Ekologiškai ir įprastai auginamų juodųjų serbentų derėjimas ir kokybė / Productivity and quality of ecologically and conventionally grown blackcurrant

Amšiejūtė, Aistė 15 June 2009 (has links)
Magistro darbe tiriama skirtingų auginimo technologijų įtaką juodiems serbentams. Darbo objektas – ekologiškai ir įprastai auginami juodieji serbentai (‘Ben Lomond‘, ‘Ben Alder‘, ‘Ben Tiran‘). Darbo tikslas - ištirti ekologiškai auginamų juodųjų serbentų derėjimą bei uogų kokybę ir palyginti su įprastai auginamais juodaisiais serbentais. Darbo metodai – lauko tyrimai (buvo skaičiuojamas stiebų kiekis viename krūme, kekių skaičius krūme, žiedų ir uogų skaičius kekėje, krūmo derlingumas) ir laboratoriniai tyrimai (vitamino C ir sausųjų medžiagų kiekis uogose). Darbo rezultatai. / Master‘s work deals with influention of different growing technologies on blackcurrant. Object of work – blackcurrant (‘Ben Lomond‘, ‘Ben Alder‘, ‘Ben Tiran‘) grown ecologically and conventionally. Purpose of work is to investigate the productivity and the quality of ecologically grown blackcurrant comparing with conventionally grown blackcurrants. Methods of work – field investigations (counting amount of stems in one bush, number of trusses in a bush, number of blossoms and berries in a truss and the productivity of a bush) and laboratory research (amount of vitamin C and dry substances in berries). Results of work. It is established that conventionally grown blackcurrant ‘Ben Lomond‘ has substantially had more trusses in a bush as well as blossoms and berries in a truss comparing with other investigated species. Growing technologies have not had essential influence on average mass of a berry. ‘Ben Lomond‘ species grown both ecologically and conventionally has had the largest present and potential productivity and harvest t ha-1. The largest amount of dry substances has been accumulated in blackcurrant species ‘Ben Lomond‘ grown conventionally. Statistically reliably the largest amount of vitamin C has been accumulated in ecologically grown blackberries of ‘Ben Alder‘ species.

Produção e qualidade de sementes de sorgo sacarino em diferentes arranjos e épocas na região central do Rio Grande do Sul / Production and quality of sweet sorghum seeds in different arrangements and times at central region of Rio Grande do Sul

Nunes, Silvia Cristina Paslauski 26 February 2015 (has links)
Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Global demand for biofuels/ethanol has increased in recent years, the sweet sorghum is a promising alternative for the increase of ethanol production. It's species of vigorous growth, short cycle, propagated by seeds and mechanizable culture. The evaluation of sowing dates and row spacing, for production of sweet sorghum seeds allows the characterization of the physiological quality and quantification of production. The objective is to bring information more efficiently in growing technologies for production of sweet sorghum seeds by sowing dates adjustment and line spacing as well as more responsive indication of cultivars for the conditions of the Central Region of Rio Grande do Sul. The research was conducted in the experimental area of the Department of Plant Science and analyzes of physiological quality were made in Didactic Laboratory and Research in seeds of the Federal University of Santa Maria in Santa Maria, RS. Were sown sorghum saccharine BR506, BR511, BR509 and Fepagro 19. On the following dates: first year 27/10/2012, 28/11/2012 and 18/12/2012 and the second year in 16/10/2013, 15/11/2013 and 16/12/2013 and in plots with five meters long, with four rows in the spacings of 0.42, 0.50 and 0.70 meters between rows, with four replications. All cultivars have potential for the production of seeds. The time factor is predominant for the production of seeds. Sowings of November and December were more promising for the production of quality seeds.
