A tese discute as implicações e os desdobramentos transferenciais da instituição de um espaço de escuta psicanalítico na sede de uma organização não governamental que abrigava um projeto de Centro da Juventude num bairro da zona sul do município de São Paulo. Depois de abordar a gênese da aposta no desejo de escuta, a autora problematiza o processo de construção desse espaço, dentro do qual surgiu a escuta do caso Maria, marcada pela presença do traumático associado ao silenciamento do sujeito, e paradoxalmente, ao que retorna na compulsão à repetição, no agir atualizado na relação transferencial. A autora examina, também, o que no contexto social pode operar de captura do sujeito e reforçar as posições de sacrifício impostas pelos imperativos superegoicos. A partir da experiência de escuta do traumático no caso Maria, a autora defende o ponto de vista de que a disponibilização de um espaço de escuta psicanalítico, sustentado pela presença do analista, pode suscitar a emergência da fala do sujeito, a elaboração de um pedido de escuta, e propiciar alguma diferenciação das posições que marcam lugares de estagnação / The thesis discuss the transferencial implications and developments of the institution of a psychoanalitic listening space in the headquarters of a non-governmental organization that housed the project of a Youth Center in a neighborhood of the south area of the city of São Paulo. After approaching the genesis of the bet on listening desire, the author problematize the construction process of this space, within wich arose the listening of Maria case, marked by the presence of the traumatic associated with the silencing of the subject, and, paradoxically, with what returns in the repetition compulsion, in the <> updated in the transference relationship. The author examine also, of what in the social context, can operate as a capture of the subject, and reinforce the positions of sacrifice imposed by the super egoic imperatives. Starting from the listening experience of traumatic in the Maria case, the author defends the view that the provision of a psychoanalitic listening space, supported by the presence of the psychoanalyst, may give rise to the emergence of the speech of the subject, to the elaboration of a demand for listening, and propitiate some differentiation in the positions that mark places of stagnation

Esta pesquisa versa sobre o incesto, qual seja, o abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes que acontece no ambiente familiar. Tem como propósito o aprofundamento reflexivo sobre a escuta aos sujeitos envolvidos na trama incestuosa, tendo em vista o aprimoramento das práticas profissionais na área. Para tanto, empreende um percurso de estudos com referenciais da Psicanálise embasados nas formulações fundadoras de Freud, Ferenczi e Lacan, numa profícua interlocução com comentadores como Piera Aulagnier, Abraham e Torok, Françoise Dolto, entre outros. A trajetória das discussões parte das elaborações teóricas sobre sexualidade infantil e interações parentais, a interdição ao incesto como fundamento da cultura, a dimensão traumática da interação sexual abusiva, perpassa os liames da transmissão psíquica e desdobra-se no enfoque sobre aquele que figura no lugar de autor da agressão sexual. Nesta vertente, a centralidade do debate aborda, num primeiro momento, a perversão como estrutura e a densidade de seus elementos constitutivos, como a recusa à castração, o desafio à lei, a dinâmica sadomasoquista e o mecanismo do desmentido. Num segundo momento, a atenção se volta para a perversão como uma nova modalidade de laço social. A partir daí, o campo de estudo se abre para o entendimento do que tem se configurado como a mais frequente casuística no trabalho com a escuta dessas situações: o sujeito neurótico capturado numa montagem social perversa. A autora, tomando como eixo norteador do presente estudo o material empírico de sua práxis na supervisão ao atendimento da família envolvida na trama incestuosa, tece como considerações finais que o aprimoramento do trabalho de escuta precisa, necessariamente, passar pelo conhecimento das dinâmica psíquicas e sociais que geram e mantém a dinâmica familiar abusiva e que a Psicanálise e o espaço de supervisão são estratégias de excelência na consecução deste objetivo / This study refers to incest, which is, the sexual abuse of children and adolescents that happens in the family environment. Its purpose is a deepening reflection on listening to all people involved in the incestuous plot, in order to improve professional practices in the area. Therefore, it undertakes a course of studies with references of Psychoanalysis based on the founding formulations of Freud, Ferenczi and Lacan, in a successful