Šio darbo tikslas – nustatyti, kokie aplinkos veiksniai veikia organizacijų veiklą bei kokia jų įtaka organizacijos veiklos gerinimui, panaudojant anketas. Magistro darbe yra išanalizuoti ir susisteminti įvairių Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinės literatūros šaltiniai apie organizacijas, jų vidinę ir išorinę aplinką bei jos svarbą organizacijų veiklai. Apklausti vadovaujamą darbą dirbantys asmenys bei vartotojai. Gauti duomenys apdoroti SPSS programa. Iš dalies patvirtinta hipotezė, jog vadovaujantį darbą dirbantys darbuotojai nepakankamai domisi organizaciją supančia aplinka bei jos įtaka organizacijos veiklai. / The purpose of this work is to identify what environmental factors influence organization’s performance and how they influence the organization’s performance improvement by using the questionnaire forms. Master work analyses and systemizes different Lithuanian and foreign authors’ sources of scholarly literature about the organizations, their internal and external environment and its significance to the organizations’ performance. The author of this work questioned consumers and the managing people. The received data were processed by SPSS program. It partly confirmed the hypothesis that employees performing the managing work don’t show enough interest to the organization‘s performance improvement.

Alksnytė, R. Rėmimo organizavimo ypatumai paslaugų sferoje AB „TEO LT“ pavyzdžiu: magistro darbas/vadovas doc. Dr. V. Dubinas; Šiaulių universitetas, Vadybos katedra,- Šiauliai, 2007. Šiame darbe buvo atliktos teorinės rėmimo organizavimo ypatumų tyrimų studijos, parinkta rėmimo organizavimo ypatumų tyrimo metodika, adaptuota praktikos lygmenyje, pateikiant atitinkamų tyrimo rezultatų analizę ir interpretaciją. Darbą sudaro teorinė rėmimo ir reklamos analizė, ekspertų požiūrio į rėmimo organizavimo ypatumus tyrimas, vartotojų požiūrio į rėmimo organizavimo ypatumus tyrimas, išvados ir pasiūlymai. Atliekant teorinę rėmimo organizavimo analizę, buvo atliktos užsienio ir Lietuvos mokslinių darbų, nagrinėjančių rėmimo organizavimą, studijos. Vykdant ekspertų tyrimą, buvo atlikta anketinė AB „TEO LT“ darbuotojų apklausa – buvo apklausti 20 įmonės darbuotojų. Kadangi organizuodama rėmimą įmonė plačiai naudoja vieną iš jo elementų, t. y. reklamą, tad ir anketoje didžioji dalis klausimų buvo skirti reklamai. Vykdant antrąjį tyrimą, buvo atlikta Šiaulių apskrities vartotojų apklausa anketomis, siekiant išsiaiškinti vartotojų požiūrį į rėmimo organizavimą. Apklausta 200 respondentų. Buvo atlikta tyrimų metu gautų duomenų analizė ir rezultatų interpretacija. Pateiktos darbą apibendrinančios išvados ir pasiūlymai. / Alksnytė, R. Peculiarities of Sponsorship Arrangement in Services Sector Following AB “TEO LT” Example: Master’s final paper/scientific leader doc. Dr. V. Dubinas; Siauliai University, Department of Management,- Siauliai, 2007. This paper deals with the research study of the peculiarities of sponsorship arrangement and the selected methodology for the research of sponsorship organization peculiarities; the methodology hereof being adapted on practical level providing it with the investigation and interpretation of the corresponding research results. The paper includes theoretical analysis of sponsorship and advertising, investigation of the viewpoint of experts towards the sponsorship organization peculiarities, investigation of the viewpoint of consumers towards the sponsorship organization peculiarities, conclusions and suggestions. While carrying out the theoretical analysis of the organization of sponsorship, the study of foreign and Lithuanian scientific works that deal with sponsorship organization issues has been made. In pursuance of the experts’ research, a questionnaire-based survey of AB “TEO LT” employees has been conducted. 200 employees of the company were involved. This work analyses Business Rule methodology and its benefits against traditional software development concepts. Business Rule methodology is observed, several methods of Business Rule classification are presented: Ross, MDC, GUIDE. The work assesses strengths and weaknesses of each model. GUIDE model is chosen for further development of Business Rules methodology. Suggested improvements of this model are presented. This work proposes improvements of GUIDE model, which includes Business Rule templates and repository schema. The benefits of using templates are analyzed and templates for structural and action assertion Business Rules are presented. The repository schema for structural and action assertion rules, which are specified using templates, is provided. The project of system, which uses Business Rule concepts and its suggested improvements, is provided. This system records and stores Business Rules in Business Rules repository. The system experiment, where proposed improvements are tested, is presented.

