[pt] O aumento das exportações é, atualmente, um dos principais desafios macroeconômicos do país. Do ponto de vista empresarial, entrar no mercado internacional é fundamental para aumentar a competitividade, obter economia de escala e diminuir a dependência do mercado doméstico. A análise da estrutura das exportações brasileiras mostra que as oportunidades de crescimento da base de empresas exportadoras e do aumento do valor exportado por empresa estão concentradas nas micro, pequenas e médias empresas. No entanto, são poucas as empresas brasileiras desse porte que conseguem se consolidar no mercado internacional. Diante desse cenário, tornar-se relevante analisar as empresas desse porte, que já exportam e que conseguiram se consolidar no mercado internacional, para identificar quais fatores determinam o sucesso no mercado internacional. Para isso, uma pesquisa quantitativa foi realizada com 102 empresas exportadoras brasileiras, que foram segmentadas em dois grupos de acordo com a performance exportadora. O resultado da análise dos dados aponta quatro fatores estatisticamente predominantes no grupo de empresas com melhor performance exportadora. O primeiro deles é a experiência (tempo de atuação) no mercado internacional; o segundo é a existência de uma departamento exclusivo para atividade exportadora dentro da empresa; o terceiro é a utilização de programas de financiamento para exportação como o ACC (Adiantamento de Contrato de Câmbio) e, finalmente, o quarto fator é perceber a qualidade do produto como seu diferencial competitivo. / [en] The Brazilian export growth is one of the most macroeconomics challenges of the government. In terms of companies, to do business abroad is essential to increase competitiveness, gain economic scale and reduce national domestic dependence. Analysis of Brazilian export companies show that the opportunities to raise the number of Brazilian export companies and the value export per company is among small and medium companies. However, there are few Brazilian companies of this size that export and that are well established in international marketing. Therefore, it is relevant to analyze a sample of this few companies in order to identify the factors that determined their success in international marketing. For that reason, this dissertation includes a survey with 102 Brazilian small and medium export companies. These companies were segmented in two groups according to their export performance. The data analyze points out four factors that predominated in the group of better export performance. The first one is the experience (time) in international marketing, the second one is the existence of a department in the company focus on international trade; the third one is the utilization of export finance programs and, finally, the fourth is the perception of product quality as a competitive advantage.

El presente trabajo investiga el nivel de influencia de las ferias comerciales en el crecimiento de las exportaciones de prendas y complementos de vestir de punto, para bebés, en algodón de pequeñas y medianas empresas peruanas, a través de 40 encuestas dirigidas a todas las empresas del sector vestimenta – ropa de bebé que actualmente exportan. Conocer el nivel de influencia en participación en ferias tiene la finalidad de investigar la correlación entre variables, verificar si una de las razones por las que se acrecienta el comercio internacional, es a causa de una herramienta de promoción comercial actualmente dirigida a todos las empresas para potencializar sus exportaciones. Para ello, se examinan distintos factores de frecuencia, reincidencia y factores aptitudinales. Cabe añadir, que los datos mostraron que la asistencia a ferias comerciales si influyen en el crecimiento de las expotaciones. El tipo de investigación tiene un enfoque mixto orientado principalmente a una investigación cuantitativa con alcance correlacional, basado en la aplicación de encuestas a empresas del sector y datos estadísticos a través de plataformas de investigación. Finalmente, se conluye que las ferias comerciales sí influyen en el crecimiento de las exportaciones y ventas, sin embargo se recomienda, del mismo modo, verificar que otros factores impactan en el crecimiento no significativo de sus ventas con respecto al año anterior. / The aim of this investigation is to research the level of influence of trade fairs on the growth of exports of clothing and clothing accessories, for babies, medium and small businesses. Data collection took place using the 40 surveys aimed at all companies in the clothing sector that currently export baby clothing. Knowing the level of influence of participation in fairs has the purpose of investigating the correlation between variables. The main focus is to verify if one of the main reasons why international trade is increasing is a result of a commercial promotion tool currently aimed at all companies to boost their exports. For this, several factors of frequency, recidivism and fitness factors will be examined. It should be added that the data shows that attendance at trade fairs does influence the growth of the exhibits. The type of research is focused mainly on quantitative methods with a correlational scope, based on the application of surveys of companies in the sector, interviews with experts, and the collection of information from research platforms. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations for the present investigation are determined. / Tesis

