The diploma thesis focuses on the development of business activities of company TOS KURIM a CKD BLANSKO. The thesis summarizes the analysis of external and internal environment alongside with the main factors and provides a SWOT analysis. The results are proposals and recommendations which can be beneficial to the company to improve and contribute to the long term development through sales increase, competitiveness of the company, as well to build a stable position in the global market.

Teplota vzduchu je nejčastěji používaná k posouzení tepelného stavu vnitřního prostředí. Avšak teplota vzduchu sama o sobě, je v mnoha případech pro toto posouzení nedostatečná. Hlavním cílem disertační práce je vyhodnotit tepelný stav vnitřního prostředí a specifikovat parametry, které na něj mají vliv. Teplota vzduchu, střední radiantní teplota, rychlost vzduchu a vlhkost vzduchu jsou čtyři základní parametry, které určují tepelný stav vnitřního prostředí. Vzhledem k tomu, že tepelný stav prostředí závisí na mnoha aspektech, byly odvozeny veličiny, které zahrnují kombinovaný účinek několika nebo všech těchto parametrů k určení tepelného stavu prostředí. Jedná se např. o efektivní teplotu, teplotu kulového teploměru, operativní teplotu, ekvivalentní teplotu, PMV a PPD indexy... aj. V dnešní době existuje spousta vysoce přesných senzorů, které mohou zhodnotit tepelný stav vnitřního prostředí. Z důvodu jejich vysoké ceny jsou používané převážně pro účely výzkumu. Předkládaná práce se převážně soustředí na vývoj kompaktního deskového senzoru pro vyhodnocení tepelného stavu vnitřního prostředí. Zaměřuje se hlavně na nízkou cenu senzoru společně s dostatečnou přesností. K dosažení cíle této práce jsou provedeny následující postupy: • Analýza environmentálních faktorů ovlivňujících tepelný stav prostředí. • Studium dopadu teploty vzduchu, střední radiantní teploty a rychlosti proudění vzduchu na tepelné indexy: teplotu kulového teploměru a operativní teplotu. • Teoretické porovnání teploty kulového teploměru a operativní teploty. • Navržení, rozvoj a konstrukce nového deskového senzoru pro posouzení tepelného stavu vnitřního prostředí. • Navržení a konstrukce testovací komory pro porovnávání senzorů tepelného stavu prostředí. • Kalibrace zkonstruovaného senzoru měřením fyzikálních veličin charakterizujících tepelný stav prostředí. • Testy směrové závislosti vyvinutého deskového senzoru a porovnání s kulovým teploměrem v testovací komoře. • Srovnání teoretických řešení s provedenými měřeními v testovací komoře. Výsledkem této práce je vlastní teoretické srovnání teploty kulového teploměru a operativní teploty ve vybraném rozsahu teploty vzduchu, střední radiantní teploty a rychlosti vzduchu pro možnost hodnocení tepelného stavu vnitřního prostředí pomocí kulového teploměru. Hlavním výstupem je však navržení a zhotovení jednoduchého deskového senzoru, který by byl dostatečně přesný pro měření tepelného stavu prostředí. V rámci disertace byla postavena také testovací komora a bylo provedeno testování vyvinutého senzoru pomocí měřicího systému INNOVA.

This diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the financial situation of the internationally operating company HST Hydrosystémy s.r.o. regarding and its investment decisions making. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the definition of theoretical background, which will be used in other parts of this thesis. The second part describes the strategic position of the company in the market of technological units for water management. Furthermore, the financial situation in the period 2015–2019 is evaluated. The last part of the diploma thesis deals with the investment plan for the construction of an administrative building.

The aim of this thesis „Business Plan for development of a company“ is to provide a solution how to develop this company to success in order to stabilize and win a better position on the current market.

The goal of this thesis was to do a complete strategic analysis of the company D.I.S., spol. s r.o. in order to asses the options of its further developement. The strategic analysis incorporates external and internal analysis of the company including the assesment of risks and the outcomes of financial analysis. The result of this thesis are suggestions and alternative strategies for the company D.I.S., spol. s r.o.

The thesis is focused on strategic analysis of the selected company. To analyze the external environment is used SLPETA analysis, Porter's 5 forces model and to analyze the internal environment the 7S. The results are summarized with a SWOT analysis and the conclusion of the work are given possible recommendations and proposals for sub-strategic objectives. All recommendations comply with the rules SMART and are in line with company strategy.

The main subject of the thesis "Communication strategy of company" is analyzing the current state of the communication mix, based of the analysis result and marketing re-search to design a suitable communication mix. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part focuses on the theoretical interpretation and definition of important marketing concepts, communication mix, marketing environment and marketing re-search. The second part introduces basic information about reconditioning a studio and analyses the external and internal environment and based on marketing research the suit-able segment is chosen. The last part of the thesis evaluates the current state of the communication mix and based on the results of the second part of the thesis a new communication mix of reconditioning studio Figuraline is proposed.

Diploma Thesis evaluates levels of management in the OHL ZS, a.s. company with respect to their employees´ age and abilities. It analyzes the current state of the organization and its environment in relation to a selected group of workers (50+). External and internal environment of the construction company and access of its strategy is evaluated in the area of Age Management. Research is performed through a questionnaire survey among employees. On the basis of learned and analyzed information the overall evaluation of the state of AM in the organization is brought to effect and then a solution is suggested and some possible changes are recommended. The aim is to propose possible measures to strengthen the level of Age Management in this company.

Diploma thesis Expanding of company Oční optika Věra Mišurcová s.r.o. is dealing with creating real business plan applied on opening new optican store. The main goal is analyse currant situation, set up a new proposals witch will lead to improvement. Also thesis will serve as business plan for expansion of company. Results will help stabilize company and improve position of company on market.

This thesis deals with the quality of the external and internal environment and the possibility of interaction. Resolves components, pollutants and sources of pollutants that are contained in the external and internal air and thus influence around us all. The theoretical part describes the resources, limit concentration or additional filtering of the individual substances. Are summarized in detail the possibility of air exchange and ventilation in buildings intended for public gatherings. Another part of the treatment methods solve indoor environmental quality (grade of primary school) according to the changes of air flow, ventilation options and the impact of external environment on indoor air quality. It also includes a proposal for forced ventilation of the building of the school. In the experimental part, I focused on the evaluation of the concentration of carbon dioxide in the external and internal environment and the possibilities of noise pollution. In conclusion, there are variants commented and evaluated.
