The thesis is focused on the selected systems of indicators of bankruptcy models and credibility models, that are applied on the specific enterprise. On the basis of collected data from balance sheet and statement of profit and loss there is calculated the financial health during five year period and than the explanatory power of these systems of indicators is made, whether the used systems of indicaters have the same explanatory power of different.

O Objetivo Geral desta dissertação é desenvolver um modelo para criação de um índice aplicável à mensuração da governança global. Os dados empregados são secundários e foram coletados por meio de pesquisa bibliográfica a partir de uma análise bibliométrica. As técnicas de análise são predominantemente qualitativas, com foco no método de análise de conteúdo nas técnicas de análise categorial e temática. O referencial teórico contempla conceitos e questões inerentes à governança global. Para a construção de uma proposta de critérios, foi construído um conceito síntese fragmentado em unidades de registro e contexto que identificou os pilares da governança global: Econômico, Social, Ambiental e Solução Pacífica de Conflitos. Com base nesses pilares são identificados os indicadores reconhecidos internacionalmente que se relacionam com as categorias de análises construídas. Entre os resultados apresentados, é possível destacar a possibilidade de criação de um índice aplicável e mensuração da governança global e sua aplicabilidade prática, com a apresentação de um ranking dos escores auferidos pelos países membros do G20, ilustrando o grau de governança global obtido a partir da ponderação das variáveis e indicadores preestabelecidos. / The general objective of this research is to develop a model for creating an index applicable to the measurement of global governance. The data are collected by literature through a bibliometric analysis. The analytical techniques are predominantly qualitative, focusing on content analysis method in categorical and thematic analysis techniques. The theoretical framework includes concepts and issues involved in global governance. For the construction of a proposed criteria, was built a fragmented synthesis concept in record units and context that identified the pillars of global governance: economic, social, environmental and conflict peaceful settlement, based on these pillars are internationally recognized indicators identified which relate to the categories of analysis constructed. Among the results presented, it is possible to highlight the possibility of creating an index applicable and measurement of global governance and its practical applicability, with the presentation of a ranking scores earned by G20 member countries, illustrating the degree of global governance obtained from the weighting of variables and pre-established indicators.

The diploma thesis is focused on the financial analysis of Unilever ČR s.r.o., which operates on FMCG market and specialize in consumer and cosmetic goods. The goal of this thesis is to identify weaknesses of financial management of the company from year 2008 until the year 2015 from the external analyst point of view. The output of this thesis are recommendations for better financial situation in the future period of time. Implementation of traditional and modern financial analysis tools is based on research of specialized literature. Traditional methods include analysis of balance rules, horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of ratio indicators, analysis of differential indicators and pyramidal decomposition. The diagnosis of the financial situation and prediction of future of the company is implemented by the usage of creditworthy and bankruptcy models. A more modern point of view into problematic brings the usage of analysis of economic value added and usage of Spider analysis for comparison with market leaders. The source of information for practical part are annual reports, which are available for public on an online server provided by the Ministry of Justice.

This thesis deals with a financial situation. Through the selected methods and indicators of the financial analysis presented in the introduction is an evaluation of the particular company Fersto, s.r.o. from the practical part. Based on the outputs of the financial analysis are then the formulated proposals to improve the economic situation of the company.

Analyses used in this master’s thesis are processed by the methods of financial and strategic analyses and also mathematical and statistical methods from period 2011-2015. The results of this master’s thesis evaluate investment from the economical effectiveness.

The diploma thesis deals with the application of statistical methods in assessing selected indicators of the company ABC, Ltd. This work is divided into three parts. The first part explains the terms related to financial indicators, macroeconomic indicators, regression and correlation analysis and also, this part of the work explains the matters of time series. The second part contains an analysis of the current state. Individual analyses of indicators and their predictions are performed in it. Also, there is a research concerning the influence of macroeconomic indicators on the financial performance of ABC, Ltd. In The last part of this diploma thesis, changes are proposed that should lead to the improvement of the current situation of the company.

The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company O.K. BAG s.r.o.. In the second part the obtained results are evaluated and compared with the data of the firm. The company values are compared with the recommended results and averages in the same area. Included in the thesis are suggestions and recommendations which could lead to better financial health of the company.
