Psykiskt välmående i flexibla arbetsarrangemang

Theander, Malin, Boza, Daniela January 2021 (has links)
The occurrence of teleworking has increased, not least in connection with various national recommendations during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study has examined whether perceived stress and general health differ between workers who work in varying degrees of telework. The impact of work environment factors, such as demands and social support has also been investigated. A combination of working remotely and in the workplace is defined by this study as flexible work. The data collection was performed using a quantitative method, a survey was used to collect data. The sample consisted of 152 respondents, aged 20-67, 104 women and 48 men. The collected data were analyzed in SPSS using variance analysis ANOVA, post-hoc analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed no statistically significant difference in general health and degree of telework when comparing the different sample groups, however, there were tendencies that those who telework one to two days a week, experience better general health. Furthermore, the results showed a statistically significant group difference, those who telework one to two days a week, experience higher social support from managers, compared with those who telework three to five days a week. The conclusion can be drawn that workers who telework at an average of one to two days a week, appear to have the highest social support.
