Aim of master’s thesis is design of Business Intelligence solution based on non commercial technology, consideration of installation costs, estimation of economic benefits and designing of final solution of currently unsatisfactory situation in company Fortemix s.r.o.

This diploma thesis deals with the system of monitoring and evaluation of suppliers at the company RayService, a.s.. The aim is the implementation of an integrated procedural approach within the office work with suppliers. Assortment and quantity of suppliers is now so wide that the existing non-systemic solutions prevent more effective manufacturing and overall development of the company. Everything must be consistent with possible sources of the company, for example IS Helios. The basic condition is availability of data and by this also easy work with them. The main measurement of suppliers at the company RayService is the OTD (on time delivery) of suppliers, which value is 93% today. This work should set up a system of monitoring and evaluation of suppliers at the company so that the growing trend of OTD (from the current 63% to target 93%) can start.

This master’s thesis focuses on a comprehensive analysis of the information system in the company ELMO. The knowledge gained has been used for specific proposals for improvement in selected areas of the information system. This work may also serve as an initial step in the development of the corporate information strategy.

The goal of this thesis is to find out state of information systems through analytical methods in company Vodovody a kanalizace Břeclav, a.s. The analysis will be focused on different parts of ICT in the company, mostly on effectiveness, suitability and harmony of hardware and software equipment. Proposals of ICT improvement including economic assessment will be also part of this thesis.

My master‘s thesis is focused on the overall analysis of the information system in the company Vema, Ltd. The information that I have in this company collect, I became used to the overall analysis of these systems, resulting in proposals for change and improvement of information resources. I would be delighted if this work served as the basis for change and improve the company's information system, which would contribute to increased work efficiency and eliminate inefficiency.

This diploma thesis deals with an entrepreneurial plan focused on innovation in company. Based on theoretical pieces of knowledge and discovered facts, it contains a proposal of solution, it´s conceivable positioning on the market and economical evaluation.

This master’s thesis focuses on selecting an information system for the e-commerce site Lepime.cz. This e-shop sells home decorations – customized wall stickers. In the first part I am introducing the company, product, creating an analysis of the current information system and putting together the requirements and specifications. The second part is focusing on comparing considerable information systems, which were pre-selected to a shortlist. The key part compares the information systems economically, based on the required initial investments and monthly service fees.

The information system currently holds an essential role. Thus, it is necessary to keep up to date and fully compliant business needs. This thesis focuses on the comprehensive analysis of a selected information system. Its findings will contribute to finding appropriate solutions for improvement. It also aims to optimize the information system to perfectly cover the demands that are placed upon it.

This thesis explores the business environment Fonetip s.r.o. and its business area. The key is the analysis of information systems, data security, IT equipment and internal processes. On the basis of being selected ERP system, including implementation plan and costing. Mentioned are the risks of changes on the possibility of elimination.

This diploma thesis analyzes the information system of a small company and suggests improvements. In theoretical part are specified current methods for evaluation of information systems effectiveness.
