Rangos sutarties šalių, jų teisių ir pareigų teisinio reguliavimo praktiniai probleminiai aspektai / The practical problematical aspects of legal regulation of independent work contract parties, their rights and obligations

Šiame magistro baigiamajame darbe mėginama sisteminiu požiūriu atskleisti, ištirti ir įvertinti rangos sutarties sampratos ir dalyko požymius, šios sutarties šalių, bei jų teisių ir pareigų teisinio reglamentavimo, įtvirtinto LR CK, įstatymuose bei teismų praktikoje, sąlygotas teorines ir ypač praktines problemas. Darbe analizuojami esminiai rangos sutarties požymiai ir turinio sąlygos, dėl jų įgyvendinimo, kylantys praktiniai klausimai. Akcentuojama, jog rangos sutarties šalys įgyvendindamos savo teises ir pareigas, kurios yra priešpriešinio pobūdžio, privalo bendradarbiauti. Rangos sutarties subjektinė sudėtis nagrinėjama, atsižvelgiant į užsakovo ir rangovo sutartinių santykių ypatumus. Taip pat aptariami klausimai, kylantys dėl subrangos sutarties šalių teisių ir įsipareigojimų pasiskirstymo bei atsakomybės, susijusios su nepakankama subrangovo darbų kontrole, ribų. / The purpose of this article is to introduce problematical questions of legal regulation of independent work contract parties, their rights and obligations. The author has analyzed special legal literature and concentrates on problems determinate of legal regulation of Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania. The article also provides for the review of conditions of independent work contract prepared by FIDIC and recommended for general use in case of engineering and building construction contracts. Independent work contractor is responsible for the means and methods to be used in the construction of the project in accordance with the contract of independent work agreement. General independent work contractor involves subcontractors to fill in the additional areas of work. In the author’s point of view contracting parties are fully obligated cooperate and be carefully performing the work under contract. A separate part of the article analyses certain aspects of particular rights and obligations of contracting parties. The contractor is obligated to take all necessary measures to ensure that the result of works satisfies regulations containing essential requirements and standards of quality established under the contract. Moreover, the contractor is responsible for damages that occur as a result of the contractor’s fault, and he is obligated to protect property of customer. Pelle och Alf- en faktasaga om matspjälkningen. : Material om matspjälkningen för årskurs 2-3.

Syftet med detta utvecklingsarbete var att skapa ett intresse, en motivation och nyfiken för biologin och matspjälkningen hos elever i årkurs 2-3 där eleverna på självständigt, roligt, varierande och lustfullt sätt kan skapa sig och utveckla kunskaper om matspjälkningen. Materialet består av en elevbok om matspjälkning i form av en faktasaga, bilder, frågor och praktiska övningar. Materialet innehåller dessutom en lärarhandledning med instruktioner till läroboken, mål från läroplanen samt svar till frågorna. Framtagningen av detta material har gjorts med hjälp av intervjuer och forskning i området. Materialet har fått har testats i en årkurs 2 och en intervju med eleverna. Resultatet visade att matspjälkningen väcker ett intresse hos eleverna om den är på en anpassad nivå. / The purpose of this report was to create a teaching material aimed at teaching students in second and third grade the basics of the digestive system in a fun and relaxed manner. The teaching material contains a booklet with facts, pictures, follow up questions as well as exercises for the students to work with, either individually or in class. In addition, there are instructions for the teacher with information about the booklet, the objectives of the lesson, and the key for the questions and exercises. This work builds on interviews and previous research and the teaching material was tested on second grade students and subsequently followed up by interviews. The findings of the study shows that the teaching material became successful only when adapted to a level comprehensible for the student.

Effects of a Self-Monitoring Strategy on Independent Work Behavior

abstract: The following study evaluated the effectiveness of a self-monitoring strategy on independent work behavior. The three subjects were in first grade, seven years old, identified with mild mental retardation (MIMR), and had an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) with targeted functional academic and behavior goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of a self-monitoring strategy on on-task independent work behavior and task completion. The research sought to determine whether or not a self-monitoring strategy would affect on-task independent work behavior and task completion. A multiple baseline across subjects design was used. Data were collected using a frequency count of off-task behavior. The self-monitoring strategy was found to be successful with all three subjects in the study. Overall, the subjects demonstrated a decrease in off-task behavior during independent work time after the intervention was introduced. / Dissertation/Thesis / M.A. Special Education 2010

В работе описана структура и содержание фонда оценочных средств УРФУ как комплекса методических материалов, нормирующих процедуры оценивания результатов обучения (установление соответствия учебных достижений запланированным результатам обучения и требованиям образовательных программ, рабочих программ дисциплин. Представлен проект фонда оценочных средств текущей аттестации на основе таксономии педагогических целей Б. Блума и учебных задач Д. Толингеровой.
