Dessa maneira, o elitismo que ? um elemento marcante nas Universidades, caracterizou tamb?m a forma??o em Psicologia ao longo da sua hist?ria. Diante disso, torna-se pertinente questionar: essa parcela da popula??o que foi historicamente exclu?da do acesso ao Ensino Superior passa, por meio das pol?ticas de democratiza??o, a terem mais contato com a forma??o em Psicologia? As pol?ticas de democratiza??o dos ?ltimos dez anos contribu?ram para uma poss?vel ?deselitiza??o? da forma??o em Psicologia? Dessa forma, esse trabalho objetiva analisar o cen?rio da forma??o graduada em Psicologia no Brasil, no contexto da expans?o e das pol?ticas de democratiza??o do Ensino Superior. Al?m dos objetivos espec?ficos, tais como: caracterizar o panorama atual de expans?o e distribui??o dos cursos de Psicologia do Brasil; identificar quais fatores das pol?ticas de democratiza??o reverberaram na forma??o em Psicologia. Para isso foi realizada uma investiga??o por meio de informa??es de dom?nio p?blico sobre o ensino superior localizadas em banco de dados do Minist?rio da Educa??o (MEC) e do Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Educacionais An?sio Teixeira (INEP), coletando informa??es em microdados de bancos como o e-MEC, Censo da Educa??o Superior e ENADE. Os principais resultados mostram que os cursos de Psicologia se distribuem geograficamente de forma heterog?nea nas regi?es brasileiras, e que o perfil dos estudantes tem demonstrado mudan?as concernentes ?s quest?es ?tnicas, ao n?mero de alunos beneficiados por bolsas e financiamentos, al?m do predom?nio do curso noturno, o que pode fazer supor que o curso de Psicologia seja composto majoritariamente por estudantes-trabalhadores. / The higher education in Brazil carries a structure that privileges the interests of the bourgeoisie and excludes students from the working-class. In this way, the elitism that is a striking element in the Universities, has also characterized the Psychology Education throughout its history. Therefore, it is pertinent to ask: this segment of the population that has historically been excluded from access to higher education goes through the democratization policies to have more contact with Psychology Education? Have the democratization policies, of the last ten years, contributed to a possible "anti-elitism" of Psychology Education? Thus, this work aims to analyze the scenario of Psychology Education in Brazil, in the context of the democratization of Higher Education. And as specific objectives: characterize the current panorama of expansion and distribution of Psychology courses in Brazil; and identify which factors of the policies of democratization reverberated in the Psychology Education. For this, an investigation was carried out using public domain information located in a database of the Ministry of Education (MEC) and the National Institute of Educational Research An?sio Teixeira (INEP), collecting information in microdata from databases such as e-MEC, Census of Higher Education and ENADE. The main results show that Psychology courses are distributed geographically heterogeneously in the Brazilian regions. The profile of the students has shown changes concerning ethnic issues, about the number of students benefited by scholarships and financing, besides the predominance of the night course, which may lead us to assume that the Psychology course is composed mostly of student-workers.

A Pol?tica P?blica de Sa?de (Sistema ?nico de Sa?de/SUS) vem se constituindo como campo de inser??o da categoria profissional, mas apresenta enormes desafios ? forma??o. O objetivo deste trabalho ? analisar o funcionamento dos Servi?os-Escola de Psicologia (SEP) das Institui??es de Ensino Superior de Natal compreendidos enquanto dispositivos importantes da forma??o para atender ?s atuais demandas do trabalho do psic?logo no SUS. Para tanto buscou: a) caracterizar as pr?ticas psicol?gicas desenvolvidas nos SEP; b) relacionar as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para os cursos de Psicologia com as habilidades e compet?ncias desenvolvidas nos SEP para atua??o na pol?tica p?blica de sa?de; c) mapear formas de inclus?o dos SEP na rede delineada pela pol?tica de sa?de. Foram realizadas entrevistas com 12 supervisores acad?micos; 09 supervisores de campo e t?cnicos de n?vel superior (TNS) e 09 gestores, sendo 04 de Servi?o-Escola e 05 dos cursos de gradua??o. Foram tamb?m aplicados question?rios com 57 estagi?rios e 24 egressos. Al?m disso, realizou-se duas rodas de conversa com corpo t?cnico e acad?mico de duas das Institui??es de Ensino participantes da pesquisa e uma oficina de trabalho com psic?logos e estudantes promovida pelo CRP 13. Observamos que a maioria dos gestores e docentes conhecem as DCN e compreendem que a forma??o est? em processo de mudan?a no que se refere ? amplia??o da forma??o para atua??o do psic?logo em variados contextos. Entretanto, a maioria dos TNS as desconhece. Ademais, os resultados apontam para a predomin?ncia do modelo de aten??o baseado na psicologia cl?nica tradicional, embora a articula??o com as redes das pol?ticas p?blicas de sa?de e assist?ncia social j? possa ser timidamente visualizada. Diferentes modalidades de pr?ticas nesses Servi?os-Escola foram detectadas como as rodas de conversa, oficinas tem?ticas, consultoria em organiza??es, reuni?o em equipe di?ria de estagi?rios e TNS, matriciamento em sa?de mental, acompanhamento terap?utico, dentre