El Arte Urbano es una manifestación artística que tiene como escenario las calles, sin embargo, los artistas urbanos necesitan de un espacio que les provea de facilidades, formación y recursos para desarrollar su arte a un nuevo nivel, generar nuevas tendencias y vías de difusión. Mediante el presente proyecto de tesis se busca diseñar un Centro de Producción de Arte Urbano donde se dote de recursos e infraestructura necesaria para ser el soporte para la investigación, experimentación y creación de este arte. La propuesta nace a partir de un estudio que incluye la presentación de la problemática, los objetivos a cumplir, la definición de la tipología a desarrollar mediante el análisis de proyectos referenciales, la forma de implantar el proyecto en un entorno histórico como lo es el Centro de Lima, la propuesta del programa arquitectónico y criterios a considerar para el diseño / Urban Art is an artistic manifestation that takes place on the streets, however urban artists need a space that provides them facilities, training and resources to improve their art to a new level, generate new trends and ways of diffusion. The objective of this thesis project is to create an Urban Art Production Center where resources and infrastructure would be given to the artists in order to be the support for research, experimentation and creation of this art. The proposal was born from a study that includes the presentation of the problem, the objectives to accomplish, the definition of the architectural typology through the analysis of referential projects, the way of implementing the project in a historical environment such as the Center of Lima and also the proposal of the architectural program and design criteria to consider. / Tesis

Studien grundar sig i den ständigt ökade stadsbefolkningen vilket bidrar till att städerna behöver utvecklas. En lösning på detta kan vara förtätning. Det kan leda till konsekvenser i de befintliga kvarteren med nya byggnader som oftast ska placeras i känsliga miljöer som i detta fall är ett kulturhistoriskt värdefullt område. För att inte förvanska kulturhistoriska miljöer är det viktigt att förtätning sker varsamt. Studien behandlar ett kvarter i centrala Växjö som är av högt kulturhistoriskt värde. Syftet i följande studie är att undersöka vilka prioriteringar som sker vid utformning av nybyggnation vid förtätning av kulturhistoriska miljöer. Målet är att ta fram ett förslag på hur en förtätning i ett kulturhistoriskt område kan gå till. Undersökningen baseras på en enkätundersökning och områdesanalyser samt litteraturstudier. Resultatet visar att exploatering kan genomföras om det sker på ett varsamt sätt. Det sätter synnerligen höga krav på fasadutformning, detaljer, material, kulörval, markanslutningar, volym, skala och proportioner samt samspelet med omkringliggande byggnader och miljöer. Att visa respekt för de befintliga områdena och ha ett varsamt förhållningssätt vid förtätningsprojekt för nutida och framtida behov är väsentligt. / The study is based on the ever-increasing urban population, which contributes to the development needs of cities. A solution to this can be densification. This can lead to consequences in the existing neighborhoods with new buildings, which will often be placed in a sensitive environment, which in the case of this study is a cultural-historical area. In order not to distort cultural-historical areas, it is important that densification takes place with care. The study deals with a current area in central Växjö which is of high cultural and historical value. The purpose of the following study is to examine what priorities take precedence while designing new constructions during densifying in cultural-historical environments. The goal is to suggest how densification in a cultural-historical area can look like. The study is based on a survey and observations. The results show that exploitation can be achieved gently. It places truly high demands on facade design, details, materials, color choices, ground connections, volume, scale and proportions as well as interaction with surrounding buildings and environments. Showing respect for existing areas and maintaining a gentle approach when developing cities for contemporary and future needs is essential.

An object of leisure-time center and a new bridge were designed according to needs and limits of this location, that they correspond to. This project follows up on the previous analysis and the riverfront design in the section between the main bridge and the Zborovsky bridge in Kroměříž. The general target of this project is an active integrating the river and its closest neighborhood to the city environment. This target is supported by the study in this project. The leisure-time center design creates a social background and a center of this area and it would became an important point in Kroměříž, where people could relocate on the river, by bike or on foot from. The new bridge design examines possible solutions of a new bridge over the river in Kroměříž, that is missing here.

The aim of the urban-architectural study is to design a residential complex that will be designed for living in family and residential buildings. As a territory between the railway track and the historic building, which is the Bučovice chateau, the work is focused on the integration of housing development into this place and the use of the uniqueness of the surroundings.
