Personalo paieškos komunikacijos modelis Lietuvos bei ES darbo rinkoje / Communication model of staff searching in the labour market of lithuanian and es

Šios dienos darbo rinkoje vis aktualesnis klausimas: Koks būdas pats patikimiausias ieškant darbuotojo ir kaip ieškantysis darbo lengviausiai gali jį rasti? Koks personalo paieškos komunikacijos modelis sėkmingai padėtų išspręsti šį klausima? Darbo tikslas – nustatyti naudojamą personalo paieškai komunikacijos modelį (-us): dalyvių (darbdavio ir darbuotojo) tikslus bei apsikeitimą informacija. Siekiant darbo tikslo nustatomas personalo (darbdavio bei darbuotojo požiūris) kompetencijos modelis - „sėkmingo darbuotojo“ modelis, susietas su esminėmis kompetencijos sritimis bei personalo paieškos komunikacijos modelio dalyvių pageidavimais bei lūkesčiais. Pagrindiniai darbo uždaviniai: nustatyti reikalavimus personalo kompetencijai Lietuvos darbo rinkoje iš darbdavių bei iš darbuotojų pusių, atlikti šių reikalavimų palyginamąją analizę, nustatyti personalo poreikius LR bei ES šalyse bei nustatyti ir išanalizuoti Lietuvos darbuotojų bei studentų išvykimo iš Lietuvos į ES šalis priežastis. Sprendžiant darbo uždavinius, darbe nustatomi bei analizuojami darbuotojo ir darbdavio kompetencijos modeliai. Analizuojant gautus darbuotojo ir darbdavio kompetencijos modelius, nustatoma kaip sutampa darbuotojų ir darbdavių komunikacija, nagrinėjamos komunikacijos nesutapimo priežastys bei siūlomos darbuotojo ir darbdavio kompetencijos modelių suderinimo būdai. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / Today, many organizations meet the problems of shortage of suitable employees and employees’ migration. There is a large amount of job offers in the press, there are plenty of them in the internet, and staff recruitment companies are also submerged with orders. In today labour market, the questions of what staff searching method is the most reliable and of how the job seeker could find a place are becoming more vital. What communication model of staff searching would help to successfully resolve this problem? The object of this master thesis work is requirements for staff competences indicated in the recruitment advertisements. The requirements for staff competences are analyzed on the basis of information of search and selection companies (recruitment advertisements, research, publications on employment, recommendations about estimation of staff competencies, and other information). The purpose of the work is to find out a communication model being used for staff searching: communication members (employer and employees) intentions and information exchange. KARIŲ BAZINĖS KOMPETENCIJOS VERTINIMO MODELIS / SOLDIER‘S BASIC COMPETENCY EVALUATION MODEL

According to works’ data of research and periodic literature of Lithuanian and foreign scientist authors about conception and structure of competency and analyzing specifics of soldier’s work. The model of consultant competency evaluation is applied, also, to evaluate the soldier’s competency components missing in their competence are reveled and the most effective foreseen ways of soldier’s basic competence are offered. The results of research were published in scientific conference of students “Junior scientist 2006” and some of the results were applied successfully in Lithuanian grand duke Algirdas’ mechanize infantry battalion for calculation of soldiers training results.