communication with commentators such as Piera Aulagnier, Abraham and Torok, Françoise Dolto, among others. The trajectory of the discussions starts from a theoretical preparation of the child sexuality and parental interactions, the interdiction on incest as the foundation of culture, the traumatic dimension of abusive sexual interaction, goes beyond the boundaries of psychic transmission and unfolds in the focus of the one who appears in the place of the author of the sexual aggression. In this aspect, the centrality of the debate deals, in a first moment, with perversion as structure and the density of its constitutive elements, such as refusal to castrate, challenge to the law, sadomasochistic dynamics and mechanism of denial. In a second moment, attention turns to perversion as a new mode of social bonding. From then on, the field of study opens up to the understanding of what has been configured as the most frequent casuistry in the work with the listening to these situations: the neurotic individual captured in a perverse social setup. The author, building her studies on the empirical material of her praxis in supervising the care of the incestuous family, makes as her final considerations that improvement on the work of listening must, necessarily, pass through knowledge of psychic and social dynamics which generate and maintain the abusive family dynamics and that the Psychoanalysis and the supervisory space are strategies of excellence in achieving this goal

One of the most relevant results was the construction of a listening model psychoanalytically oriented towards motherhood vicissitudes / O objetivo desse estudo foi analisar quatro casos de mulheres que se tornaram mães pela primeira vez e que foram atendidas através de uma escuta psicanalítica empática, direcionada para a questão do desamparo materno. O referencial teórico privilegiou as contribuições de Freud, Klein, Bion e Winnicott, além de alguns psicanalistas que trabalham especificamente com a maternidade. Esta pesquisa problematiza a situação psicanalítica de supervisão de tratamentos com base na experiência da pesquisadora em sua prática numa clínica-escola ligada a uma universidade pública. Para a consecução da proposta, foi delimitada a noção de ‘situação psicanalítica’ considerando existir uma pontualidade relativa a esta noção no âmbito da pesquisa. Consoante esta pontualidade, foi realizada uma reflexão e uma apresentação do método da pesquisa psicanalítica. Nessa perspectiva, a autora apresenta três eixos considerados os nortes da pesquisa: a questão da transferência na situação psicanalítica de supervisão; os efeitos da situação psicanalítica de supervisão na direção de tratamentos e a situação psicanalítica de supervisão numa experiência ‘extra-muros’. Os três eixos são discutidos através de ensaios metapsicológicos, forma de reflexão que se insere na pontualidade inerente ao método de pesquisa psicanalítica. A investigação contribui para as pesquisas psicanalíticas sobre a situação de supervisão de tratamentos, ocorra essa em uma clínica-escola ou em uma instituição de transmissão da psicanálise. A contribuição principal da pesquisa é a abordagem psicanalítica do processo de supervisão, isto é, a leitura da transferência e das formações do inconsciente na situação de supervisão. / This research paper examines the psychoanalytical treatment supervision situation based on the researcher’s practice background at a Public University’s Clinics - School of Psychological Treatment. In order to achieve the proposal’s purpose, the “psychoanalytical situation” notion was delimited taking into consideration the existence of a unique aspect regarding such concept in the scope of the research. In accordance to this specific facet, some thoughts on the subject and the psychoanalytical research method are presented. From this perspective, the author presents three research guiding coordinates: the transference phenomena in the psychoanalytical situation of supervision; the effect of the psychoanalytical situation of supervision on treatment direction and the psychoanalytical situation of supervision in an `extra-walls' experience. The three coordinates are discussed in metapsychological essays, considered to be the inherent reasoning form to such particular aspect of the psychoanalytical research method. This investigation makes contributions to psychoanalytical research on treatment supervision situation, considering its setting at a Clinics-school facility or at a Psychoanalysis transmission institution. The research’s main contribution is the psychoanalytical approach of the supervision process, namely the analysis of the transference phenomena and the unconscious formations in the supervision situation.

