Avaliação de indicadores de desempenho na análise de importância de segmentos de uma rede viária

A identificação dos segmentos críticos da rede viária é um conhecimento básico que todo planejador de transportes deve ter sobre a rede viária. É inevitável a ocorrência de incidentes e eventos de redução da capacidade nos elementos da rede. O efeito de acidentes e obstruções em segmentos críticos da rede ocasionam impactos que prejudicam o desempenho da rede. Este estudo foi desenvolvido com o apoio do modelo de alocação de tráfego do software VISUM (versão 2015) e propõe um método para determinar a importância de cada segmento da rede viária, a identificação de segmentos críticos da rede e a avaliação de sua obstrução de forma estática e dinâmica. Para isso, são utilizados diversos indicadores de desempenho da rede viária. O método foi aplicado na região do Litoral Norte do Rio Grande do Sul, utilizando os dados de tráfego fornecidos pela CONCEPA TRIUNFO, DAER e DNIT. A determinação da importância de cada segmento decorreu da avaliação do impacto na rede causado pela obstrução do próprio segmento. Através do método proposto neste estudo foi possível identificar o segmento crítico da rede viária estudada e, de forma qualitativa, verificar a extensão da obstrução desse segmento nas análises estática e dinâmica Verificou-se que o indicador diferença do total de tempo despendido na rede é o indicador que mais apresenta crescimento com o incremento da demanda, não apresenta alterações de priorização dos segmentos frente a variações de intensidade e sentido da demanda. Os resultados deste estudo mostraram que o segmento crítico da rede pertence a BR-101 entre os municípios de Osório e Terra de Areia. O método de hierarquização proposto independe do sentido e da intensidade da demanda, e está sujeito a mais de uma métrica para avaliar o segmento crítico. Estes resultados podem subsidiar o planejamento de transportes, identificando trechos críticos da rede viária que necessitam de mais atenção dos gestores e apontando medidas de operação no caso de eventos disruptivos nos trechos críticos. / Identifying the most important link of the network is essential knowledge that the transport planners should have over the network. The results of this study show that the critical link of the network belongs to the BR-101 highway between the municipalities of Osório and Terra de Areia. The proposed hierarchical method developed with several metrics measures fond the critical link in an independent demand direction and intensity analysis. The findings may support transport planners to identify the most critical arc of a network. To better implement resources of road management and repairs. Also identify where the operation measures may be implanted in face a disruptive event on a critical link.

Ainda assim, é comum a falta de peças de reposição, o que exige do gerenciamento da cadeia de suprimentos a mitigação dos riscos de descontinuidade. Este trabalho analisa os riscos de suprimentos na cadeia de peças de reposição nas redes concessionárias de veículos leves por meio da priorização das variáveis que influenciam a descontinuidade de suprimentos desta cadeia. O método aplicado apresenta uma abordagem quali-quanti junto às concessionárias da região Sul Fluminense. Estas concessionárias representam quatorze das principais marcas atuantes no Brasil com um volume de vendas na ordem de 93% em 2015. As variáveis mais importantes são capacitação da equipe, comunicação e lead time. A pesquisa também evidencia que fatores organizacionais são relevantes para o suprimento de peças de reposição o que não é indicado pela literatura, juntamente com os fatores relacionados à cadeia de suprimentos. / The Brazilian market for light vehicles has a fleet where 43% of vehicles have up to five years of manufacture, causing the spare sectors of automotive parts move billions a year. Still, it is common to lack of spare parts, which requires management of the supply chain to mitigate the discontinuity risks. This paper analyzes the risks of supply in the chain of spare parts for light vehicle dealerships networks by prioritizing the variables that influence the supply disruption in this chain. The applied method presents a qualitative and quantitative approach with the concessionaires of the South Fluminense region. These dealerships represent fourteen major brands operating in Brazil with a sales volume of around 93% in 2015. The most important variables are staff training, communication and lead time. The survey also shows that organizational factors are relevant to the spare parts supply which is not mentioned in the literature, together with the factors related to the supply chain.

