Целью исследования является разработка методических подходов и рекомендаций по развитию бережливого обслуживания в крупных торговых компаниях. Предметом исследования выступает организационно - управленческая деятельность по развитию бережливого обслуживания в крупных торговых компаниях. В работе использовался метод теоретического анализа, табличный метод представления и обработки информации, а также обоснована необходимость реализации принципа «вытягивания ценности» с помощью определенного алгоритма в крупных торговых компаниях в рамках проектного подхода. / The aim of the study is to develop methodological approaches and recommendations for the development of lean services in large trading companies. The subject of the study is the organizational and managerial activities to develop lean services in large trading companies. The work used the method of theoretical analysis, a tabular method of presenting and processing information; the work substantiated the need to implement the principle of «drawing value» using a specific algorithm in large trading companies as part of the project approach.

В выпускной квалификационной работе рассматриваются теоретические аспекты повышения вовлеченности сотрудников в процессы перехода компании на бережливые технологии, проанализированы и оценены результаты внедрения практик бережливого производства на российских предприятиях, по результатам исследования разрабатывается методический подход для повышения вовлеченности сотрудников в процессы перехода компании на бережливые технологии. В рамках исследования предлагается проект по созданию авторской маркетинговой системы «бережливого отношения» компании к сотрудникам, включающую в себя основные аспекты, имеющие значение для сотрудников. / In the final qualification work, the theoretical aspects of increasing the involvement of employees in the processes of the company's transition to lean technologies are considered, the results of the implementation of lean manufacturing practices in Russian enterprises are analyzed and evaluated, based on the results of the study, a methodological approach is developed to increase the involvement of employees in the processes of the company's transition to lean technologies. As part of the study, a project is proposed to create an author's marketing system of the company's "lean attitude" towards employees, which includes the main aspects that are important for employees.

В магистерской диссертации рассмотрены теоретические аспекты управления процессом внедрения лин-технологий в деятельность образовательных организаций. Систематизированы современные модели управления образовательной организацией и определено понятие «вытягивающая модель обучения». Исследованы основные тенденции развития российских учреждений дополнительного образования. Проведен анализ потребностей в сфере дополнительного образования и осуществлена диагностика основных ценностей данного направления. Разработана концепция проекта на основе «вытягивающей модели обучения» и классификации видов потерь, возникающих в процессе обучения, по организации научно-технической направленности. Разработан план мероприятий по реализации проекта в МКУ ДО Байкаловский районный ЦВР. Определены риски проекта, мероприятия по их снижению и дана оценка эффективности проекта с позиций ключевых участников. / The master's thesis examines the theoretical aspects of managing the process of implementing lean technologies in the activities of educational organizations. Modern models of educational organization management are systematized and the concept of "stretching model of training"is defined. The main trends in the development of Russian institutions of additional education are studied. The analysis of needs in the field of additional education is carried out and diagnostics of the main values of this direction is carried out. The concept of the project is developed on the basis of the" pulling model of training " and classification of types of losses that occur in the learning process, according to the organization of scientific and technical orientation. An action plan for the implementation of the project in the MCU TO Baykalovsky district Central Park was developed. The project risks and measures to reduce them are identified, and the project effectiveness is evaluated from the positions of key participants.