Nesta dissertação, apresenta-se uma experiência de pesquisa-intervenção que se constituiu dentro de uma instituição socioeducativa do Rio Grande do Sul. A partir dos trabalhos desenvolvidos pelo grupo de pesquisa através de Rodas de Conversa com os adolescentes em conflito com a lei que cumprem medida socioeducativa, percebeu-se que a ampliação da escuta para os agentes socioeducadores seria importante. Sem nos anteciparmos à experiência, escutamos os socioeducadores e sua crescente necessidade de falar sobre o seu fazer, construindo, a partir do que era engendrado em transferência, uma intervenção que inicialmente tinha o nome de Posto Móvel de Escuta. A apresentação massiva de real, que se interpunha à pesquisadora-psicanalista através da estética do lugar, das cenas presenciadas na instituição e de algumas narrativas dos agentes foi sendo articulada pela criação de uma metodologia inspirada em dois pressupostos, a escuta psicanalítica e a leitura que Walter Benjamin empreendeu do flâneur de Baudelaire. A flânerie imprime um tempo distendido à urgência das grandes cidades, trazendo uma leveza e certa poética para o trabalho junto ao traumático, à medida que se configura enquanto correspondência corporal para a atenção flutuante preconizada por Freud. Em muitos momentos, era fundamental simplesmente seguir testemunhando o horror da vivência (Erlebnis) da socioeducação, imprimindo continuidade ao trabalho que possibilitava aos socioeducadores se sentirem vistos, além de escutados – o que constituiu a flânerie como intervenção Nesse sentido, a psicanálise e a flânerie conjugam-se na possibilidade de abrir espaços de narração, em que os sujeitos retomam pontos extraviados da história social e da sua própria, compartilhando-as e, quiçá, decantando-as em experiência (Erfahrung). Frente às vivências fraturadas que se apresentavam na vivência da socioeducação, o primeiro problema de pesquisa se formaliza na metodologia. Como a pesquisa psicanalítica poderia estar presente na socioeducação e como escutar os socioeducadores? O cerne desta dissertação está, portanto, na apresentação da edificação de um modo próprio de investigação, engendrado na interlocução entre as construções anteriores do grupo de pesquisa, as particularidades do campo e a formação da pesquisadora-psicanalista. Assim nasce a escuta-flânerie com os agentes socioeducadores, uma pesquisa-intervenção na instituição socioeducativa. Destacamos no texto, portanto, inúmeros fragmentos desse trabalho, restos que apresentam um paralelo entre a narrativa dos agentes socioeducadores e a da própria psicanalista, iniciando pela escrita dos diários de experiência até a construção desta dissertação. Na escrita também trazemos a metodologia da flânerie, criando um modo de fazer a experiência falar, em que aproximamos as palavras e as imagens, em um processo de montagem. Persistindo na escuta-flânerie, estivemos na instituição socioeducativa durante três períodos de quatro meses cada, a partir dos quais foram surgindo inúmeras questões Tamanha avalanche de vivências trouxe-nos passagens e rastros, que decantavam do trajeto da flânerie no tempo do a posteriori, por onde vamos apontando, no texto, para alguns significantes que restaram na escuta da pesquisa. Falamos de identificações ao redor de traumas, medos e sentimentos de abandono, tentamos trazer à tona as pérolas das narrativas dos socioeducadores e das palavras emprestadas que eles recolhem dos adolescentes, dando especial destaque à criação de apelidos para os agentes. Nesse flanar, emergiu um segundo problema de pesquisa, tendo em vista as inúmeras dificuldades encontradas pelos socioeducadores para realizar o seu trabalho, enunciando desde a proposição das leis que regem o sistema socioeducativo, até a precariedade das vivências dos adolescentes que atendem e as fragilidades de suas próprias vidas. Como poderia o socioeducador transformar o traumático em algo novo que lhe afaste da polaridade entre a desesperança e as certezas absolutas? A partir dessa questão fomos remetidos ao impossível do trabalho da socioeducação, dando relevo a algumas problematizações, apostando que, nas narrativas dos socioeducadores, poderia emergir um saber sobre seu fazer. Trabalhamos os temas da autoridade e alteridade, do brincar e do ato criativo dos socioeducadores, quando podem se oferecer como objeto a ser usado pelos adolescentes. Costurando o ato criativo com a posição da pesquisa psicanalítica, salientamos que, no diapasão da escuta-flânerie, o chiste e a validação da experiência também emergiam como intervenções, fazendo eco à escuta da transferência e à criatividade necessárias para que a pesquisa acadêmica pautada nos pressupostos dos fundamentos da psicanálise apresente-se vigorosa também nestes sítios. / In this dissertation, we present a