Výroba krytu kloubu přívěsného vozíku / Manufacturing of Trailer Connecting Joint

The project elaborated design of technology production of the trailer connecting joint from the deep drawing sheet iron 11 320. Pursuant to of the literary pursuit a problem of the deep drawing and calculation was designed progressive tool concatenate four operations. The lower ejectors are using for ejecting components. The drawing instrument especially made of non-standardised components and it is designed for use on a hydraulic press CTH 250, with nominal tensile force 250 kN. Drawing punch and drawing die are produced from alloyed instrumental steel 19 436 heat-worked according to drawing documentation. The technical and economical evaluation was focused on the forming cost, which is 2 922 893 CZK in total.

Optimalizace procesu výroby vpusti / Optimization of production process of drain

The project looks for a solution to optimalization of rotational deep drawn part with flange production. It deals with sewerage drain, which is produced by conventional tool to two deep drawing operations. The used material is austenitic Cr-Ni stainless steel 1.4301. Suitability of this material for deep drawing operations was considered by means of the tensile test and the Erichsen test. On the bases of these results, serializability of production and theoretic relationships for determination of number of deep drawing operations, it was decided upon one operation serial production, by conventional tool without attenuation thickness of sheet. Production will take place on hydraulic press Dieffenbacher PO250 with magnetic tool fastening. The deep drawing tool was designed and constructed. For series of 2 000 units per year the rate of return was calculated after 4,7 years, while using the punch from the current second deep drawing operation it was calculated after 3,4 years.

Výroba horního dílu benzínové nádrže / Production of the upper part of gasoline tank

The thesis deals with the design of the upper part of the gas tank. Taking into account the shape and dimensions, the solution was chosen the most advantageous drawing technology without a thinning of 1 mm thick DC04 steel. The solution took account of the requirements of the contracting authority and selected the production for one operation. However, the simulation proved inappropriateness of the solution, so the procedure was modified to two operation proces. At the first stroke, a larger part of the body will be created, and in the other, a calibration of the cut-out dimensions will occur. For the first operation, the design of the tool kit, including drawing documentation for the CTH 250 press, was elaborated.

В настоящее время в судостроительной промышленности является актуальным применение полособульбовых профилей из титана, используемых в качестве ребер жесткости при создании крупных металлоконструкций. В данной работе рассматривается разработка технологии прессования полособульба из титанового сплава для применения в судостроении с проведением соответствующих технологических и конструкционных расчетов. Современные методы проектирования технологических процессов обработки металлов давлением неразрывно связаны с моделированием с помощью программных пакетов для анализа деформированного состояния изготавливаемого изделия. Данный анализ в свою очередь позволяет выявить возможные ошибки в процессе, способные привести к неизбежному браку, и внести необходимые коррективы для получения изделия, обладающего необходимыми свойствами. На основе проведенных в ходе работы расчетов была спроектирована пресс-матрица, являющаяся инструментом прессовой наладки при изготовлении рассматриваемого полособульбового профиля, а также проведено моделирование технологического процесса с помощью программного обеспечения QForm. В работе также рассмотрены две методики расчета калибрующего пояска для тонкостенных профилей сложной формы и сделан вывод о выборе наиболее оптимальной на основе результатов моделирования. Конечным результатом работы является полностью спроектированный технологический процесс изготовления рассматриваемого изделия, соответствующего всем требуемым геометрическим, механическими и химическим свойствам. / At present, the application of titanium bulb flats as plate stiffeners in creating large metallic constructions remains relevant and important within the shipbuilding industry. The present work is a study of engineering a technological process of creating the required bulb flat using titanium alloy for shipbuilding use, with a number of necessary technological and constructional calculations that it entails. Modern means of technological process engineering for metal working processes are based on modeling with the assistance of various strained condition analysis software. Such analysis in turn helps to detect the potential errors within the developed process that may lead to defective product, and to make necessary corrections in order to create the product that meets the desired property requirements. In this work, a press die has been designed in order to serve as a pressing tool required to make the bulb flat of the required shape, and, based on the created die, the modeling of the technological process has been performed, with the use of QForm software package. A distinction between two different die length calculation methods is made, with one being chosen as the most optimal based on modeling results. The end result of this work is a fully engineered technological process of creating the bulb flat that meets all the geometrical, mechanical and chemical property requirements.

Detta projekt bestod i att undersöka konstruktionsstålen S235JR och S355JR och dess skillnader i vikt, pris, hållfasthet och utmattning i ett presstativ, för att sedan kunna utföra en FEM-analys och utmattningsberäkning utifrån givna krav och begränsningar. Med detta som underlag genomfördes en designoptimering vid ett materialbyte från S355JR till S235JR för att bibehålla ett likvärdigt antal utmattningscykler för att kompensera för materialets lägre sträck- och brottgräns. Utifrån detta genomfördes en priskalkyl där materialens olika prissättningar togs i beaktning, såväl som ökningar i dimensioner som designoptimeringen medförde. Med detta som bakgrund kunde en optimering av materialval presenteras. / This project consisted of investigating the structural steels S235JR and S355JR and their differences in weight, price, mechanical strength and fatigue in a press frame, in order to perform a Finite Element Analysis and fatigue calculation based on given requirements and constraints. With this as a foundation, a design optimization was carried out when changing the material from S355JR to S235JR, in order to maintain an equivalent number of fatigue cycles to compensate for S235JR:s lower yield and tensile strength. Furthermore, a price calculation was carried out where the difference in pricing of the materials was considered, as well as the increases in dimensions that the design optimization entailed. Based on this, an optimization of the material selection could be presented.

The thesis deals with the use of tribodiagnostics in predictive maintenance in corporate practice. It is generally dealt with maintenance, then tribodiagnostics in the company Škoda Auto a.s. Used offline and online diagnostic tools are described. Emphasis is placed on verifying the functionality of the newly purchased online filter unit. The experimental part is focused on detailed analysis of the above, including comparison of measurement results offline and online diagnostics. There is also an economic evaluation of savings obtained by operation the online filter unit. In conclusion, the tribodiagnostics recommendations are given for Škoda Auto a.s.

This diploma thesis is focused on marketing mix of a concrete company, which is operating in international environment. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The theoretical part describes basic concepts related to the topic. The analalytical part of the thesis focuses on the business environment of company Dieffenbacher CZ, assuming its future expansion to Russian market, while the results obtained are further summarized in SWOT analysis. The practical part offers proposals and recommendations from the perstective of marketing mix for successful entry of a selected engineering company to Russian market based on the findings from the complied analyses and theoretical concepts.
