Vliv tepelného zpracování na magnetické vlastnosti aditivně vyráběných dílů z nerezových ocelí / The influence of heat treatment on magnetic properties of additive manufactured stainless steel components

Schäffer, Matúš January 2020 (has links)
The aim of this master thesis is selection of heat treatment for additive manufactured multimaterial components composed of 1.4404 and 1.4542 stainless steels regarding their magnetic and mechanical properties. Individual materials were studied after fabrication and also after the same heat treatments. The chosen process consists of solution annealing and subsequent precipitation hardening. A significantly higher value of maximum relative permeability and lower of coercive field of 1.4542 steel were achieved. At the same time, the relative permeability of 1.4404 was not considerably influenced. A decrease in Rp0,2 of 1.4404, but an increase in Rm and Rp0,2 values of 1.4542 steel were observed. Elongation at break A increased in the case of both alloys. The experiments proved that multimaterial components composed of these stainless steels can be successfully manufactured by SLM technology. It is therefore possible to design and manufacture stainless steel components of magnetic circuits and adjust their magnetic and mechanical properties by heat treatment.

Tepelné úpravy povrchu po 3D FDM tisku / Surface heat treatment after 3D FDM print

Břoušek, Lukáš January 2017 (has links)
The topic of diploma thesis are surface heat treatments after 3D print by method Fused Deposition Modeling. In the introduction is located recherche of the given issue. Further, we describe the construction and process of the 3D printer construction, on which will be printed samples for experiments in the next part of the thesis. The aim is to determine the behavior and changes of surface structures of heat-affected samples from different materials. Furthermore, the suitability of the used methods and the possibility of their use in practice.

Optimalizace technologie perlitizace masivních vývalků / Optimization of heat treatement for steel beams

Dyčka, Martin January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with heat treatment of pearlitic steel beams with using of induction heating. The aim of this heat treatment is to improve mechanical properties of steel beams. In theoretical part are described pearlitic steels and theory of induction heating. In experimental part of this thesis analysis of current state of technology with its results was made. Numerical model describing current state of technology was assembled. Then this model was used to recommend adjustments in current technology of heat treatment, which leads to enlargement of heat treated depth. Experiments with adjusted parameters were executed on heat treating machine. Analysis of microstructure using LM and EM, measurement of hardness and fractographic analysis were done. The result of adjustments is enlargement of heat treated depth about half compared with current technology.

Vliv umístění Al odlitků v peci tepelného zpracování na mechanické vlastnosti / Influence of location of Al castings in a heat treatment furnace on mechanical properties

Toufar, Tomáš January 2019 (has links)
The present Master thesis deals with location of aluminium castings in the heat treatment furnace and its influence on mechanical properties. As testing samples for the experimental part, tensile bars were used; they were cast from the subeutetic silumin AlSi7Mg0,6. These samples were placed in the furnace in the locations where temperatures were calibrated by the furnace supplier. Then, tensile tests were performed to evaluate the resulting mechanical properties of the samples. The experiment was carried out in the foundry of non-ferrous metals, MESIT foundry Ltd., Uherské Hradiště.

Struktura a vlastnosti martenzitických korozivzdorných ocelí / Structure and properties of martensitic stainless steels

Rimko, Marcel January 2020 (has links)
The final thesis deals with martensitic stainless steel and their mechanical properties. The theoretical part consists of information about corrosion, chemical composition, heat treatment and mechanical properties of various types of steel. The practical part deals with the influence of the cooling rate during heat treatment and nickel content on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the GX4CrNi13-4 steel.

Vliv metalurgického zpracování a slévárenské technologie na jakost ocelových odlitků / Influence of metallurgical treatment and foundry technology on quality of steel castings

Návrat, Radim January 2013 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to determine the impact of the used chemical composure during metallurgical treatment and foundry technology on the inner and surface quality of experimental casting under operational conditions at Třinec foundry. A minor part of this thesis is focused on the determination of the effect of filtration on mechanical properties of steel.

Studium vlivu velikosti svazku na hloubku prokalení materiálu 42CrMo4 při laserovém kalení / The study of the spot size influence on the depth of hardening of the material 42CrMo4 during laser hardening

Kříž, Daniel January 2015 (has links)
This master thesis is focused on surface hardening by using disk laser. Ten samples made of 42CrMo4 steel were hardened at varying speeds of quenching and diameter of the laser beam. The theoretical part initially describes the types of lasers. Further it describes methods of surface hardness processing such as kinds of hardening and chemical-thermal treatment, followed by description of the used material. Images of macrostructure, microstructure and compared values of hardness of single samples are evaluated in the experimental part. The thesis subsequently contains a technical-economic evaluation. Appropriate parameters for surface laser hardening are evaluated in the conclusion.

Výzkum deformačních mechanismů pokročilých lehkých slitin / Investigation of deformation mechanisms of advanced light-weight alloys

Németh, Gergely January 2016 (has links)
The objective of this thesis is to investigate the mechanical and damping properties in AZ91 alloys with different boron concentrations and in two experimental alloys based on commercial pure magnesium. Further aim is to identify the influence of heat treatment of alloys AZ91+B on the properties mentioned above. Micro-structural observations were achieved by optical and scanning electron microscope. Mechanical tests were performed in a wide range of temperatures from 23řC to 300řC and, simultaneously, the acoustic emission was recorded at room temperature. The temperature spectrum of internal friction was determined in the temperature range from 23řC to 400řC. Moreover, the amplitude dependence of damping properties of materials were studied. Phenomena leading to dissipation of mechanical energy in the temperature spectrum were determined by micro-structural observation.
