Esta dissertação de mestrado parte das inquietações, dúvidas, certezas e questionamentos de um professor de matemática que admite a reflexão sobre a prática de ensinar matemática, como o ponto de partida para ação do professor. Percorrendo diferentes caminhos até chegar à Educação Matemática de Jovens e Adultos, esta dissertação tem por objetivo: apontar especificidades desta modalidade de educação; qualificar minha formação profissional; e apresentar uma proposta de trabalho para o estudo do tratamento da informação em uma classe de jovens e adultos. Através do desenvolvimento de uma proposta didática, em uma turma de anos finais do ensino fundamental de EJA, e fundamentando-se nos jogos de linguagem, nas semelhanças de família e na matemática normativa do II Wittgenstein, aponto para a existência de diferentes práticas sociais de mobilização de cultura matemática que, por se tratarem de práticas distintas, com jogos de linguagem e regras de significação próprias, só podem ser significadas em seu contexto de origem. / This dissertation starts due to some concerns, doubts, certainties and questions of a math teacher who admits to thinking about the practice of teaching mathematics, as the starting point for action of the teacher. Traversing different paths to get to the Mathematics Education of Youths and Adults, this thesis aims to: point out specificities of this form of education; qualify my professional training, and submit a work proposal for the study of information processing in a class of young and adults. By developing a proposal for teaching in a class of final year of elementary school to adult education, and basing it in language games, in family similarities and in II Wittgenstein's normative mathematics, I point to the existence of different social practices mobilization of mathematical culture that, due to the fact they are related to different practices, with language games and own rules of signification, can only be meant in their origin contexts. / Esta tesis parte de algunas de las inquietudes, dudas, certezas y preguntas de un profesor de matemáticas que se admite a pensar en la práctica de la enseñanza de las matemáticas, como punto de partida para la acción del profesor. Atravesando diferentes caminos para llegar a la Educación Matemática de Jóvenes y Adultos, esta tesis tiene como objetivos: identificar características específicas de esta forma de educación; calificar mi formación profesional, y presentar una propuesta de trabajo para el estudio del procesamiento de la información en una clase de jóvenes y adultos. Mediante el desarrollo de una propuesta para la enseñanza en una clase de último año de escuela primaria a la educación de adultos, y apoyándose en los juegos de lenguaje, en las similitudes de familia y en las matemáticas normativas de II Wittgenstein, apunto a la existencia de diferentes prácticas sociales de movilización de la cultura matemática, que por relacionarse con prácticas diferentes, con los juegos de lenguaje y reglas de significación propias, sólo se pueden decir en sus contextos de origen.

This diploma thesis, Didactic exploitation of the francophonie in the Oceania, resulted from insufficient outcomes of a questionnaire focusing on the francophonie and francophone facts of the overseas territories located in the Pacific Ocean. The diploma thesis consists of three main parts which are subsequently divided into subchapters. The first part explains the choice, focus and targets of the questionnaire and provides its evaluation as well. The theoretical part aims at clarifying and defining receptive and productive competence from a didactic viewpoint with regard to language level A2 and B1, given by CEFRL. The practical part follows with a description of created worksheets always containing exercises that aim firstly at receptive competence - listening, and then at productive competence - speaking. Texts together with exercises focus mainly on culture and tradition, then on language situation and language oddities of the following French overseas territories in the Pacific Ocean: French Polynésia, Wallis and Futuna, Vanuatu and New Caledonia. O estudo propõe um diálogo entre a Ciência da Informação e Filosofia da Linguagem para discutir as questões de informação pública sobre o ponto de vista epistemológico e aplicado. Para esta abordagem teórica, adota-se parte dos conceitos da segunda fase de pensamento de Ludwig Wittgenstein, a saber, ―jogos de linguagem‖, ―semelhança de família‖, ―formas de vida‖ e ―regras‖, encontrados, predominantemente na obra Investigações Filosóficas, como forma de contribuir para a compreensão do uso das noções ―informação pública‖, ―transparência pública‖ e ―desinformação‖. O estudo tem como procedimento metodológico a pesquisa descritiva, bibliográfica e documental, tendo por foco analítico as legislações internas pesquisadas nos sites dos Tribunais de Contas do Brasil, na busca da aplicação da Lei nº 12.527, de 18 de novembro de 2011 (Lei de Acesso à Informação – LAI). Tais legislações, que visam à promoção da transparência através dos serviços prestados, podem ser compreendidas nesta pesquisa a partir das semelhanças e dessemelhanças entre as Cortes de Contas estudadas. As noções wittgensteinianas possibilitam entender as dimensões histórico-institucionais a partir do modo como estas comunicam suas transformações, evidenciando que a pragmática da linguagem influencia na constituição das práticas sociais cotidianas. Assim, a análise da linguagem em sua inserção contextual passa a ser vista como uma ferramenta de compreensão da LAI e de sua aplicação. / The research highlights the importance of promoting transparency in the access to public information, with the focus of analysis the Audit Courts of Brazil. The study proposes a dialogue between the Information Science and Philosophy of Language to discuss the public information issues on the epistemological point of view and applied. For this theoretical approach, we adopt part of the concepts of the second phase of thought of Ludwig Wittgenstein, namely "language games", "family resemblances", "life forms" and "rules" found predominantly in work Philosophical Investigations, in order to contribute to the understanding of the use of the concepts "public information", "public transparency" and "disinformation". The study's methodological approach descriptive research, bibliographic and documentary, with the analytical focus the national legislation surveyed in the portals of the Audit Courts of Brazil, seeking the application of Law n. 12.527 of 18 November 2011 (Access Law to Information - LAI). Such legislation, aimed at promoting transparency through the services provided, can be understood here from the similarities and dissimilarities between the Accounts of Cortes studied. The notion of "language games" makes it possible to understand the historical and institutional dimensions, showing that the pragmatics of language influences the constitution of everyday social practices. Thus, the analysis of language in its contextual integration is seen as an understanding tool of LAI and its application.

The work called Fashion as a Differend presents the demands of critics of fashion and shows that they are in decomposition with its definition as defined by J. - F. Lyotard in the context of a postmodern condition. It argues that discourse overriding the demands of fashion critics is asymetrical with discourse within which fashion is defined. It turns out that there is a logical paradox with regard to the essence of fashion, which is transience or rapid change (at least as fast a change in society) and the floating demand for slowing down, stability and other criticisms that are linked to its transformation.
