Logistical support is an essential part of the activities of all components of the IRS. Currently, the emphasis is on current need to improve and streamline the intervention of the IRS. It can be clearly seen that the success of interventions of IRS components is in their own logistic support. Without the logistic support would not be any possible way to remove the effects of incidents in the required quality and speed. Concerned parts of IRS should be provided with the necessary amenities for a quality performance of professional activities, usually conducted in very difficult circumstances intervention. It can be clearly admission that the whole area of logistics support under the IRS should be in the spotlight of all competent authorities, even in times of relative peace in any case would not be essential logistic support and other components of IRS underestimated. The main object and purpose of this thesis is to map the basic Logistics Support of the Integrated Rescue System of South Bohemia. A partial object is the SWOT analysis, which specifies internal and external factors that are used when creating a project application, its proposal is part of this work, which can be used to purchase special equipment. Mapping is done in two levels. The first level represent standard security technical and substantive resources, which are collected in each financial year of the basic components of the budget. The second level is an advanced security. For the premium, necessary for aims of this work, is considered the acquisition of property by the European Union. Property acquired from the resources of the European Union has a clear positive impact on improving the logistics of such an intervention. The results of this work is the data that was obtained by secondary analysis and building on it in a standardized interview. Data will be used as background material for the processing of sub-project applications.

The goal of my thesis was to provide a basic and comprehensive picture of the territory of the town of Tábor, and to describe how the characteristics influence the possibility of occurrence of extraordinary events and crisis situations, including the follow-up ways to solve these situations. Another goal of my thesis was to present a picture of the possibilities of occurrence of selected and particular extraordinary events and crisis situations, including the identification of the readiness level of the crisis management authorities of the town of Tábor for these events. In the final part there are findings and information based on which we can state that the hypotheses were confirmed. Based on the characteristics of the town of Tábor, which influence the occurrence of unfavourable events and their solutions, the level of readiness of the town for these events is considered to be good, and currently additional new measures are taken to stabilise and improve this readiness.

This dissertation is focused on transportation of hazardous substances and on procedures of units of integrated emergency system during a traffic accident. It covers issues such as valid legislature, drivers´ training, obligatory documents, compulsory spares and checking of vehicle by the Police of the Czech Republic. The cooperation of units of the integrated emergency system / firefighters, policemen, emergency healht care/ starts as a common action at the very moment all rescue and protection units arrive at the place of the trafic accident of a vehicle transportating hazardous substance. Main attention is paid to the police work. The empirical part is relating to the research of knowledge in the field of transportation of hazardous substances through the use of the questionnarie . It is divided into three parts. The first part of the questionnarie contains collected basic information about the informants. The second part is focused on general knowledge about transportation of hazardous substances. The third part is aimed to the knowledge of procedures and activities at the place of accident. The conclusion of this dissertation mentions some of the accident advised forms of how to improve the transportation of hazardous substance by land and the preparatin of procedure of the Police of the Czech Republic in joint operations.

The goal of my thesis was fulfilled. There was analysed the Military Police of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. There were investigated two hypothesis in general. It was discovered that the hypotesis No. 1 was not confirmed. The reset of this Thesis is the recommendation with real particular suggestion of better application of the present possibilities of the Military Police of the Czech Republic Armed Forces use in the Integrated Rescue System. The hapothesis No. 2 was confirmed. It was discovered that both of these Military Police have the similar application.

The flood in August 2002, by which the territory of the South Bohemian Region was struck, initiated the engagement of the components of the Integrated Rescue System having participated in the rescue and liquidation work caused by the flood. Due to the scope of the flood, the operability of the change and supplementation of the flood measures prepared in the emergency plans showed itself as necessary. The struck places called for the immediate deployment of forces and means the goal of which is preventing and removing the consequences caused by flood. This brings other problems connected with the organization and logistic assurance which means loading of the usual run of the company. The target of this thesis was to analyze the police activity during the flood in 2002, to recommend the improvement and unification of the activity within CR police as basic components of Integrated Rescue System on the territory of South Bohemian Region. The following hypothesis was determined within the thesis: The flood, emergency and crisis plans of municipalities and regions elaborated on a good quality level help in the activity of Czech Republic Police within the Integrated Rescue System during the flood on the territory of South Bohemian Region. In the thesis I tried partially to cover the course of floods in 2002 on the territory of the South Bohemian Region and the associated Activity of Czech Republic Police as one of the basic elements of the integrated rescue system. This field should be devoted much more attention, especially in relation to the materially technical equipment, item of financial and food supplies assurance and legislation. The treated topic may be utilized in the scope of activity of Czech Republic Police, Firemen Rescue Service, ZZS, Regional Authorities, Municipal Authorities and further subjects dealing with the crisis management, during the training of own employees, and elaborating of emergency plans and type activities.

