Tillsvidareanställda vs. Tidsbegränsat anställda : En arbetsrelaterad stressjämförelse

Lucht, Alexandra, Karlsson, Emma January 2023 (has links)

Flexible Labour Policy And The Crisis Of Trade Unionism: The Case Of Tekel Workers Resistance In Ankara

Tosun, Mehtap 01 February 2011 (has links) (PDF)
The aim of this thesis is to examine the practices directed to the flexibilisation of the labor brought together with the means of neoliberal structuring and the trade union crisis appeared as an outcome of these in terms of the Tekel Workers&rsquo / resistance in Ankara. The theoretical frame of this study is created in the content of the discussions that starting from the Marxist approach on trade unions and the critical view within this approach focus on the reasons of the crisis of the trade unions as a result of the applications of the neoliberal ideological structuring that appeared by the crisis of the accumulated capital during the mid-70&rsquo / s. Over this perspective, the analysis concentrates on the one hand employment models&rdquo / being multi-layered and insecure and on the other, the fragmentation of the class and therefore the representation crisis of the trade unions that are the outcomes of the commodification of the labor by the deregulation, privatization and flexibilisation policies applied in the process of neoliberal hegemony. In this context, the resistance of the Tekel workers that continued non-stop for 78 days is argued basing on the assumption that the process which forces the more flexible, insecure working conditions without any attachment to the trade unions via the application of the neoliberal political apparatuses becomes the common platform/destiny of all the parts of society constituted by different identity structures.

Trata-se de uma nova parcela de “colaboradores” situados entre 15 e 35 anos de idade, cujo modo de vida “just-in-time” próprio desse segmento metalúrgico - os filhos da reestruturação produtiva -, relaciona-se às estratégias de captura da subjetividade operária por meio de novas formas de gestão/coerção de pessoal, e que, espraiando-se para além do universo fabril, revela a nova forma de ser do novo metabolismo produtivo-social do capital na época do trabalho flexível / Current research analyzes the car-building industry in the greater São Paulo region as from 1992 when a deep modification process in its productive structure occurred. The above-mentioned process caused the emergence of a labor segment, or rather, the flexible young man / adult, featuring a new historical, social and professional profile. Actually it is a new set of ‘collaborators’ within the 15-35-year-old bracket, whose just-in-time life style, proper of the metalworking section hailing from production restructuring, is related to the bonding strategies of worker subjectivity. This fact is brought about by the personnel’s new management/coercion styles which looks beyond the factory environment and reveals the new life style of capital’s productive and social metabolism in a period of flexible labor

Arbete på en flexibel arbetsmarknad : En studie om fastanställd personal som arbetar tillsammans med inhyrd personal. / Work in a flexible labor market : A study on permanent staff working with temporary staff

Wahlgren, Liselotte January 2020 (has links)
In recent years, the labor market has become increasingly flexible, and companies need to relate to an increasingly globalized market to survive and thrive. To meet the needs of this new environment, more and more companies are relying on temporary workers, mainly with the help of staffing agencies. Consequently, they can handle work stoppages as well as secure the employment of permanent staff when the workload decreases. When temporary staff arrive at a workplace, two different groups meet, the temporary worker and the permanent staff. There are some differences between the two groups mainly that the permanent workers have easier access to resources, higher level of job security as well as more opportunities for further training. The meeting between these two groups give rise to a range of different reactions, both at the individual and group level. The purpose of the current study is to investigate how permanent staff is affected by working together with temporary workers. The study is conducted using semi-structured interviews. In order to analyze the material, the following theoretical frameworks have been used: To illustrate how the individual is affected, Nilsson's (2009) theories about social identity, and the individual and the group are used. This is supplemented by Kazemi et al. (2009) theory of group and change. By using Lindqvist et al. (2014) theory of organizational culture and change, it is also possible to scrutinize what is happening at the organizational level and how it affects the individual and the group. The results of the current study show that the staff is indeed affected by working together with temporary workers. The biggest effect is in the field of employee turnover. The turnover is often a result of the organization attempting to meet the needs of the flexible market, which creates periods with more workload due to higher demand. The employee turnover have an effect on the wellbeing of the permanent staff.
