Volta Redonda, RJ. / O intuito desse trabalho é propor um método de apoio ao processo ensino-aprendizagem de física, podendo, também, ser aplicado a outras disciplinas, com as devidas adaptações às suas realidades, através de uma metodologia envolvendo atividades investigativas. Essa proposta objetiva provocar um maior interesse pela ciência, melhorando a relação entre o conteúdo de sala de aula com a prática acadêmica, buscando associar a teoria com o cotidiano do aluno, além de atuar no desenvolvimento de competências como o aprimoramento da capacidade de trabalho em equipe, assim como aquelas relacionadas à investigação e compreensão. O método empregado proporciona uma melhoria da visão crítica do aluno, contribuindo para sua formação como cidadão. Como produto associado a esta pesquisa, elaboramos um documento a parte, voltado para uso por parte dos docentes da Educação Básica, do modo a facilitar a aplicação dessa proposta em sala de aula. / This work's goal is to propose a method to help the process of teaching and learning Physics, which could also be applied to any subject, with proper adaptations to their realities, through a methodology that involves investigatives activities. There is also the goal to bring the student to a higher interest in science, improving the relationship between the classroom content and the academic practice, searching an association between theory and the students' daily lives, not to mention the development of skills such as the enhancement of group work capacity, as well as initiative and rationality. The employed method promotes an improvement on the student's critical view, strongly contributing for the citizen's formation. As a product associated to this Dissertation, we elaborated an extra document that can be used by Basic Education teachers applying this proposal in the classroom.

1 Criminal law aspects of police provocation Abstract in English This diploma thesis deals with definition of possibly the most exact limit between legal entry of prosecuting authorities to the factual act of the crime and inadmissible police provocation. Following this determination of the limits, which is the main aim of the thesis, it gives the tightest definition of police provocation, it solves possible criminal law consequences of police provocation and it brings a brief analysis of admissibility of further forms of behaviour that can result in an intention of other person to commit a crime. For this purpose the thesis is divided into 4 chapters. The first chapter deals with the problem of police provocation in a broader context of fight against organized crime. It is highlighted the necessity of really careful consideration of the tools and the amount of their usage when fighting organized crime so that their deployment means tolerable rate of interference with human rights and freedoms. The second chapter follows, which deals with general introduction of tools used to fight not only organized crime.