research-intervention experience that was constituted within a socio-educational institution of Rio Grande do Sul. From the work developed by the research group through Wheels of Conversation with adolescents whom complies socio-educational measure, it came to us that the extension to socio-educational agents listening would be important. Without anticipating the experience, we listened to the socioeducators and their growing need to talk about their doing, building, from what was generated in transference, an intervention that initially had the name of Mobile Office of Listening. The massive presentation of real, which was interposing the researcher-psychoanalyst through the aesthetics of the place, the scenes witnessed in the institution and some narratives of the agents was managed by the creation of a methodology inspired by two presuppositions, the psychoanalytic listening and the Walter Benjamin reading of Baudelaire's flâneur. The flânerie gives a distended time to the urgency of the great cities, bringing a lightness and a certain poetics to the work we have been facing with the traumatic, as it was configured as the body correspondence to the floating attention advocated by Freud. In many moments, it was fundamental to simply keep witnessing the horror of the experience (Erlebnis) of the socioeducation, imparting continuity to the work that allowed the socioeducators to feel watched, in addition to being listened – where the flânerie became a intervention. In this sense, psychoanalysis and flânerie are combined in the possibility of opening spaces of narrative, in which the subjects return to lost points of the social history and of their own, sharing them and, perhaps, decanting them in experience (Erfahrung) Faced with the fractured experiences (Erlebnis) that were present in the experience of socioeducation, the first research problem is formalized in methodology. How could psychoanalytic research be in socio-education and how to listen to socioeducators? The core of this dissertation is, therefore, in the presentation of the construction of a singular way of investigation, engendered in the interlocution between the previous constructions of the research group, the particularities of the field and the formation of the researcher-psychoanalyst. Thus was born the listening-flânerie with the socioeducators agents, a research-intervention in the socioeducative institution. In this context, we highlight in the text numerous fragments of this work, rests that evidence a parallel between the narrative of the agents and the psychoanalyst´s itself, beginning with the writing of the diary of experience (Erfahrung) to the construction of this dissertation. In writing we also brought flânerie´s methodology, creating a way of making the experience speak, approximating the words and the images, in an assembly process. Persisting with the listening-flânerie, we were able to be in the socio-educational institution during three periods, from which numerous questions arose. Such an avalanche of experiences (Erlebnis) brought us passages and traces, which decanted the path of the flânerie in the time of the a posteriori, where we are pointing, in the text, to some signifiers that remained in the research We talk about identifications around traumas, fears and feelings of abandonment, we try to bring up the pearls of the narratives of the socioeducators and the borrowed words they collect from adolescents, with special emphasis on the creation of nicknames for the agents. In this flânerie, a second research problem emerged, in view of the numerous difficulties encountered by the socioeducators to carry out their work, stating from the proposition of the Laws that govern the socio-educational system, to the precariousness of the adolescents' experiences that they attend and the fragilities of their own lives. How could the socioeducator transform the traumatic into something new that distances him from the polarity of hopelessness and absolute certainties? A question from which we were referred to the impossible of the work of the socioeducation, we emphasize some problematizations, thinking that, in the narratives of the socioeducators, could emerge a knowledge about theirs doing. We work on the subjects of authority and otherness, play and the creative act of socioeducators, when they can offer themselves as an object to be used by adolescents. Tailoring the creative act to the position of psychoanalytic research, we emphasize that in the context of listening-flânerie, the joke and the validation of experience also emerged as interventions. This makes reference to the listening of the transference and the creativity necessary for the academic research that is based on the presuppositions of psychoanalysis, also offering vigorous in these fields.

