Klasifikace linek MHD z GNSS dat / Public Transportation Lines classification by GNSS data

Pizur, Jaroslav January 2021 (has links)
The subject of this thesis is digitalization of bus transportation. The input is represented by a sequence of GNSS data which are transformed to the OpenStreetMap format. Doing so, it is enriched by the information OpenStreetMap format provides and it gains its positional advantages as well. Then this thesis deals with ways by which one can detect bus lines from this general sequence of GNSS coordinates. A bus line is recognized as a repeating trajectory, which satisfies criteria derived from its expectable or defined characteristics. A few clustering solutions are proposed and tested for their performance. On the basis of this testing, there is one solution chosen as the best performing one, to be the proposed solution of this thesis. The overall output will therefore be formed by automatic mapping of bus lines with no theoretical area limit and with minimum manual intervention needed. It lays the foundations for various intelligent real-time processes to be implemented as well as allowing for infrastructure to be processed for the statistics purposes or urban planning.

Pasportizace bodových objektů pomocí QGIS

Rozbořil, Tomáš January 2017 (has links)
ROZBOŘIL, T. Passportization of point objects using QGIS. Master thesis. Brno 2017. Passportization of real objects is one of the basic processes in the asset register of municipal government, companies, etc. The main goal of this thesis is to create a process through which will be possible to map the point objects in the terrain, then modify these objects, and at least visualize the results through web services. For the preparation of this work are used only open-source tools and applications those were described and tested. In conclusion is mentioned best tested solution.

以GeoJSON壓縮技術增進網路資料傳輸效能之研究 / Efficiency improvement of spatial data transmission by GeoJSON compression techniques

陳欣瑜, Chen,Hsin Yu Unknown Date (has links)
Standardized GIS data exchanging format is an essential part of Open GIS. This enables GIS data providers, software developers, and system integrators to exchange GIS data from different platform. The simple structure of GeoJSON not only has the data interoperability potential but also has the characteristics of easy processed and readability. These properties directly benefit the GIS service software. However, the amount of spatial information encoded in GIS documents usually has direct impact to the efficiency of GIS data transmission. In order to improve the data transmission efficiency, one has to reduce the amount of spatial data transmitted through data compression techniques. In this thesis, we proposed a data compression mechanism for spatial data. Our mechanism, co-operated with the concept of GeoJSON, aim at simple, easy to understand, and easy to use, can reduce the amount of spatial data transmitted and improve the transmission efficiency. We analyzed the compression ratio of various data types and data amounts through different base parameters. We also measured the system response time reduced using this method and compared with the combination of using our method as well as the HTTP compression modules. A one-way hashing technique is used to ensure data accuracy and consistency during the transmission processes. The experimental results show that our GeoJSON-based compression mechanism can significantly reduce the file size of spatial data and improve the efficiency of spatial data transmission. In addition, the data communication errors can be avoided.

Using IndexedDB with a spatial database

Eriksson, Ludvig January 2018 (has links)
Web technologies are becoming increasingly useful with new features and the gap to native apps is narrowing. Recently, IndexedDB was added to the web standard to provide large scale storage solutions directly in the browser. Is it performant enough to be used with a spatial database? In this study, such a system is developed for Foran Sverige AB and we learn that IndexedDB indeed can be used for this purpose. Even storage demanding geospatial applications can be developed as a multi- platform system with a single codebase, all while broadening the possible audience reach by avoiding an app installation process.

Analytical Data Visualization for Open Data : Using Sundsvall Municipality Public Data

Tirgar, Mehdi January 2015 (has links)
To guarantee the well-functioning of modern societies, it is essential to ensure thatcitizens are aware of their environment as well as the government's actions andperformance. Therefor citizens need to have access to data collected by publicbodies from the activities within their society. However, these data may not easilyand instantly be perceivable by people. To release the potential of these data, which lead to improving the lives of citizen, the data need to analyzed, enhancedand eventually visualized, so the outcome would be usable to all regardless theirage and education. In this project, we propose, design, implement, and evaluate aninteractive analytical visualization framework for open-data. To achieve our purpose, the recent open data-sets from Sundsvall Municipality has been used as bothour case-study and demonstration sample. The solution has been design and builtbased on a set of requirements and principles we suggested for an ideal solution. The offered solution in this project enables users to analyze data by interactingwith the visualization graphics. The solution let the user extract information andfacts from large data-sets, and correlate different property of data by applying filtersand categorizing data, and see the result instantly. Standard web technologieswere used to implement the solution, namely HTML5, JavaScript, and SVGgraphics, which made the system to be cross-platform and high-performing. Tohandle the big-data, we enhance the data-set before-hand by performing aggregateoperations using Map-Reduce and parallel computing algorithms (i.e. Java-8 parallelstreams), and the further computation is implemented in JavaScript, and processedat the client-side.

Vizualizace historického vývoje katastrální mapy / Visualizations history of changes in cadastral map

Klecanda, Vojtěch January 2015 (has links)
The goal of this master thesis is to suggest a methodology for a visualization history of changes in cadastral maps. The suggested methodology takes into account a selection of original historical and contemporary data, processing workflow and follow-up visualization using existing open source web technologies. The greatest contribution of this thesis is in the design of the spatio-temporal database, because currently there does not exist workable editor similar to it, which could be used for creating such data. The suggested procedure is based on database updating method of ISKN database utilizing amendment records. However this method is significantly simplified with the use of PostgreSQL/PostGIS geospatial functions. The available literature and other informational sources to the topic are overviewed in the first part of the master thesis. The term "spatio-temporal data" is thoroughly defined and also the ways of integrating temporal features into spatial data, methods of visualization of spatio-temporal data and recent state of their implementations into desktop platforms and web applications are noted. Furthermore historical and current data sources and their usability for the master thesis are described. The full methodology of pre-processing and processing of data and a subsequent visualization using...
