Esses materiais são voltados, sobretudo, para professores e estudantes que frequentam esses locais em atividades escolares. Assim, buscou-se neste trabalho, compreender de que modo o design artefatos relaciona-se com as diferentes metodologias de ensino de arte, bem como compreeender de que modo eles se inserem nesses espaços. Como resultados nota-se uma relação direta do design com a metodologia de ensino empregada na visualidade do material. Assim, conclui-se que o design é de fundamental importância na arte-educação e deve ser valorizado nesse processo / The teaching of art is part of our lives in many places, school, studios, museums etc. in the case of museums they often worth of educational materials created for specific exhibitions or the site itself. This material is designed primarily for teachers and students who attend these places in school activities. Includes bibliography. / Resource centres have been in existence for some 15 years in the most educationally advanced provinces in South Africa and for some six years where most recently established. Little has been written about them and consequently the role they play in secondary schools is not well-known. The present study set out to determine the attitudes of pupils and teachers to the resource centre, and the patterns of use. It was hypothesized that the resource centre would be an integral part of the implementation of the school curriculum; that it would be an indispensable element of individualised learning and that resource-based teaching would be in evidence rather than resource-based learning.