Considering that hospitalization implies in the emotional breaking of the ill subject because he/she is faced with vulnerability and abandonment before death and illness, the aim of this work is to make emerge the psychoanalytical body in the hospital through analysis of the psychic of the subject. We performed a reading of the ill-subject in current times, reflecting upon the contemporary knowledge and institutional postures that cross between themselves for the construction and social-cultural representation of the sick and hospitalized body. From the premises of the necessity of controlling the body it is reaffirmed by culture as well as by the institutions, caretakers and assented by the post modern man in search of perfection that mortifies, imposes a mold, that atrophies the feeling of doubt, hesitation, suffering and that even though we observe that this tentative to resist the encounter with doubt by paralyzing subjectivity processes, the actual body, as an announcement, seeks to remember the existence of the pulsional body disclosing the founding insatiability, revealing the suffering that is peculiar to humans, so then as to be born the being is conditions of analysis ,in identity crisis, emerging the subject of speech, the subject of desire. This is the place of the analyst and the analyzed: face to face with the psychoanalytical body. Psychoanalysis has in this work, the role of paraphrasing, a methodological instrument that looks beyond the socialcultural announcement. Psychoanalysis puts itself as an investigator of the logic of the production of meanings- which emerge or are already made up in an institution that treats the urgencies of the body: the public hospital, in the XXI century. The pulsional body is considered here as that one which produces and on which is produces representational fields in which are inserted subjects and is presumed that these fields are governed by specific logic because they are unconscious- and that they determine their relations: be them organic, institutional and subjective, being the subjects are dialectally also made up by them; as the body, at the same time, is the source and aim of the impulses. Two clinical cases studies were analyzed having as an essential operator, the psychoanalytical method which revealed from the transferential relationship of the posture interrogator-interpretant and analytical listening, the ascension of the subject of the unconscious- the subject of desire, psychoanalytic by excellence, reliving interventions that legitimately occupy the trade to which are destined: care for the psychoanalytical body through therapeutic function. / Considerando que o processo de hospitalização implica uma desestruturação emocional do sujeito doente por fazê-lo deparar-se com sua vulnerabilidade e desamparo diante da morte e do adoecer, o objetivo deste trabalho é ver-fazer emergir o corpo psicanalítico na instituição hospitalar pela análise do sujeito psíquico. Realizamos uma leitura do sujeito-doente na atualidade, refletindo sobre os saberes contemporâneos e as posturas institucionais que se entrecruzam para a construção e a representação sócio-cultural do corpo adoecido e hospitalizado, partindo da premissa de que a necessidade de se controlar o corpo é reafirmada tanto pela cultura, quanto pelas instituições de cuidados com o corpo e assentida pelo homem pós-moderno, na busca de uma condição de perfeição que mortifica, que impõe um molde, que atrofia o sentimento de dúvida, de hesitação, de sofrimento e que, embora constatemos que essa tentativa de resistir ao encontro com a dúvida por meio de paralisação dos processos de subjetivação, o próprio corpo, como enunciação, procura retomar, procura relembrar a existência do corpo de pulsões, denunciando-lhe sua insaciabilidade fundante e revelando o sofrimento que é peculiar ao homem, para então nascer o ser em condição de análise , em crise identitária, emergindo o sujeito da falta, o sujeito do desejo. Eis aí o lugar do analista e do analisando: frente ao corpo psicanalítico. A psicanálise tem, neste trabalho, função de paráfrase, de instrumento metodológico que olha para além do enunciado sócio-cultural; posta-se como investigador da lógica de produção de sentidos emergentes ou os já constituídos, numa instituição que trata das urgências do corpo: o hospital, público, no século XXI. O corpo pulsional é considerado, aqui, como aquele que produz e sob o qual se produzem campos de representações nos quais se inserem os sujeitos e presume-se que sejam estes campos, regidos por lógicas específicas porque inconscientes é que determinam suas relações: sejam orgânicas, institucionais e subjetivas, sendo que os sujeitos são dialeticamente também constituídos por elas; visto que o corpo é, ao mesmo tempo, fonte e finalidade das pulsões. Dois casos clínicos foram analisados tendo como operador essencial o método psicanalítico que revelou, a partir da relação transferencial, da postura interroganteinterpretante e da escuta analítica, a ascensão do sujeito do inconsciente o sujeito do desejo, psicanalítico por excelência, revivificando intervenções que se ocupam legitimamente do ofício às quais se destinam: cuidados para com o corpo psicanalítico mediante função terapêutica. / Mestre em Psicologia Aplicada

