Machbarkeitsstudie bezüglich der Einführung Hochaktiver Antiretroviraler Therapie (HAART) in Namibia/Afrika. 1) Es erfolgt eine Dokumentation des Projektes(Therapieregime, örtliche Gegebenheiten, Personal, Einschluss-und Ausschlusskriterien) und 2) eine statistische Auswertung verschiedener Laborparameter (Leukozyten, Hb, Gewicht/BMI, CD4) unter der Therapie. 3) Untersuchung der Todesfälle mit der Frage nach prognostischer Vorhersagekraft verschiedener Parameter. 4) Ergebniss: Verbesserung von Lebensqualität und Lebensdauer betroffener Patienten durch die Therapie. Die weitere Einführung von HAART in afrikanischen Ländern wird ausdrücklich empfohlen. / Feasibility-Study: Introduction of highly-active-antiretroviral-therapy (HAART) in namibia/africa. 1) Documantation of the project (medicamentous therapy, infrastructure, staff, inclusion/exclusion of patients). 2) Statistical analysis of different laboratory parameter (leukocyten, HB, weight/BMI, CD4)in the context of HAART. 3)Analyses of the laboratory parameter of death patients with the question if there is a possibility to see a tendency when these parameters are changing. 4) Findings: Improvement of life-quality and length of life in the context of therapy with HAART. This Master's thesis aims to perform a post-project appraisal of investment project under which it characterizes the quality of preparation, project evaluation and risk analysis in the form of feasibility study and specifies the objectives and content of post-project appraisal of investment project as a tool for learning from past mistakes and successes of investment projects. Within the achievement of the basic objective the thesis deals with the finding causes of variance between planned and actual project results through the usage of knowledge gained from the post-project appraisal and verification of benefits of its implementation. The thesis also processes through the gained knowledge of the post-project appraisal recommendations for improving the quality of the preparation, evaluation and risk analysis of similar projects in the future.

Im Rahmen eines Landesprojektes zu aktuellen Fragestellungen im Bereich der Digitalisierung in der Tierhaltung wurde das Thema der optischen Tieridentifikation in den Fokus gerückt. Mit dem Projekt sollte dargelegt werden, wie der derzeitige Forschungsstand in diesem Bereich ist. Des Weiteren wurden die rein technischen Voraussetzungen aufgezeigt, die notwendig sind, um über optische Verfahren eine eineindeutige Einzeltieridentifikation vorzunehmen. Die Veröffentlichung gibt Hinweise zu Marktrelevanz und Empfehlungen für weitere Forschungsansätze in diesem Bereich. Redaktionsschluss: 27.10.2022