Propuesta de mejora del proceso productivo de una empresa exportadora de cebolla para incrementar la productividad

Está investigación se enfocó en mejorar el proceso productivo para incrementar la productividad de la empresa “Importadora y Exportadora World Commerce SAC”. Se realizó un diagnóstico del proceso productivo actual de la empresa, con el propósito de visualizar las pérdidas económicas por demanda insatisfecha que equivale al 40%, estas se tradujeron en propuestas concretas que contribuirían al perfeccionamiento del proceso productivo implementando una maquinaria para el corte y pelado de la cebolla, porque los operarios presentaban desmotivación y fatiga, también un plan de mantenimiento preventivo eficiente para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las máquinas. Además, se evaluaron a los proveedores actuales, para evitar pérdidas de materia prima, garantizar la calidad y el aumento de la productividad. Se llevó a cabo un análisis económico y financiero que confirmó la viabilidad y el costo beneficio de la implementación de la propuesta, proyectando un incremento de ganancias del 10% anual en los primeros 5 años, también se obtuvo un VAN económico s/.2 495 340 y VAN financiero s/.2 247 874 indicando que la maquinaria generará ingresos, por otro lado, el TIR económico y financiero superaron el WACC y COK, demostrando que la inversión es factible en términos de costo, teniendo una inversión de 1,26 e indicando que, por cada sol invertido, la empresa puede ganar 0,26 soles, respaldando la implementación de maquinaria para mejorar la productividad en la exportación de cebolla a Colombia. / This research focused on improving the production process to increase the productivity of the company “Importadora y Exportadora World Commerce SAC”. A diagnosis of the company's current production process was carried out, with the purpose of visualizing the economic losses due to unsatisfied demand, which is equivalent to 40%, these were translated into concrete proposals that would contribute to the improvement of the production process by implementing machinery for cutting and peeling. of the onion, because the operators showed lack of motivation and fatigue, also an efficient preventive maintenance plan to ensure the correct functioning of the machines. Neste sentido, o presente trabalho teve como objetivos identificar critérios competitivos e a forma de relacionamento para manutenção do serviço prestado por provedores de transporte marítimo internacional a empresas exportadoras localizadas no estado do Rio Grande do Sul. Foi realizada pesquisa do tipo survey com exportadores de dois dos setores que mais exportam no estado – Máquinas & Equipamentos e Agronegócios. Thus, this study aimed to identify competitive criteria and relationship patterns in the services continuity in the international sea transport industry. The companies analyzed are located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. A survey was carried out in two of the major exporters industries in that state – Machinery and Agribusiness. Evaluación de las propiedades físicas y mecánicas de las mezclas asfálticas utilizando RCD cómo filler en el departamento de Lambayeque

El propósito de este estudio es evaluar las propiedades físicas y mecánicas de las mezclas asfálticas que incorporan residuos de construcción y demolición (RCD) como material de relleno. Se llevó a cabo la caracterización del RCD procedente de diferentes ubicaciones en Lambayeque, optimizando su finura mediante diversos procesos. Con el objetivo de cumplir con este propósito, se diseñaron mezclas para la muestra estándar y para aquellas con adiciones de 1%, 3%, 5% y 7% de RCD como relleno. A partir de estos diseños, se fabricaron briquetas, a las cuales se les someterá a ensayos físicos y mecánicos. / The purpose of this study is to evaluate the physical and mechanical properties of asphalt mixtures incorporating construction and demolition waste (CDW) as filler material. The characterization of CDW from different locations in Lambayeque was carried out, optimizing its fineness by means of different processes. In order to fulfill this purpose, mixtures were designed for the standard sample and for those with additions of 1%, 3%, 5% and 7% of RCD as filler. Based on these designs, briquettes were manufactured and subjected to physical and mechanical tests.
