O objeto de pesquisa provoca considerar a premência de trazer a ética como tema transversal para a construção das ciências, a realização das pesquisas e a formação strito sensu, enquanto fenômenos das relações sociais em seu conjunto. A fim de reconhecer a essência do objeto de pesquisa, esse trabalho tem como objetivo compreender o debate da ética na pesquisa com seres humanos nas Ciências Humanas e Sociais a partir do estudo de caso desse Programa. Para isso, adotou-se o método dialético por considerar que as relações que se consubstanciam nesse processo são históricas e sociais e por entender que esse método permite: extrapolar a aparência da realidade; revelar a essência do fenômeno; desvelar a relação íntima entre o objeto e sujeitos; e trazer à tona as contradições desse processo contínuo e inacabado. A natureza da pesquisa é qualitativa e, para sua apreensão, foram adotados os tipos de pesquisa bibliográfica, documental e de campo. Para conhecer a totalidade desse fenômeno os sujeitos inseridos nesse contexto, docentes e discentes, ganharam vozes e elevaram suas percepções sobre as conquistas e anseios que permeiam este cenário de pesquisa. Assim, a tese apresenta as contradições e possibilidades para a efetivação das Ciências Humanas e Sociais na atualidade do capital; articula a pesquisa enquanto objetivação humana construída nesse processo histórico ininterrupto de fazer e experimentar o conhecimento material e espiritual; e apreende a transversalidade ética. Nesse panorama de vicissitudes, encontramos vários desafios, mas nunca a resposta final para os devaneios que a Ciência provoca nos seus sujeitos no tempo e espaço determinados. Este trabalho está substancializado na apreensão da realidade, dessa totalidade que se manifesta na mediação entre pesquisa – ciência – ética, e elucida que todo o conhecimento construído ou produzido não esgota a realidade e a necessidade de se reinventar e criar o novo. Trazer a ética para a centralidade da vida no atual cenário nacional e mundial, requer ousadia e compromisso com o ser humano e a natureza. Exige capacidade de dialogar e refletir criticamente com os diferentes sujeitos que, individual e coletivamente, estabelecem as relações sociais em seu conjunto na construção da história da humanidade. / This thesis has the goal the study of the ethic in the research with human beings in the Social and Human Sciences, having as the research milieu, the Programa de Pós-Graduação em Serviço Social da Faculdade de Ciências Humanas e Sociais – Unesp – Câmpus Franca/SP. The object of the research touches off the urgency of bringing ethic as a transversal theme to te construction of sciences, to the accomplishment of the researches, and to the strito sensu qualification while phenomenon of the social relationships in its content. In order to recognize the essence of the research object of this paper, this study has as an aim, comprehend the ethic discussions in the research with human beings in Social and Human Sciences from the Program case study. In order to reach this, a dialethical method was adopted for considering the relationships that are consolidated in this process which are historical and social and for understanding that this method allows: extrapolate the reality appearance; unveil the essence of the phenomenon; reveal the intimate relationship between the object and the subjects; gives prominance to the contradictions of this continuous and unfinished process. The nature of the research is qualitative and in order to acquire it, the study adopted the bibliographical, documental, and field research. To fully understand this phenomenon, the subjects who were inserted on this context were students and professors,who spoke out and elevated their perceptions about conquers and longings that permeates this scenery.Thus,the thesis, presents the contradictions and possibilities to the realization of the Human and Social Science nowadays; articulates the research while human objectitivation constructed on this non-stop historical process of making and experimenting the material and spiritual knowledge; and acquires the ethical transversality. In this context of changes we found lots of challenges,but never the final response to the daydreams Science provokes on its subjects in pre determined time and space.This paper is held on the aprehension of reality of this totality which is manifested on the mediation among research, science,ethics and explains that every knowledge built or produced do not run out the reality and the necessity of building something new.Bringing the ethic to life worldwide requires daring and commitment with the human being and nature.It requires capacity of dialoguing and think critically with the diferente subjects who individually e collectivelly establishes social interactions in the construction of human History. / La presente tesis tiene como objeto de estudio la ética en la investigación con seres humanos en las Ciencias Humanas y Sociales, teniendo como escenario de investigación el Programa de Postgrado en Trabajo Social de la Faculdade de Ciências Humanas e Sociais - Unesp - Campus: Franca/SP. El objeto de investigación ocasiona tener en cuenta la premura de traer la ética como tema transversal para la construcción de las ciencias, para la realización de las investigaciones y para la formación strito sensu, como fenómenos de las relaciones sociales en su conjunto. Para reconocer la esencia del objeto de investigación este trabajo tiene como objetivo comprender el debate sobre la ética en la investigación humana en las Ciencias Humanas y Sociales desde el estudio de caso de este programa. Para ello, se adoptó el método dialéctico por considerar que las relaciones que se consubstancian en ese proceso son históricas y sociales y por entender que ese método permite: extrapolar el aspecto de la realidad; revelar la esencia del fenómeno; desvelar la relación íntima entre el objeto y los sujetos; y traer a la luz las contradicciones de ese proceso continuo e inacabado. La naturaleza de la investigación es cualitativa y para su aprehensión se han adoptados los tipos de investigación biblográfica, documental y de campo. Para conocer la totalidad de ese fenómeno los sujetos insertos en ese contexto, docentes y discentes, ganaron voces y elevaron sus percepciones sobre las conquistas y anhelos que permean este escenario de investigación. Así, la tesis presenta las contradicciones y posibilidades para la efectividad de las Ciencias Humanas y Sociales en la actualidad del capital; articula la investigación como objetivación humana construida en ese proceso histórico ininterrumpido de hacer y experimentar el conocimiento material y espiritual; y aprehende la traversalidad ética. En este panorama de vicisitudes encontramos varios desafíos, pero nunca la respuesta final para los devaneios que la Ciencia provoca en sus sujetos en el tiempo y espacio determinado. Este trabajo está sustancializado en la aprehensión de la realidad, de esa totalidad que se manifiesta en la mediación entre investigación, ciencia, ética, y elucida que todo el conocimiento construido o producido no agota la realidad y la necesidad de reinventarse y crear lo nuevo. Traer la ética a la centralidad de la vida en el actual escenario nacional y mundial, requiere osadía y compromiso con el ser humano y la naturaleza. Exige capacidad de dialogar y reflexionar críticamente con los diferentes sujetos quienes individual y colectivamente, establecen las relaciones sociales en su conjunto en la construcción de la historia de la humanidad.