After analyzing of the events of applicability and purpose of the Extraordinary, as well as the reasons that make the institution of the requirement of admissibility subject of the present study, the text will specify the features of the institute prior of the Repercussion General Constitutional, foreseen in the constitutional system prior, as well as legal instruments used by another Constitutionals Courts to separate the demands submitted to the its analyze. However, the material will clarify the rules of the requirement of admissibility, included on the Civil Process Code and Internal Bylaws Supreme Court, demonstrating its aspects and, moreover, the subjects that possibly will be able of complying its demands, debating, then, the modifications that the Repercussion General Constitutional of the Extraordinary Review will be able to promote in the line relative to the control diffuse of constitutionality and, therefore, reflecting under possible consequences that new legal type could bring to the evolution of Supreme Court s jurisprudences positions. / Este trabalho debate os principais elementos referentes à repercussão geral do recurso extraordinário, trazida ao ordenamento jurídico pela Emenda Constitucional n. 45, denominada Reforma do Judiciário. Após análise das hipóteses de cabimento e finalidade do recurso extraordinário e das razões que levaram à instituição do requisito de admissibilidade objeto do presente estudo, o texto especificará as características do instituto antecessor da repercussão geral constitucional, previsto no ordenamento constitucional anterior, e de instrumentos jurídicos utilizados por outras cortes constitucionais para filtrar as demandas submetidas a sua apreciação. Nesse sentido, o trabalho explicitará as normas regulamentadoras do requisito de admissibilidade contidas no Código de Processo Civil e no Regimento Interno do Supremo Tribunal Federal, demonstrando seus elementos caracterizadores e, ainda, as matérias possivelmente capazes de cumprir suas exigências. The aim of this graduation thesis is to introduce the effective information processing during extraordinary occurrences. Initially, it processes the information generally, presents it's life cycle and types of communication. It also explains models of communication. The second part depicts extraordinary occurrences. It defines particular sorts of extraordinary occurrences and possible critical countermeasures. It targets the legal regulation, which defines these situations. In the last part, the author explains hers performed survey of public opinion on extraordinary occurrences, which she interprets both graphically and in writing. In conclusion, this graduation thesis evaluates the policy of the Czech Republic during extraordinary occurrences.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rigorózními simulacemi plazmonických biosenzorů založených na jevu zvýšené optické transmise. První část je věnována popisu fyzikálních jevů a poznatků, které tvoří základ pro studium vlastností plazmonických senzorů, a popisu výpočetní metody konečných prvků v časové oblasti, která je využita v této práci. Vlastní výsledky jsou uvedeny v další části, která se zabývá výzkumem citlivosti, rozlišení a dalších charakteristik zvoleného typu plazmonického sensoru, tvořeného sítí kruhových nanoděr v tenké zlaté vrstvě na substrátě nitridu křemíku, v závislosti na řadě jeho geometrických parametrů. Tyto závislosti jsou sledovány ve třech různých případech, a to senzoru umístěného ve vakuu, ponořeného ve vodě a v případě kdy je na zlatém povrchu umístěna tenká dielektrická vrstva, která reprezentuje přítomnost biomolekul uchycených na povrchu senzoru.

[pt] A experiência fundamental da sociedade moderna é a de uma intensa aceleração do fluxo de experiência de cada indivíduo (ROSA, 2019a). Os reflexos deste fenômeno são observados em larga escala, coexistindo com um discurso cultural que relaciona a velocidade a limitações sociais, ambientais e individuais. Frente a isso, nota-se o surgimento de movimentos contestatórios à lógica temporal moderna, utilizados como válvulas de escape em relação à aceleração (BAUER et al, 2015; HUSEMANN e ECKHARDT, 2019; LEVINE, 2015; ROSA, 2019a), dentre os quais o Slow Movement (HONORE, 2019; PARKINS, 2004). Neste contexto, este estudo propõe compreender o processo de desaceleração do consumidor no ambiente estrutural contemporâneo, por meio do consumo sob o rótulo Slow. Como a noção de temporalidade está relacionada ao desdobramento de significados que emergem das práticas de vida, utiliza-se a Sociossemiótica (LANDOWSKI, 2014a) como aporte teórico-metodológico para entender a criação de sentido e os significados da desaceleração em torno do consumo Slow. Com base em entrevistas em profundidade com consumidores do Movimento Slow, foi possível concluir que este tipo de consumo pode equivaler a uma experiência extraordinária de lentificação, revelando-se como oásis de desaceleração (ROSA, 2019a) em meio ao contexto contemporâneo acelerado. Este extraordinário possui a estesia como elemento central, emergindo a partir da busca dos consumidores por sentido no que e em como consomem, da combinação de elementos estruturais e antiestruturais e do emprego de estratégias de desaceleração específicas. / [en] A critical experience of modern society involves an intense acceleration of experience flux of each individual (ROSA, 2019a). The consequences of this phenomenon are observed in a large scale, coexisting with a cultural discourse that relates speed to social, environmental and individual limitations. In view of this, movements have emerged contesting the modern temporal logic, used as escape valves from acceleration (BAUER et al., 2015; HUSEMANN and ECKHARDT, 2019; LEVINE, 2015; ROSA, 2019a), including the Slow Movement (HONORE, 2019; PARKINS, 2004). This study seeks to understand the process of consumer deceleration in the contemporary structural environment, assessing Slow Movement consumption. As the notion of temporality is related to the development of meanings that emerge from life practices, Sociosemiotics (LANDOWSKI, 2014a) is used as a theoretical-methodological approach to understand the creation of sense and meanings from deceleration via slow consumption. Based on in-depth interviews conducted with Slow Movement consumers it was possible to conclude that such type of consumption can ensure an extraordinary experience of deceleration, acting as an oasis of deceleration (ROSA, 2019a) in the fast-paced contemporary context. This extraordinary experience has esthesia as its central element, emerging from the search of consumers for meaning in what and how they consume, the combination of structural and anti-structural elements, and the use of specific deceleration strategies.