outras. Contudo, os SEP do RN ainda se encontram isolados, seja dos demais cursos que comp?em o rol de categorias profissionais que atuam na sa?de, seja dos servi?os que comp?em as redes da pol?tica de sa?de e demais pol?ticas p?blicas. / The Psychology University Services is stablished normatively as an indispensable equipment to the recognition of the graduation courses of psychologists by the Brazilian Education Ministery. The Public Healthcare Policies (Universal Health System/SUS) constitutes itself as a input field of the professional category, but shows huge challenges in the formation of these professionals. The objective of this work is to analyse the functioning of the Psychology University Services (SEP) and the Superior Educational Institutions from Natal, understood as important formation devices to attend the actual demands of the psychologist's work on SUS. For this, it sought a) characterize the psychological practices developed in the SEP; b) relate the National Curricular Lines of Direction of the psychology courses to the skills and competences developed in the SEP to the performance on the public healthcare policies; c) mapping ways of including the SEP in the network designed by the healthcare policy. Interviews were performed with 13 academic supervisors, 8 field supervisors and technicians of superior level (TNC), along with 9 managers, being for of the Psychology University Services and 5 of the graduation programs. Questionnaires were also applied to 57 interns and 24 graduates. Besides that, two conversation circles were performed with the faculty and technician members from two of the Educational Institutions that were participating of the research, as well as a workshop with students and psychologists, promoted by the CRP 17. We observed that most part of the faculty members and managers know the DCN and comprehend that the formation is in process of change in what concerns to the extension of the formation to the performance of the psychologists in various contexts. However, most part of the TNC don't know about them. Moreover, the results point to the predominance of the assisting model based on the traditional clinic psychology, although the articulation with the public healthcare and social assistance networks can already be timidly visualized. Different modalities of practices in theses Psychology University Services were also detected, such as conversation groups, thematic workshops, organizational consultancies, team meetings with the interns and TNS in a daily basis, matriciament in mental health, therapeutic monitoring, among others. Yet, the SEP in Rio Grande do Norte are still isolated from the other courses that perform in the healthcare area and also from the services that compose the public healthcare and public policies.

As pol?ticas sociais na forma??o graduada do psic?logo no Piau?: an?lise curricular dos cursos

A documental study was done by analysing the Projeto Pedag?gico de Curso (PPC) from five universities. Also, interviews were conducted, for each program, with a coordinator and a professor who teaches subjects related to social policies. The main results indicates that the Psychology undergraduate programs in Piau? are recent, created between the late 1990s and early 2000s, when professionals in this area were in demand. The social policies appear in PPC related to student profile; curricula emphasis, subjects and internships; albeit in a peripheral condition. Furthermore, disconnection between proposed profile and the curriculum; fragmentation and insufficient content about social policies; and predominance of clinical area were perceived in these institutions. It is noteworthy that health policies stand out in PPC while social assistance policy or other social policies were poorly mentioned. Therefore, the place of social policies must be reviewed in Psychology undergraduate programs from Piau? in order to include other social policies and improve the subjects articulation, assuming a central, critical and policy perspective / O crescimento do n?mero de psic?logos inseridos nas pol?ticas sociais e a recente implanta??o das Diretrizes Curriculares estimulam o debate sobre a forma??o voltada para esse campo. As dificuldades j? constatadas em pesquisas sobre a atua??o nesse contexto e as queixas dos profissionais a respeito das defici?ncias da forma??o colocam em evid?ncia a necessidade de discutir o lugar das pol?ticas sociais na forma??o do psic?logo. Assim, a presente pesquisa teve como objetivo investigar a presen?a das pol?ticas sociais na forma??o graduada do psic?logo no Piau?. Para tanto, realizou-se uma pesquisa documental atrav?s dos Projetos Pedag?gicos do Curso (PPC) em cinco cursos de gradua??o de Psicologia no Piau?. Tamb?m foram realizadas entrevistas, em cada curso, com um coordenador e um docente que ministra disciplinas relacionadas ?s pol?ticas sociais. Entre os dados constatados, destaca-se que os cursos de Psicologia do Piau? se caracterizam pela sua recenticidade, sendo criados entre o final dos anos 1990 e o in?cio dos anos 2000, com a justificativa de necessidade e demanda de profissional nessa ?rea. Evidenciou-se a presen?a das pol?ticas sociais nos PPC desde o perfil do egresso, nas ?nfases, disciplinas e est?gios, embora de maneira ainda perif?rica. Al?m disso, constatou-se a desarticula??o entre a proposta do perfil e a operacionaliza??o da matriz curricular, a fragmenta??o e insufici?ncia