No. of bitstreams: 1 OLIVEIRA FILHO NM 2014.pdf: 1629820 bytes, checksum: 28ec65a27945d0c04b59db318181c0d5 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014-06-12 / O presente trabalho busca investigar as consequências da prisão para as relações familiares dos presos, a partir de entrevistas realizadas no Complexo Penitenciário da Mata Escura, na Penitenciária Lemos Brito, com presos custodiados durante 10 (dez) anos ou mais no referido estabelecimento prisional. Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa em que se busca ressaltar a importância do discurso do apenado para a compreensão mais aperfeiçoada acerca da temática trabalhada. Ademais, observa-se que muitos profissionais se arvoram a estudar a problemática criminal e familiar, mas pouca credibilidade é conferida ao que os apenados, sujeitos com a maior e mais íntima experiência, tem a indicar. A pesquisa é deflagrada a partir do seu eixo criminológico, utilizando como marco teórico o paradigma da reação social – também chamado de definitorial -, no qual é possível estudar o fenômeno criminal sob um enfoque diferente daquele atinente à criminologia tradicional, ou seja, o fenômeno é concebido de maneira dinâmica e difusa, e não concentrado na pessoa do sujeito infrator, o que permite uma acepção mais ampla e interdisciplinar acerca do complexo e doloroso problema criminal. Dentro do primeiro eixo da pesquisa, investigou-se a família, indicando a dificuldade conceitual como também as mudanças que podem ser notadas hodiernamente. No segundo eixo da pesquisa, buscou-se a análise qualitativa dos materiais colhidos nas entrevistas. Por fim, foram analisados os dados colhidos nas entrevistas, viabilizando a construção de interpretações sustentadas na observação da realidade. / This study aims to investigate the prison implications for family relationships of prisoners, from interviews in Dark Forest Penitentiary in Prison Read Break with prisoners in custody for ten (10) years or more in that prison. It is a qualitative research that seeks to highlight the importance of the convict's speech to the more refined understanding of the crafted theme. Moreover, it is observed that many professionals flying to study the criminal and family problem, but little credence is given to the inmates, subjects with the largest and most intimate experience, has to be specified. The search is triggered from your criminological axis, using the theoretical framework the paradigm of social reaction - also called Definitory - in which it is possible to study the criminal phenomenon from a different approach that regards the traditional criminology, ie the phenomenon is designed in a dynamic and diffuse way, not concentrated in the person of the offender liable, which allows a broader, interdisciplinary meaning about the complex and painful crime problem. Within the first objective of the study, we investigated the family, indicating the conceptual difficulty as well as the changes that can be noticed in our times. In the second axis of research, sought a qualitative analysis of the material collected from the interviews. Finally, the data collected from the interviews were analyzed, enabling the construction of interpretations supported the observation of reality.
