The thema of this diploma work is {\clqq}A policy market of the travel movementservices at the regional level``. The selected region, which I chaose, is region "Lipensko" - the part of Šumava. The work is separate to five main chapters. The first theretical part explains primary questions of tourism. In next chapter I direct to first inform with this region. Follows a part, in which I describe this region from tourism point of view. I deal with prezent requirements for tourism in this region. I analyse the duality and reach of tourism services, mainly accommodation services, commissaryman services, transport services and additional services. I executed questionnaire inquiry for intent this chapter. There is developed analysis SWOT too. In the end of this chapter I plane solutions, which could get better situacion for tourism services and so hold standard on relatively high attendance this region. Marketing policy in chapter synthesis concentrate on the improvement services especially in the housing and commissaryman arrangements. Further were suggested recommendation and possibilities of the new forms tourism services. This ideological suggestions constitute expansion of services of provincial travel movement, services of religious travel movement, congressional services, sociality {--} cultural services, animation services, educational services, security services, wellnes and communal services.

The aim of my work is to analyze the brand "Kvalitní potraviny z našeho regionu" and determine whether this brand has got the benefits its creator, Jednota České Budějovice. To achieve this goal, I chose a questionnaire survey and structured interview with marketing officer for Jednota, České Budějovice. In the first part of my work, I studied literature and current information about the issue. In this part I also contacted the Jednota, České Budějovice. In the practical part I implemented a questionnaire survey. The research I conducted in 13 stores Trefa in České Budějovice and Terno České Budějovice. To assess the hypotheses I also carried out price comparing and analysis of sales of foods involved in the project "Kvalitní potraviny z našeho regionu". In the end I suggested measures for Jednota, České Budějovice.

The topic of this diploma thesis was: Consumer marketing research for a chosen company. The research was done for the supermarket Albert. The aim of my thesis was to find out how opening of the commercial - traffic centre ``Mercury centrum{\crqq} has influenced shopping decisions and customer behaviour with respect to the supermarket Albert and, eventually, to propose a solution. I tried to analyse the marketing research process in detail in the theoretical part of my thesis. I tried to analyse the individual steps in detail and I followed these theoretical rules when working up the practical part of this thesis. Further, I dealt with the issue of shopping behaviour and consumers{\crq} decision-making process. In the practical part of this thesis I investigated shopping behaviour of both current and potential customers of the supermarket Albert using the marketing research. In order to acquire necessary information I decided for a personal attitude through questioning as it is supposed to be the most universal way of questioning. Randomly stopped people who went down the Lannova třída answered the questionnaires. I used computer software Microsoft Excel and Statistica 6.0 for evaluating the collected data. After evaluation of the gained data, I tried to propose some solutions that might lead to re-increase in revenues of this supermarket. Predominately I proposed steps that should make the current customers do their shopping more frequently and on a larger scale. Moreover, I believe that the supermarket Albert should try to lure new customers especially of the ranks of the students of the Faculty of Education.

The topic of the final-year dissertation is: Marketing information system (MIS) project in the respective company. I did my final-year dissertation at Lázně Aurora, s.r.o. in Třeboň.The objective of the dissertation was to analyse situation of the current MIS at Lázně Aurora and to compare it with the situation characterised in the bachelor{\crq}s degree dissertation. Marketing researches would follow. After analysing Lázně Aurora{\crq}s existing MIS, I came to the conclusion that the Internal Information System which Lázně Aurora has in place, is of a high standard. The company also has a good quality Reporting Information System. I see some shortcomings in Lázně Aurora{\crq}s Marketing Survey System, as the company focuses in its surveys on existing or past clientele only. This means that the company conducts only part of a comprehensive marketing survey, which is more a sales support or client retention attempts. At present, Lázně Aurora misses a marketing system to support decision making. As the cause of the MIS shortcomings I see the fact that at present demand exceeds supply, and therefore Aurora does not see the need to make full use of the MIS. I performed two marketing researches. In the first questionnaire survey I made use of the existing questionnaire of Lázně Aurora and applied it according to the Aurora{\crq}s management instructions only to the current clientele. On the basis of the shortcomings identified in the marketing research system of Lázně Aurora I proposed (as a part of the main goal of the final-year dissertation) a variant of the questionnaire survey, which is more correct from the marketing point of view. I have completely worked out a new marketing research on the basis of the questionnaire elaborated by me and applied it to the sample of randomly selected respondents from the wide public. The results generated from both questionnaire surveys were positive for Aurora, but nevertheless it would be advisable to conduct a series of further marketing surveys, focusing mainly on the needs and wishes of not only existing, but also prospective guests. I believe that in the future, collecting information from quality marketing surveys and correctly functioning MIS will be for Aurora essential for maintaining their competitiveness on the spa industry market.
