HUMAIN – o designu, umění, humanitních vědách a umělé inteligenci / HUMAIN – Design, Art, Humanities and Artificial Inteligence

Matějová, Alina Unknown Date (has links)
Artificial intelligence is a symptom of the future of the 1980s, a technological phenomenon esoterized by millions of lines of code, a spirit in a machine, an artist of generative design, a scarecrow fictionalizing dystopian surrealism. Artificial intelligence has been talked about for a long time, in various fields from information and communication technologies through sociology and political science to design and art. Czech scientific fetishism guarding the boundaries of disciplines, showing what we are and what the others are, where designers have nothing to say about the work of anthropologists and not at all programmers, who in turn can never know anything about philosophy or microbiology. Ivory towers protruding in the void suspecting those towers at a safe distance. The HUMAIN project and conference seeks to go against this and find common ground and common narratives between design, humanities and art. We are not talking about terminological multiplication, we do not want to bring interdisciplinary leveling. HUMAIN is a platform for finding a common language and establishing cooperation. We do not want William Gibson to write the future, but to reflect artificial intelligence from as many angles as possible and to aim for the greatest possible emancipation of people, robots and the planet.

Autorskoprávní ochrana a užití počítačových programů / Copyright Protection and the Use of Computer Programmes

Domin, Lukáš January 2022 (has links)
Copyright Protection and the Use of Computer Programmes Abstract In this diploma thesis, the author deals with copyright protection and the use of computer programmes. The aim of the work is to create the most comprehensive overview of the substantive law protection of computer programmes, including issues of use of a computer program by persons other than its author. The work is divided into three parts. The first, most extensive part (chapters 1-7) is devoted to the mentioned comprehensive overview of the substantive regulation of copyright protection of computer programmes. Part of this part is a short excursion into the history of computer programmes and related principles of legislation at the international and European level. The following is the definition of a computer program, including a brief explanation of how computer programs are created and what their functionality is. After that, the author deals in detail with the rights that are created to the software author by creating the software, always on specific cases from practice. The following is the issue of granting and exercising copyright in software, if it is created by a larger group of people who may act in different legal relationships. The sixth chapter discusses in detail the possibilities of using computer programmes by people other...

Autorskoprávní problémy vznikající v souvislosti s rozvojem umělé inteligence / Copyright problems emerging with development of the artificial intelligence

Jeníček, Michal January 2022 (has links)
Copyright problems emerging with development of the artificial intelligence Abstract Artificial intelligence is becoming increasingly present in every aspect of our lives which as a consequence creates many different challenges that the law needs to respond to. One of these challenges is the issue of copyright protection of artistic works created with the facilitation of artificial intelligence. Prior to this massive development of artificial intelligence, the authorship of artistic works has not been much of an issue, since computers have traditionally been considered as mere tools in the process of work creation and a person using this tool has been considered as the author. However, in the case of artistic works created with a certain degree of involvement of artificial intelligence, the creative contribution of its user can often be negligible, and as such arises a question whether these works should even be protected by copyright and if so, who should be the author. The primary objective of this thesis is to analyze current legislation regarding artistic works and the author of these works, to look at examples of contemporary artistic works made by artificial intelligence and whether such works may be, in certain conditions, considered as artistic works in the legal sense and if so, whether it is...

Význam rozvíjení emoční inteligence na 1. stupni základních škol / Significance of developing emotional intelligence in primary schools

Rázková, Tereza January 2015 (has links)
This master thesis aims to describe the strategies, methods and forms of work which are effective to promote emotional intelligence in the primary classroom. The theoretical part defines terms related to the topic such as emotional intelligence and its key components. It also deals with the curricular education to emotional intelligence. The aim of the empirical part is based on qualitative method, in-depth interviews and it deals with the questions how teachers think about the concept of emotional intelligence, which methods do they use for developing it and with which problems are they faced with. The empirical part will also provide an insight into the foreign language material which focuses on development of emotional intelligence. Key words: Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-control, empathy, personal motivation, relationship skills.

Teorie inteligence a jejich význam pro pedagogickou teorii a praxi / Theories of intelligence and their significance for educational theory and practice

KOTLÍN, Roman January 2013 (has links)
The thesis deals with theories of intelligence and their significance for pedagogical theory and practice. The first part of the thesis describes theories of intelligence, specific theories of intelligence, mental retardation, causes of mental retardation, and focus on the relationship between theories of intelligence and pedagogical theory and practice. The second section presents an overview of current educational theories and practices, the education of gifted children and education of mentally retarded children. The last part deals with the range of leisure activities for gifted children and children with mental disabilities.

Word2vec modely s přidanou kontextovou informací / Word2vec Models with Added Context Information

Šůstek, Martin January 2017 (has links)
This thesis is concerned with the explanation of the word2vec models. Even though word2vec was introduced recently (2013), many researchers have already tried to extend, understand or at least use the model because it provides surprisingly rich semantic information. This information is encoded in N-dim vector representation and can be recall by performing some operations over the algebra. As an addition, I suggest a model modifications in order to obtain different word representation. To achieve that, I use public picture datasets. This thesis also includes parts dedicated to word2vec extension based on convolution neural network.

Využití SAT solverů v úloze optimalizace kombinačních obvodů / Application of SAT Solvers in Circuit Optimization Problem

Minařík, Vojtěch January 2019 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the task of application of SAT problem and it's modifications in area of evolution logic circuit development. This task is supposed to increase speed of evaluating candidate circuits by fitness function in cases where simulation usage fails. Usage of SAT and #SAT problems make evolution of complex circuits with high input number significantly faster. Implemented solution is based on #SAT problem. Two applications were implemented. They differ by the approach to checking outputs of circuit for wrong values. Time complexity of implemented algorithm depends on logical complexity of circuit, because it uses logical formulas and it's satisfiability to evaluate logic circuits.

Využití prostředků umělé inteligence na kapitálových trzích / The Use of Means of Artificial Intelligence for the Decision Making Support on Stock Market

Vaško, Jan January 2011 (has links)
Diploma thesis deals with analyzing the possibility of using artificial intelligence, specifically artificial neural networks and fuzzy logic, on the capital markets as a tool to support decision making in business. The Matlab software is used for this purpose. The work is divided into three parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge, brief description of the current situationin is covered in a second part and the theoretical solutions are applied to the system in the third section.