For the teeth to fulfill their functions, it is necessary that their anatomic shape is correct. This research aimed to evaluate the theoretical and practical knowledge of dental anatomy acquired by students of pre-clinical course regarding quality of anatomical restorations performed by these students before and after a didactic-theoretical reinforcement. For the evaluation of theoretical knowledge, a questionnaire with closed questions about dental anatomy was used. To evaluate the effect of didactic reinforcement on dental sculptures, two groups of 15 students from Pre-clinical were assessed. One group received tutoring on dental anatomy and the other did not. The assessment and comparison between the groups were made using a pre-determined score. The restorations were carried out in wax on artificial teeth from P-Occlusal. With the experimental results of the study, the comparison between the scores obtained on the sculptures for the two groups was performed using ANOVA. The Fisher exact test was used to compare the frequencies of correct answers in the questionnaires. For all analyzes was considered an α = 0.05. Stata 11 program was used for the analysis of the data. The theoretical evaluation revealed no significant difference (mean ± SD) between G1 (8.51 ± 0.66) and G2 (8.62 ± 0.91) in the notes previously obtained for this study (p = 0.725). In evaluating dental sculpture, all students of G1 showed an improvement in the quality of dental sculptures, and only in the tooth 42 there was no significant difference between groups (p = 0.096). The theoretical enhancement of dental anatomy promoted an improvement in student performance in dental carving of all teeth, but did not result in enhancing of knowledge about dental anatomy / O conhecimento da anatomia do dente tem grande importância na prática da Odontologia, principalmente na reabilitação oral. Para que os dentes possam preencher suas funções, torna-se necessário que a sua forma anatômica esteja correta, não causando nenhum prejuizo à oclusão dentária. Esta pesquisa tem como objetivos avaliar o conhecimento teórico e prático de anatomia dental adquirido por estudantes da Pré-Clínica, bem como comparar, após realização de um reforço didático-teórico de anatomia dental, a qualidade anatômica de restaurações realizadas por esses mesmos estudantes antes e depois da realização desse reforço. Para a avaliação do conhecimento teórico, foi utilizado um questionário com perguntas fechadas sobre anatomia dental. Para avaliação do efeito do reforço didático sobre as esculturas dentais, foram avaliados dois grupos de 15 estudantes da Pré-Clínica, sendo que um dos grupos receberá aulas de reforço sobre anatomia dental e o outro, não. A avaliação e a comparação entre os grupos foram feitas através de um escore pré-estabelecido. As restaurações foram realizadas em cera sobre dentes artificiais da P-Oclusal. De posse dos resultados experimentais do estudo, a comparação entre os escores obtidos nas esculturas para os dois grupos foi realizada através do teste ANOVA. O teste exato de Fisher foi utilizado para comparação das frequências de respostas corretas nos questionários. Para todas as análises foi considerado um α = 0,05. Foi utilizado o programa Stata 11 para a análise dos dados. A avaliação teórica não revelou nenhuma diferença significativa (média ± dp) entre G1 (8,51 ± 0,66) e G2 (8,62 ± 0,91) nas notas previamente obtidos para este estudo (p = 0,725). Na avaliação de escultura dental, todos os alunos do G1 demonstraram uma melhoria da qualidade das esculturas dentárias, e só no dente 42 não houve diferença significativa entre os grupos (p = 0,096). O aprimoramento teórico da anatomia dental promoveu uma melhora no desempenho dos alunos em escultura dental de todos os dentes, mas não resultou em melhoria dos conhecimentos teóricos sobre a anatomia dental

Motivation inför lektion : Faktorer som motiverar flickor och pojkar i årskurs 8 till deras deltagande i ämnet idrott och hälsa