dos conte?dos direcionados ?s pol?ticas sociais e, ainda, o marcante predom?nio da cl?nica nessas forma??es. Starting from an inquiry into the quality of training of the psychologist in a capitalist context, as such, has transformed education into a commodity to be consumed by many people. Initially, an explanation was made on educational policies governing higher education in a capitalist context that transforms education into a commodity to be consumed. Later on, we point out significant landmarks on the training of psychologists and school psychology focusing primarily on transformations involving policies related to curriculum structuring, as the Curriculum Minimum of the National Curriculum Guidelines. This work also is based on assumptions of Critical Psychology and Marxism as a way to analyze the social reality and therefore also training. We consider this important study because it has been increasing the number of private higher education institutions to the detriment of the public forming psychologists in Brazil. In the Metropolitan Region of Campinas, there are 7 of them, all being private, and this fact has considerably impacting the demand of incoming students as well as graduates. Thus, this study aimed to understand and analyze the training of school psychologists from the curricular changes presented in Pedagogical Projects Course. Used as the basis for the research method the Historical and Dialectical Materialism to realize that the quest for understanding the essence of this phenomenon is determined by historical issues of Brazilian reality. Dialectics is the movement that allows the researcher a view from the contradictions of this reality and, therefore, is another look at the research in Psychology. Also we base this work on Qualitative Research presented by Critical Psychology that does not disregard the quantitative analysis of the formation, but this involves a process of knowledge. To this, 4 were considered institutions of Campinas Metropolitan Region which allowed access to the reading of the Pedagogical Projects Course and the interview with the coordinators responsible for them. Our analysis showed the predominance of at least one of the emphases of the course in health institutions in all and only one of them in education. We also identified that the choice of emphasis is given by the greatest possibility of student employability of newly formed psychology and at the same time, greater integration in this field or area of expertise demands higher inflow of students in psychology course these institutions. / Este trabalho procurou fazer uma reflex?o sobre a forma??o do psic?logo partindo da realidade brasileira e, mais especificamente, sobre as ?nfases Curriculares e o perfil dos cursos de Psicologia na Regi?o Metropolitana de Campinas. Partiu-se de um questionamento acerca da qualidade da forma??o do psic?logo num contexto capitalista que, como tal, tem transformado a educa??o numa mercadoria a ser consumida por muitas pessoas. Inicialmente, foi feita uma explana??o sobre as pol?ticas educacionais que regem a educa??o superior num contexto capitalista, que transforma a educa??o num bem a ser consumido. Posteriormente, apontamos marcos significativos sobre a forma??o do psic?logo e a Psicologia Escolar enfocando, principalmente, nas transforma??es que envolveram as pol?ticas referentes ?s estrutura??es curriculares, como o Curr?culo M?nimo de as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais. Este trabalho se fundamenta ainda em pressupostos da Psicologia Cr?tica e do Marxismo como forma de an?lise da realidade social e, portanto, tamb?m da forma??o. Consideramos este estudo importante, pois vem sendo crescente o n?mero de Institui??es de Ensino Superior privadas em detrimento das p?blicas que formam psic?logos no Brasil. Na Regi?o Metropolitana de Campinas, existem 7 delas, sendo todas privadas, e esse fato vem impactando consideravelmente a demanda de estudantes ingressantes bem como de profissionais formados. Dessa forma, este trabalho teve por objetivo compreender e analisar a forma??o de psic?logos escolares a partir das mudan?as curriculares apresentadas nos Projetos Pedag?gicos de Curso. Utilizamos como fundamento para o m?todo de pesquisa o Materialismo Hist?rico e Dial?tico por compreender que a bu ca pela compreens?o da ess?ncia deste fen?meno ? determinada por quest?es hist?ricas da realidade brasileira. A dial?tica ? o movimento que permite ao pesquisador um olhar a partir das contradi??es dessa realidade e que, portanto, ? um outro olhar para a pesquisa em Psicologia. Fundamentamos tamb?m este trabalho na Pesquisa Qualitativa apresentada pela Psicologia Cr?tica que n?o desconsidera a an?lise quantitativa da forma??o, mas a envolve nesse processo de conhecimento. Para isso, foram consideradas 4 institui??es da Regi?o Metropolitana de Campinas que permitiram o acesso ? leitura dos Projetos Pedag?gicos de Curso e a entrevista com os coordenadores respons?veis por eles. Nossa an?lise apontou a predomin?ncia de pelo menos uma das ?nfases do curso na ?rea da sa?de em todas as institui??es e apenas uma delas na educa??o. Identificamos tamb?m que a escolha das ?nfases se d? pela maior possibilidade de inser??o profissional do estudante de psicologia rec?m formado e que, ao mesmo tempo, a maior inser??o neste campo ou ?rea de atua??o demanda maior ingresso dos estudantes no curso de Psicologia dessas institui??es.
