Diploma thesis deals with the design of the information system for the financial department of the company of Kiwi.com. Target of the work is to evaluate the current status of the information system of the financial department and to analyze its lacks and weaknesses. Based on these analysis and requirements will be determined the design of the new information system. Final part of the diploma thesis will be dedicated to the benefits and economical evaluation of the designed measures.

This master's thesis is focused on the design of the project and the subsequent implementation of the information system into the newly created e-commerce. In the theoretical part, I describe the chosen company and the problematics which I encountered to during this thesis and conversely in practical part I propose a concrete solution tailored to the monitored company. My thesis's goal is to design information system, so it was connected to e-shop, warehouse, accounting and the other necessary elements.

The thesis focuses on the analysis of the processing informational system MES Hydra used by automotive company Jopp Automotive s. r. o.. Since the company does not use full potential of the described system, emphasis will be placed especially on the modules involved in the production process. The analysis will be carried out by user's perspective and also the actual implementation and suggestions about possible improving of user´s interface or potential application of additional options of the system will be considered. The integral part of the thesis are production schemes, on that facts and ideas for process optimalization controlled by the system will be discussed.

The information system is developed using xRM platform or more precisely within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 system which is not, unline typical CRM, entirely available for sale thus certain adjustments need to be designed to meet the client needs. Given the extensive system comprising of 32 agendas, only one of them is designed in retailed here - the case of publication. Both the analysis and the design includes the MS Dynamics CRM 2013 standard working description.

The master´s thesis „Study of the of the order in the selected business” is focused on the analyse of the manufacturing order flow in the company První brněnská strojírna Velká Bíteš, a. s. Thesis is divided onto three particular parts. Theoretical part is focused on the research of the professional literature elaborating topics related to process engineering and order management. Analytical part includes description of current state of the manufacturing order flow through the company and SWOT analyses. Proposal part intends to find and elaborate a possible improvement in order to optimize current process.

The thesis is focused on the current situation and the information system analysis of the particular retail, which deals with the sale of animal feed and supplies. Furthermore, it provides the improvement proposal, in order to support company sales. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part determines the theoretical basis. The second part analyses the current situation of the company, evaluates the quality of its information system and the company in general. The content of the practical part is a proposal of a sales promotion system through e-commerce.
