Energijos kainų didėjimas ir ekonomikos augimo sulėtėjimas bei didėjančios vartotojų išlaidos energijos prekėms ir paslaugoms kelia vis didesnį pasaulio valstybių susirūpinimą. Darbe analizuojamas naftos ir gamtinių dujų kainų daromas poveikis Lietuvos realiam BVP ir šilumos bei transporto degalų kainoms. Darbe siekiama įvertinti naftos ir gamtinių dujų kainų daromą poveikio mastą Lietuvos ekonomikai ir vartotojams bei išanalizuoti galimas šio masto tendencijas ateityje. Pirmoje darbo dalyje susisteminti pagrindiniai ekonominėje literatūroje aptariami keliai, per kuriuos kintančios energijos kainos daro įtaką šalių makroekonomikoms ir vartotojams. Palyginami skirtingais laikotarpiais tyrusių ekonomistų darytos išvados bei atskleidžiamas kintantis požiūris į energijos kainų pokyčių daromą įtaką ekonomikai. Antroje dalyje pateikiami kitų autorių atlikti susisteminti tyrimų rezultatai analizuojama tema ir pristatomi darbe atlikto tyrimo eiga ir metodika. Pateikiama pagrindinių makroekonominių rodiklių ir energijos kainų kitimo tendencijų analizė. Trečioje dalyje aptariami gauti tyrimo rezultatai ir pagrindinės išvados. Pateikiamos rekomendacijos ir siūlymai, kaip sumažinti skiriamas išlaidas energijos produktams ir paslaugoms. Atlikus tyrimą, matomas statistiškai reikšmingas naftos ir gamtinių dujų kainų poveikis Lietuvos BVP ir šilumos bei transporto degalų kainoms. / Energy prices, the economic slowdown, rising energy prices and consumers spends on energy goods and services is a growing concern around the world. The paper analyzes the oil and natural gas prices affect on the real GDP of Lithuania and the heat and transport fuel prices. The paper aim is to evaluate the impact of oil and natural gas prices on Lithuania's economy and consumers spends, and to analyze the potential imapct in the future. In the first part reviews the main ways in which changing energy prices affect the macroeconomics and consumers spends, discussed in the economic literature. There are compared different views about energy price changes and their impact on the economy. There are analyzed the other authors empyrical studies in the second part and presented the methodology of research in this paper. Carried out a comparative analysis of the trend of the main macroeconomic indicators and energy prices. The third part deals with the results and findings. Also drawn up recommendations and proposals on how to reduce the spending on energy products and services. It is seen a statistically significant oil and natural gas prices impact on Lithuania‘s GDP and the heat and transport fuel prices.

Analizuojamos esamo gyvenamojo kvartalo, nutolusio nuo pagrindinės gyvenvietės aprūpinimo šilumine energija galimybės Širvintų mieste. Įvertinama esama gyvenamojo kvartalo geografinė padėtis bei specifika. Analizuojami kvartalo aprūpinimo šilumine energija būdai. Vertinama esamų trasų renovacija, bei dujomis arba malkomis kūrenamos katilinės šalia analizuojamo kvartalo įrengimas. Pateikiamas išlaidų, susijusių su trasų renovavimu bei katilinių įrengimu, vertinimas bei palyginimas. Pateikiamas katilinių poveikio aplinkai skaičiavimas. / In the final master work I have analyzed the supplying thermal energy to the existing residential quarter in Sirvintai city which is moved away from the main city. Also there is evaluated the existing geographical situacion and specific features of this residential quarter. The means of the suppling thermal energy to the residential quarter also is analyzing in this work. The revovation of existing tracks and the mounting the boiler-houses where the gas or wood is used and which are close to the residential quarter are evaluated in this paper work too. The expenses which is retaled to the renovation of heating tracks and boiler-houses mounting are estimated and compared. The calculation of the boiler-houses influence to the environment is also presented in this work.

Magistro baigiamajame darbe išanalizuotas pasaulinės gamtinių dujų rinkos veikimo modelis, suskystintų gamtinių dujų terminalų technologijos įtaka pasaulinei gamtinių dujų rinkai bei atskiriems pasaulio regionams priklausomai nuo išvystytos dujų transportavimo infrastruktūros, sukurtas ekonominis SGDT teikiamų valstybės reguliuojamų paslaugų kainų nustatymo modelis Lietuvoje, iškeltos SGDT funkcionavimo ekonominio poveikio gamtinių dujų kainų pokyčiams Lietuvoje (izoliuotoje rinkoje) problemos bei pagal atliktus empirinio tyrimo rezultatus pateikti siūlymai rinkos dalyviams bei kitiems suinteresuotiems asmenims dėl galimų veiksmų pradėjus veikti SGDT 2014 m. gruodžio mėn. Lietuvoje. Pirmajame skyriuje sudaromas pasaulinės gamtinių dujų rinkos veikimo modelis, nagrinėjami ryšiai tarp pagrindinių jo sudedamųjų dalių (gavyba, transportavimas, vartojimas vidaus rinkoje), naujai atrandamų technologijų įtaka kiekvienai iš jų. Antroje dalyje analizuojama Lietuvos gamtinių dujų rinka ir ją supanti teisinė, ekonominė bei politinė aplinkos, aptariamos SGD galimos perspektyvos Lietuvoje. Trečioje dalyje analizuojamas autoriaus kartu su Valstybinės kainų ir energetikos kontrolės komisijos specialistais parengtas ekonominis SGDT teikiamų paslaugų kainos skaičiavimo modelis, aptariama importo kainos prognozavimo metodika, įvertinami pasirinktos metodikos trūkumai ir privalumai, aprašomi kt. metodai, kuriais remiantis ketvirtoje dalyje atliekamas empirinis tyrimas šiame darbe iškeltai... [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / This Master thesis contains: presentation of global natural gas market functioning model and LNGT technology impact on this market, as well as regions according to their infrastructure of gas transportation; creation of economic model for calculating natural gas import prices forecasts and forecasts for prices of regulated LNGT services in Lithuania; presentation of economic problems of LNGT impact on natural gas prices in Lithuania (as an isolated market) and considering the results of empirical research, suggestions of possible actions for market players and third parties after Lithuanian LNGT begins its operations in December, 2014. The first part of the thesis includes examination of global natural gas market functioning, the relations between its main components (extraction, transportation, consumption in domestic markets) and influence of the new technologies for each of them. The second part analyses Lithuanian natural gas market: its legal, economic and political environment, as well as presents LNG perspectives in Lithuania. The third part consists of introducing the economic LNGT services’ price model which was created by author of this thesis in collaboration with specialists of National control commission for prices and energy, also the methodology of calculating forecasts for natural gas import prices, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as other methods which were employed to solve the main problem of the Master thesis in the last part of this work.