Em muitos momentos, era fundamental simplesmente seguir testemunhando o horror da vivência (Erlebnis) da socioeducação, imprimindo continuidade ao trabalho que possibilitava aos socioeducadores se sentirem vistos, além de escutados – o que constituiu a flânerie como intervenção Nesse sentido, a psicanálise e a flânerie conjugam-se na possibilidade de abrir espaços de narração, em que os sujeitos retomam pontos extraviados da história social e da sua própria, compartilhando-as e, quiçá, decantando-as em experiência (Erfahrung). Frente às vivências fraturadas que se apresentavam na vivência da socioeducação, o primeiro problema de pesquisa se formaliza na metodologia. Como a pesquisa psicanalítica poderia estar presente na socioeducação e como escutar os socioeducadores? O cerne desta dissertação está, portanto, na apresentação da edificação de um modo próprio de investigação, engendrado na interlocução entre as construções anteriores do grupo de pesquisa, as particularidades do campo e a formação da pesquisadora-psicanalista. Assim nasce a escuta-flânerie com os agentes socioeducadores, uma pesquisa-intervenção na instituição socioeducativa. Destacamos no texto, portanto, inúmeros fragmentos desse trabalho, restos que apresentam um paralelo entre a narrativa dos agentes socioeducadores e a da própria psicanalista, iniciando pela escrita dos diários de experiência até a construção desta dissertação. Na escrita também trazemos a metodologia da flânerie, criando um modo de fazer a experiência falar, em que aproximamos as palavras e as imagens, em um processo de montagem. Persistindo na escuta-flânerie, estivemos na instituição socioeducativa durante três períodos de quatro meses cada, a partir dos quais foram surgindo inúmeras questões Tamanha avalanche de vivências trouxe-nos passagens e rastros, que decantavam do trajeto da flânerie no tempo do a posteriori, por onde vamos apontando, no texto, para alguns significantes que restaram na escuta da pesquisa. Falamos de identificações ao redor de traumas, medos e sentimentos de abandono, tentamos trazer à tona as pérolas das narrativas dos socioeducadores e das palavras emprestadas que eles recolhem dos adolescentes, dando especial destaque à criação de apelidos para os agentes. Nesse flanar, emergiu um segundo problema de pesquisa, tendo em vista as inúmeras dificuldades encontradas pelos socioeducadores para realizar o seu trabalho, enunciando desde a proposição das leis que regem o sistema socioeducativo, até a precariedade das vivências dos adolescentes que atendem e as fragilidades de suas próprias vidas. Como poderia o socioeducador transformar o traumático em algo novo que lhe afaste da polaridade entre a desesperança e as certezas absolutas? A partir dessa questão fomos remetidos ao impossível do trabalho da socioeducação, dando relevo a algumas problematizações, apostando que, nas narrativas dos socioeducadores, poderia emergir um saber sobre seu fazer. Trabalhamos os temas da autoridade e alteridade, do brincar e do ato criativo dos socioeducadores, quando podem se oferecer como objeto a ser usado pelos adolescentes. Costurando o ato criativo com a posição da pesquisa psicanalítica, salientamos que, no diapasão da escuta-flânerie, o chiste e a validação da experiência também emergiam como intervenções, fazendo eco à escuta da transferência e à criatividade necessárias para que a pesquisa acadêmica pautada nos pressupostos dos fundamentos da psicanálise apresente-se vigorosa também nestes sítios. / In this dissertation, we present a research-intervention experience that was constituted within a socio-educational institution of Rio Grande do Sul. From the work developed by the research group through Wheels of Conversation with adolescents whom complies socio-educational measure, it came to us that the extension to socio-educational agents listening would be important. Without anticipating the experience, we listened to the socioeducators and their growing need to talk about their doing, building, from what was generated in transference, an intervention that initially had the name of Mobile Office of Listening. The massive presentation of real, which was interposing the researcher-psychoanalyst through the aesthetics of the place, the scenes witnessed in the institution and some narratives of the agents was managed by the creation of a methodology inspired by two presuppositions, the psychoanalytic listening and the Walter Benjamin reading of Baudelaire's flâneur. The flânerie gives a distended time to the urgency of the great cities, bringing a lightness and a certain poetics to the work we have been facing with the traumatic, as it was configured as the body correspondence to the floating attention advocated by Freud. In many moments, it was fundamental to simply keep witnessing the horror of the experience (Erlebnis) of the socioeducation, imparting continuity to the work that allowed the socioeducators to feel watched, in addition to being listened – where the flânerie became a intervention. In this sense, psychoanalysis and flânerie are combined in the possibility of opening spaces of narrative, in which the subjects return to lost points of the social history and of their own, sharing them and, perhaps, decanting them in experience (Erfahrung) Faced with the fractured experiences (Erlebnis) that were present in the experience of socioeducation, the first research problem is formalized in methodology. How could psychoanalytic research be in socio-education and how to listen to socioeducators? The core of this dissertation is, therefore, in the presentation of the construction of a singular