good models for them were among the motives teachers mostly agreed on. However, elementary school teachers mostly disagreed on extrinsic motives and miscellaneous reasons. Of the extrinsic motives the motives with the lowest mean scores were the one suggesting the financial advantages of teaching. Lastly, of the miscellaneous reasons teachers mostly disagreed they entered teaching because they did not know what else to do or they had no other choice. In other words, teachers disagreed they entered teaching because of an obligation or lack of opportunities. In conclusion, the results of this study can contribute to fill the gap in the literature on teachers&rsquo / motives to pursue a teaching career.

The methods of analysis include basic questionnaire survey of individual markets, comparison and evaluation of own real data from conducted online advertising campaigns, or analysis of internal access statistics from individual e-shops. In conclusion overall results and analyzes of each market are presented, for each market a summary of lessons learned and suitable recommendations to potential effective input is made.
