This work investigates the impact of illegal logging moldavites on selected environmental components. The aim was to assess the significance of adverse effects according to established criteria and subsequent evaluation. The assessment process was conducted in the village Slavče in South Bohemia in the period from April 2008 to March 2011. Adverse effects were evaluated mostly as long-term, but with the possible return to its original state. The work is to propose measures to improve the situation.

In einem Forschungsprojekt wurden Finanzmitteleinsatz und Finanzmittelbedarf für die praktische Umsetzung von Naturschutz- und Landschaftspflegemaßnahmen in Sachsen bilanziert. Die Betrachtung erfolgte auf Kreis- und auf Landesebene. Analysiert wurden der Aufwand für Biotoppflege, Restrukturierung und Erfordernisse des spezifischen Artenschutzes. Dem finanziellen Bedarf wurden Ausgaben im Rahmen der relevanten Förderrichtlinien aus dem Referenzjahr 2009 gegenübergestellt. Als Vergleichsmaßstab für die längerfristige Bedarfsentwicklung und den realisierten Finanzmitteleinsatz diente die Landschaftspflegekonzeption aus dem Jahr 1999. Weiterhin wurde ein Konzept zum Aufbau eines Monitoring- und Prüfsystems für den Einsatz von Finanzmitteln in Naturschutz und Landschaftspflege erarbeitet. Der Bericht fasst die Ergebnisse des Projektes zusammen und dient unter anderem als Informationsgrundlage zur Vorbereitung neuer Förderprogramme.

This thesis deals with the reservation of a territorial system of ecological stability in the projects of landscape planning. The first part contains a review of literature describing landscaping, territorial system of ecological stability and landscape protection. The main objective of the second part is to compare the current state of the project and territorial system of ecological stability in three selected model projects aimed at landscape planning. The selected area is located in the CHKO Železné hory and includes areas of increased environmental price. The work includes analysis of valuable landscape elements and their inclusion in landscaping projects.

Thesis title Legal regulation of nature and landscape conservation in Brdy Protected landscape area Abstract The topic of this thesis is an analysis of the Brdy Protected landscape area from the point of view of nature and landscape conservation and its legislative regulation as well as some practical problems raising out from the new legislative regime of this territory. The thesis is focused on the description and analysis of specific legal institutes, especially the special territorial conservation of nature, which has been chosen taking into account the specifics of the protection regime in this area of protected landscape territory. The thesis is conceptually divided into two parts. The first deals with the general legal regulation of nature and landscape conservation, when it is connected with the second part which deals only with the Brdy Protected landscape area. The thesis consists of an introduction, seven chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter is focused on nature and landscape conservation in terms of progression of legislative regulation applicable within our borders, comparation of advantages and disadvantages of major scientific approaches to such protection, and their incorporation into international and national law, with inclusion of introduction of the institutional structure of...

Die Broschüre berichtet über Entwicklung und Erprobung nutzungsintegrierter Schutzmaßnahmen für gefährdete Vogelarten. Alle Maßnahmen sind grundsätzlich geeignet, die Bestände von Rebhuhn, Kiebitz und Feldlerche positiv zu beeinflussen. Die Akteure wurden für Belange des Artenschutzes sensibilisiert, ihre Zusammenarbeit gestärkt. Für Landwirte, Naturschützer, Jäger und Behörden stellt die Publikation eine Grundlage dar, um Schutzmaßnahmen umzusetzen.

In this direction, the study of establishments of the type feefishing , that they had been created in small farms located in surroundings of the São Paulo metropolis, have for purpose, the attainment of data that make possible an analysis of the geographic space, in order to consider the creation of projects that they allow a new use of public and private areas, and that they are come back to the improvement of the ambient quality in the urban centers. For in such a way, data searched had been systemize of way quantitative and qualitative in graphs and tables, what appreciation guaranteed detailed of establishments searched and of its proprietors and frequentadores, what allowing to conclude that these feefishing had started to be a viable alternative for refuncionalização and conservation of urban and agricultural spaces, as much in public areas, as in particular areas / Esta dissertação teve por objetivo pesquisar o papel dos pesqueiros no cotidiano da Cidade de São Paulo, sob a perspectiva da conservação da paisagem geográfica em um modelo produtivo e sustentável de ocupação do solo e dos recursos naturais, no tempo atual e histórico da pesca urbana. Neste sentido, o estudo de estabelecimentos do tipo pesque-pague , que foram criados em sítios localizados no entorno da metrópole paulista, teve por finalidade, a obtenção de dados que possibilitou uma análise do espaço geográfico, a fim de propor a criação de projetos que permitam um novo uso de áreas públicas e privadas, e que estejam voltados à melhoria da qualidade ambiental nos centros urbanos. Para tanto, os dados pesquisados foram sistematizados de maneira quantitativa e qualitativa em gráficos e tabelas, o que garantiu uma apreciação detalhada dos estabelecimentos pesquisados e de seus proprietários e frequentadores, permitindo concluir que esses pesqueiros passaram a ser uma alternativa viável para a refuncionalização e a conservação de espaços urbanos e rurais, tanto em áreas públicas, como em áreas particulares