way of investigation, engendered in the interlocution between the previous constructions of the research group, the particularities of the field and the formation of the researcher-psychoanalyst. Thus was born the listening-flânerie with the socioeducators agents, a research-intervention in the socioeducative institution. In this context, we highlight in the text numerous fragments of this work, rests that evidence a parallel between the narrative of the agents and the psychoanalyst´s itself, beginning with the writing of the diary of experience (Erfahrung) to the construction of this dissertation. In writing we also brought flânerie´s methodology, creating a way of making the experience speak, approximating the words and the images, in an assembly process. Persisting with the listening-flânerie, we were able to be in the socio-educational institution during three periods, from which numerous questions arose. Such an avalanche of experiences (Erlebnis) brought us passages and traces, which decanted the path of the flânerie in the time of the a posteriori, where we are pointing, in the text, to some signifiers that remained in the research We talk about identifications around traumas, fears and feelings of abandonment, we try to bring up the pearls of the narratives of the socioeducators and the borrowed words they collect from adolescents, with special emphasis on the creation of nicknames for the agents. In this flânerie, a second research problem emerged, in view of the numerous difficulties encountered by the socioeducators to carry out their work, stating from the proposition of the Laws that govern the socio-educational system, to the precariousness of the adolescents' experiences that they attend and the fragilities of their own lives. How could the socioeducator transform the traumatic into something new that distances him from the polarity of hopelessness and absolute certainties? A question from which we were referred to the impossible of the work of the socioeducation, we emphasize some problematizations, thinking that, in the narratives of the socioeducators, could emerge a knowledge about theirs doing. We work on the subjects of authority and otherness, play and the creative act of socioeducators, when they can offer themselves as an object to be used by adolescents. Tailoring the creative act to the position of psychoanalytic research, we emphasize that in the context of listening-flânerie, the joke and the validation of experience also emerged as interventions. This makes reference to the listening of the transference and the creativity necessary for the academic research that is based on the presuppositions of psychoanalysis, also offering vigorous in these fields.

Esta pesquisa problematiza a situação psicanalítica de supervisão de tratamentos com base na experiência da pesquisadora em sua prática numa clínica-escola ligada a uma universidade pública. Para a consecução da proposta, foi delimitada a noção de ‘situação psicanalítica’ considerando existir uma pontualidade relativa a esta noção no âmbito da pesquisa. Consoante esta pontualidade, foi realizada uma reflexão e uma apresentação do método da pesquisa psicanalítica. Nessa perspectiva, a autora apresenta três eixos considerados os nortes da pesquisa: a questão da transferência na situação psicanalítica de supervisão; os efeitos da situação psicanalítica de supervisão na direção de tratamentos e a situação psicanalítica de supervisão numa experiência ‘extra-muros’. Os três eixos são discutidos através de ensaios metapsicológicos, forma de reflexão que se insere na pontualidade inerente ao método de pesquisa psicanalítica. A investigação contribui para as pesquisas psicanalíticas sobre a situação de supervisão de tratamentos, ocorra essa em uma clínica-escola ou em uma instituição de transmissão da psicanálise. A contribuição principal da pesquisa é a abordagem psicanalítica do processo de supervisão, isto é, a leitura da transferência e das formações do inconsciente na situação de supervisão. / This research paper examines the psychoanalytical treatment supervision situation based on the researcher’s practice background at a Public University’s Clinics - School of Psychological Treatment. In order to achieve the proposal’s purpose, the “psychoanalytical situation” notion was delimited taking into consideration the existence of a unique aspect regarding such concept in the scope of the research. In accordance to this specific facet, some thoughts on the subject and the psychoanalytical research method are presented. From this perspective, the author presents three research guiding coordinates: the transference phenomena in the psychoanalytical situation of supervision; the effect of the psychoanalytical situation of supervision on treatment direction and the psychoanalytical situation of supervision in an `extra-walls' experience. The three coordinates are discussed in metapsychological essays, considered to be the inherent reasoning form to such particular aspect of the psychoanalytical research method. This investigation makes contributions to psychoanalytical research on treatment supervision situation, considering its setting at a Clinics-school facility or at a Psychoanalysis transmission institution. The research’s main contribution is the psychoanalytical approach of the supervision process, namely the analysis of the transference phenomena and the unconscious formations in the supervision situation.