The purpose of this study was to investigate what factors affect and motivate girls and boys in grade 8 to their participation in the subject of sport and health. For the purpose to be achieved, a quantitative method was used and, in order to interpret the result, an motivation theory was used to categorize the students' motivational factors.  The quantitative method consisted of a digital questionnaire that the students answered via a link. The questionnaire consisted of a number of questions answered by students in grade 8 and which were then compiled. The study was conducted at a high school school in a smaller town in Västra Götaland County. The survey consisted of a total of 93 students, of which 44 boys and 49 girls.  The result showed, among other things, that both boys and girls indicate that they participate in the subject because it is fun and because they can move. Almost half of the boys and about 30% of the girls indicate that they participate in order to get grades on the subject. Furthermore, the results of the study showed that both the girls and the boys think that the teacher's way of teaching has a bearing on motivation. They choose several different options but it is fun and interesting lessons and the teacher is happy and positive who gets the highest response rate. The lesson content in the subject of sport and health is also something that motivates both girls and boys according to the results. There are significant differences between the sexes, especially in the classroom music and movement. The result shows that the girls feel great motivation for music and movement while the boys have a significantly lower motivation for this content. The result, however, shows that both boys and girls are positively tuned and have a high motivation for both ball games, games and co-operative exercises.

Exploring the impact of parental church based ministry on the lives of clergy children : a critical reflection

Very little is known in the UK about how parental church-based ministry impacts the lives of their children. Clergy children themselves have rarely, if ever, been afforded the opportunity to formally express their views and opinions on this crucial aspect of their lives, to the extent that they have been described as a ‘lost voice’ in the Church. This thesis seeks to fill this gap in our knowledge with a combination of extensive literature reviews, data obtained from a Pilot Study using the social network system Facebook, and semi-structured interviews with six adult clergy children from different denominational backgrounds who are now ministers in their own right, and by so doing help raise their profile in the Christian community. Taken together, the data confirms that the church-based ministry of clergy parents does impact their children’s lives and that if responses are any indication, other clergy children too, are able to make their views and insights known if asked. In other words, their voices need no longer be “lost,” but can be heard. In so doing they offer a fresh perspective on the practice of church-based ministry. Based on these findings the thesis proceeds to outline the theological and practical implications for the practice of ministry with a call to affirm the importance of a person’s story in the task of theological reflection; to recognise the contribution of children’s insights to faith and practice, and the values on which pastoral care should be based as outlined by the participants themselves. It concludes by proposing that further research is required in order to ascertain the full extent on how church-based ministry impacts the lives of clergy children, a topic which in the UK still remains a largely unexplored aspect of Church life and practice.

The aim of the thesis is to identify and compare the organization of sports activities of academic clubs at selected universities. The goal of the thesis is to find out how students perceive the importance of university sports and how is the historical development of university sports reflected in its current form. The objective is fulfilled via qualitative research method enabled by explorative nature of research. The individual data from various sources collected by method of questioning, interviewing and study of documents were concentrated and subsequently evaluated. The thesis concludes that the organization of academic sports clubs is different in several examined criteria. Another conclusion is that students have positive attitude towards sport at universities and perceive it as an importance for them and for every university. The organization of academic sports clubs is bonded to traditions acquired through the historical development, but the importance is not as significant as in the past.

The thesis deals with the way the organization, meaning and symbolism I. Spartakiad held in 1955 in Czechoslovakia for the communist regime. In the introduction deals with political, economic, social and cultural situation after the World War II in Czechoslovakia. Then the thesis deals with the field of physical education and sport. It deals with the process of the unification of physical education in the interests of the communist party and its effects on the arrangement I. Spartakiad. A key issue is the demonstration of abuse traditions sports in Czechoslovakia, abuse Sokol festivals in order Spartakiad in terms of their organization and eventually themselves abuse masses protruding trainees. All this also presented an example of gymnastic songs, during which trainees through movements of their bodies to express a clear link to the communist symbolism.

The study seeks to investigate four preschool teachers’ views of making literacy learning a pleasurable experience in preschool class and to identify any differences in their views. The study is based on interviews with four teachers with at least ten years’ experience of work in preschool class. The teachers work in three different municipalities. The result shows that making literacy learning pleasurable is a complex concept, which means that a varied way of working is necessary so that as many pupils as possible will find learning to read a pleasurable experience. Above all, the teachers make learning to read a pleasure through shared activities, in which play, reading aloud and linguistic awareness are important elements in the teaching. The Bornholm model is a common denominator in the work of learning to read for the four preschool teachers, as a consequence of which the teachers’ views of making literacy learning pleasurable are relatively similar.