The general objective of this research was to identify and analyze critically the characterization of the teaching work and its theoretical-philosophical foundations in the scientific production of the Postgraduate Programs in Physical Education of Brazil. The specific objectives were: a) to compile and record the theses and dissertations that deal with the teaching work in the Post-Graduation Programs in Physical Education; b) to investigate the scientific production in order to understand the interests of the authors; the topics and problems most treated, geographic and institutional linkage of the area, supervisors, time distribution and financing of this production and main contributions; c) identify and analyze the main reference standards of the authors that base the theoretical reference of the analyzed scientific production; d) to understand the delineations, the mediations and the contradictions that permeate the contemporary teaching work in the University, its articulation with the production of knowledge and the policies of Brazilian Post-Graduation; e) analyze the conception of teaching work in theses and dissertations its possible unfolding. The research problem was thus formulated: how is the teaching work characterized and the theoretical foundations that guide it in the scientific production of theses and dissertations of the Post-Graduation Programs in Physical Education of Brazil? The approach of the research is qualitative, having as methodological procedures the bibliographical/documentary analysis aiming at the identification and critical analysis of the scientific production of 6 theses and 19 dissertations that dealt with the theme of teaching work. From the analysis of the empirical data emerged two categories: the post-critical conceptions of teaching work and the critical conceptions of teaching work. It is concluded that with the rise of neoliberalism, with productive restructuring and with the so-called postmodern tendencies the epistemology of practice emerges in the context of teaching work, and this is manifested in the scientific production of Physical Education, with 19 investigations that are characterized from the movement of the "reflective teacher". On the other hand, there are 6 investigations supported by the critical conception of teaching work in which the development of praxis is sought as a transforming action, articulated to scientific knowledge, in order to consolidate and strengthen the historical sense of educational action. / Esta investigação tem por temática as concepções de trabalho docente nas teses e dissertações dos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação Física do Brasil, e está vinculada ao Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa Sociedade, Cultura e Formação Humana, na linha de pesquisa Formação Humana e Fundamentos da Educação. O objetivo geral dessa pesquisa foi de identificar e analisar criticamente a caracterização do trabalho docente e seus fundamentos teóricos-filosóficos na produção científica dos Programas de Pós-graduação em Educação Física do Brasil. Os objetivos específicos foram: a) levantar, compilar e fichar as teses e dissertações que versam sobre o trabalho docente nos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação Física; b) investigar a produção científica com intuito de entender os interesses dos autores; as temáticas e problemáticas mais tratadas, vinculação geográfica e institucional da área, orientadores, distribuição temporal e financiamento dessa produção e principais contribuições; c) identificar e analisar os principais padrões de referência dos autores que fundamentam o referencial teórico da produção científica analisada; d) compreender os delineamentos, as mediações e as contradições que permeiam o trabalho docente contemporâneo na Universidade, sua articulação com a produção do conhecimento e as políticas de Pós-Graduação brasileira; e) analisar a concepção de trabalho docente nas teses e dissertações e seus possíveis desdobramentos. O problema de pesquisa foi assim formulado: como é caracterizado o trabalho docente e os fundamentos teóricos que o orientam na produção científica de teses e dissertações dos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Educação Física do Brasil? A abordagem da pesquisa é qualitativa, tendo como procedimentos metodológicos a análise bibliográfica/documental visando a identificação e análise crítica da produção científica de 6 teses e 19 dissertações que versavam sobre a temática trabalho docente. Da análise dos dados empíricos emergiram duas categorias: as concepções pós-críticas de trabalho docente e as concepções críticas de trabalho docente. Conclui-se que com o levantar do neoliberalismo, com a reestruturação produtiva e com as tendências denominadas pós-modernas surge a epistemologia da prática no contexto do trabalho docente, e isso se manifesta na produção científica da Educação Física, com 19 investigações que se caracterizam a partir do movimento do “professor reflexivo”. Em contrapartida tem-se 6 investigações apoiadas na concepção crítica de trabalho docente em que busca-se o desenvolvimento da práxis enquanto ação transformadora, articulada ao conhecimento científico, a fim de consolidar e fortalecer o sentido histórico da ação educativa.
