No. of bitstreams: 1 265362.pdf: 506278 bytes, checksum: 9548eb3fcd428229a8f97fcd3c0b924a (MD5) / Esta pesquisa analisa a utilização dos Laboratórios de Informática inseridos nas escolas públicas da rede municipal de Itabuna - BA, com a finalidade de mostrar um relato aos setores que envolvam a informatização no ensino, objetivando criar formas de aperfeiçoamento a esta prática como proposta para a melhoria do ensino em todas as modalidades A investigação se preocupou primeiramente em fazer um levantamento junto ao Núcleo Tecnológico Educacional dos professores capacitados em Informática Básica e Educativa, bem como das ações deste Núcleo por ser o órgão responsável em toda a região por este tipo de capacitação, bem como pelo processo de acompanhamento das escolas conveniadas ao Programa Nacional de Informática na Educação - PROINFO. Em segundo lugar, fez-se uso das informações em questionários aplicados aos professores destas escolas, dando prioridade à sua formação e os depoimentos sobre a prática pedagógica nos Laboratórios de Informática. O resultado mostrou que existe uma preocupação do educador em inserir o computador em sua prática pedagógica, por perceber ser este um método que gera resultados positivos na formação do indivíduo em uma sociedade cada dia mais exigente e comprometida com o mercado da informatização. Uma outra contribuição deste trabalho é trazer à pauta dos órgãos governamentais o problema de resistência do professor na adaptação da tecnologia ao seu cotidiano, dando-lhes subsídios necessários para investir em um processo contínuo de capacitação destes profissionais em Informática Educativa. This research analyzes the use of the Computer science Laboratories present at the public schools of the county of Itabuna - Bahia, with the purpose of showing a report to the sectors responsible for the informatization in the teaching, aiming to create ways of improvement of this practice as a proposal for the improvement of teaching in all modalities. The investigation concentrated firstly in making a research with the teachers' Educational Technological Nucleus qualified in Basic and Educational Computer science, as well as of the actions of this Nucleus for being the responsible organ in the whole area for this kind of training, as well as for the accompaniment process of the schools according to the National Program of Computer science in the Education - PROINFO. In second place, it was made use of the information in applied questionnaires to the teachers of these schools, giving priority to their formation and the depositions on the pedagogic practice in the Computer science Laboratories. The result showed that there is a concern of the educators in inserting the computer in their pedagogic practice, for noticing that this is a method that generates positive results in the individual's formation in a society that's more demanding day by day and committed with the information market. Another contribution of this work is to bring up to the government organs the problem of the teachers' resistance in the adaptation of the technology to their daily life, giving them necessary subsidies to invest in a continuous process of these professionals' training in Educational Computer science.

The meanings and experiences of social life were analyzed from the cultural studies perspective, historiographic current heterogeneous in their approaches, but it focused on the subject the senses of their actions rather than it structures. It has its initial goal in 1967 when was created the São Pedro settlement and the first occupations, and outcome in 2002, when, by the first time, the association of people organized a seminar to discuss the end of Renting. Within the framework of urban illegality, these individuals built their homes, provided the area of social significance and gave the steps to urbanize the district. This study also discusses the power and limits of the law against the political action of private agents and public power which is the official laws formulator and arbiter of the land conflicts. Through oral history, it articulates impressions, interpretations and meanings of Renting on the experience of housing and the constitution of the São Pedro district. It also examines the importance of oral history as an instrument of change, since the oral parts were essential to the decrees publication that banned the collection of the forum / Nesta dissertação, analisam-se as narrativas de sujeitos que imprimiram um significado diferente ao contrato jurídico que estabelecia as condições de posse e morada. Os significados e as experiências sociais de vida foram analisados sob a ótica dos estudos culturais, corrente historiográfica heterogênea em suas abordagens, mas que centraram nos sujeitos os sentidos de suas ações e não nas estruturas. Este estudo tem sua baliza inicial em 1967, quando teve início o loteamento São Pedro e as primeiras ocupações, e o seu desfecho em 2002, quando, pela primeira vez, a Associação de Moradores organiza um seminário para discutir o fim do aforamento. Dentro dos marcos da ilegalidade urbana, esses sujeitos edificaram suas casas, dotaram o espaço de significado social e deram os passos (mutirão) fundamentais para a urbanização do bairro. O trabalho discute, também, o poder e os limites da lei frente às ações políticas dos agentes privados e do próprio Poder Público, que é o agente formulador de leis e árbitro dos conflitos fundiários. Por meio da história oral, articula as impressões, interpretações e sentidos do aforamento na experiência de moradia e na constituição do bairro São Pedro. Analisa, ainda, a importância da história oral como instrumento de mudança, uma vez que os depoimentos orais foram peças imprescindíveis para a publicação dos decretos que proibiram a cobrança do foro