Esta pesquisa versa sobre o incesto, qual seja, o abuso sexual de crianças e adolescentes que acontece no ambiente familiar. Tem como propósito o aprofundamento reflexivo sobre a escuta aos sujeitos envolvidos na trama incestuosa, tendo em vista o aprimoramento das práticas profissionais na área. Para tanto, empreende um percurso de estudos com referenciais da Psicanálise embasados nas formulações fundadoras de Freud, Ferenczi e Lacan, numa profícua interlocução com comentadores como Piera Aulagnier, Abraham e Torok, Françoise Dolto, entre outros. A trajetória das discussões parte das elaborações teóricas sobre sexualidade infantil e interações parentais, a interdição ao incesto como fundamento da cultura, a dimensão traumática da interação sexual abusiva, perpassa os liames da transmissão psíquica e desdobra-se no enfoque sobre aquele que figura no lugar de autor da agressão sexual. Nesta vertente, a centralidade do debate aborda, num primeiro momento, a perversão como estrutura e a densidade de seus elementos constitutivos, como a recusa à castração, o desafio à lei, a dinâmica sadomasoquista e o mecanismo do desmentido. Num segundo momento, a atenção se volta para a perversão como uma nova modalidade de laço social. A partir daí, o campo de estudo se abre para o entendimento do que tem se configurado como a mais frequente casuística no trabalho com a escuta dessas situações: o sujeito neurótico capturado numa montagem social perversa. A autora, tomando como eixo norteador do presente estudo o material empírico de sua práxis na supervisão ao atendimento da família envolvida na trama incestuosa, tece como considerações finais que o aprimoramento do trabalho de escuta precisa, necessariamente, passar pelo conhecimento das dinâmica psíquicas e sociais que geram e mantém a dinâmica familiar abusiva e que a Psicanálise e o espaço de supervisão são estratégias de excelência na consecução deste objetivo / This study refers to incest, which is, the sexual abuse of children and adolescents that happens in the family environment. Its purpose is a deepening reflection on listening to all people involved in the incestuous plot, in order to improve professional practices in the area. Therefore, it undertakes a course of studies with references of Psychoanalysis based on the founding formulations of Freud, Ferenczi and Lacan, in a successful communication with commentators such as Piera Aulagnier, Abraham and Torok, Françoise Dolto, among others. The trajectory of the discussions starts from a theoretical preparation of the child sexuality and parental interactions, the interdiction on incest as the foundation of culture, the traumatic dimension of abusive sexual interaction, goes beyond the boundaries of psychic transmission and unfolds in the focus of the one who appears in the place of the author of the sexual aggression. In this aspect, the centrality of the debate deals, in a first moment, with perversion as structure and the density of its constitutive elements, such as refusal to castrate, challenge to the law, sadomasochistic dynamics and mechanism of denial. In a second moment, attention turns to perversion as a new mode of social bonding. From then on, the field of study opens up to the understanding of what has been configured as the most frequent casuistry in the work with the listening to these situations: the neurotic individual captured in a perverse social setup. The author, building her studies on the empirical material of her praxis in supervising the care of the incestuous family, makes as her final considerations that improvement on the work of listening must, necessarily, pass through knowledge of psychic and social dynamics which generate and maintain the abusive family dynamics and that the Psychoanalysis and the supervisory space are strategies of excellence in achieving this goal