The tasks generating and their answers automatic checking problems of web-based assessment and testing systems was formulated in this document. The main tasks for thesis were set. The similar systems were analyzed and possible solutions reviewed. In this case, was decided to design the tasks generating and automatic checking software, which will resolve the tasks, brought to user’s recurrence, improve the skills checking. The technologies for this project realization were choused. The created software system was tested and the quality analysis was made. Finally, the experimental research was accomplished. All the research results showed that the raised problems were resolved.

Šio magistrinio darbo tema „Baudžiamoji atsakomybė už vagystę pagal Lietuvos Respublikos ir užsienio šalių baudžiamąją teisę“ yra aktuali šią dieną, nes vienas iš dažniausiai padaromų nusikaltimų ne tik Lietuvoje, bet ir kitose pasaulio valstybėse yra vagystė. Mūsų valstybė šio nusikaltimo kontrolei ir prevencijai skiria nemažą dėmesį, todėl šiandien yra aktualu paanalizuoti vieną iš dažniausiai padaromų nusikalstamų veikų nuosavybei – vagystę, kuri padaro žalą nuosavybei ar sukelia tokios žalos grėsmę. Vagysčių rūšys yra gana įvairios ir jų padarymo būdai nuolat tobulėja. Tai įtakoja prieštaringas nuomones, taikant ir aiškinant vagystės sudėties požymius. Nevienoda ir teismų praktika, taikant Lietuvos Respublikos baudžiamojo kodekso 178 straipsnį, todėl vagystės sudėties ir vagystę kvalifikuojančių požymių analizė naudinga baudžiamojo įstatymo taikymo praktikai. Magistrinis darbas susideda iš įvado, 5 pagrindinių darbo dalių ir išvadų. Pirmojoje dalyje nagrinėjama vagystės samprata ir įstatymų reglamentuojančių šią veiką raida. Toliau analizuojama vagystės sudėtis, tai yra objektyvieji ir subjektyvieji šios nusikalstamos veikos požymiai. Trečiojoje dalyje nagrinėjami vagystę kvalifikuojantys požymiai, ketvirtojoje dalyje nagrinėjama vagystė kaip baudžiamasis nusižengimas. Magistriniame darbe taip pat nagrinėjamas vagystės atskyrimas nuo kitų panašių nusikalstamų veikų nuosavybei pagal Lietuvos Respublikos ir užsienio šalių baudžiamąją teisę. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The theme of this master thesis “Criminal responsibility for a theft according to the criminal law of the Republic of Lithuania and foreign countries” is relevant nowadays, because one of the most frequent crimes, not only in Lithuania but also in other foreign countries, is theft. Our country for the prevention and control of this crime gives quite a big attention, thus today it is relevant to analyze one of the most frequent criminal activities involving property – theft, which does harm to property or causes a threat for such harm. There is a big variety of thefts, and methods of its performance develop all the time. That influences the controversial opinions when applying and explaining the attributes of theft composition. As well as the courts‘ practise is not the same, when applying the 178th article of Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania, thus the analysis of theft composition and attributes, qualifying a theft, is useful for the application practise of criminal law. The master thesis consists of introduction, 5 principle parts of the thesis and conclusions. In the first part there is being analyzed the conception of the theft and the development of laws, regulating this activity.
