Vodoznačení statických obrazů / Image watermarking

Štágl, Luboš January 2009 (has links)
This diploma thesis is concerned in static pictures Security problems. That means, additional informations (watermark) are embedded to the original picture in a specific way. This complex picture structure (watermark) should be unremoval by different attacks runing processes. The main goal of this diploma thesis is realize two separated methods digital data watermarking in MATLAB program. For reason of a quite large scale of different watermarking methods are chosen at this time only two of take were choosen. First of the methods is Watermark injection in the spatial domain and the second in the freuquency domain. Both methods are set up in a special way and finish goals of the process. Expected result are, that digital picture user doesn't know about the watermarking technique was aplied on this picture and the watermarking data are the most resistant as possible as can be. These attacks were simulated in Checkmark program.

Development of Fluidity Measurement Technique and Automation of Measurement Station : Developing the existing Fluidity Measurement Station by automating the operation and measuring the fluidity digitally with MATLAB Image Processing Tools. / Utveckling av Fluiditsmätningsteknik och Automatisering av Mätstation

Ullal, Pratheek January 2019 (has links)
Bryne AB has invented a device called Loop for measuring the fluidity of molten metal. Loop is made up of refractory fiber material and has a dimension of 196 sq.mm within which there is an engraved spiral shaped runway for the molten metal to flow. The distance traveled by the molten metal in the spiral determines its fluidity and is measured visually by the operator with the help of the spiral scale printed on the Loop. A workstation is used to support the Loop for an easier and better working environment. At present, the entire operation of fluidity measurement is done manually. The aim of the thesis is to develop an automatic workstation for the fluidity measurement and find a technique to measure the fluidity without human visual aid. Further, an attempt has been made to find a way to store and retrieve the measured values for future use.   The automation of the workstation is done with the help of Arduino Uno circuit board for electrical connections and Arduino IDE for programming the circuit. MATLAB image processing tool is used for measuring the fluidity digitally.   The prototype of the automated workstation is built and showcases the ability to reduce the time and operational errors. The automation of the unplugging operation saves up to 7 seconds.  The digital measuring of the fluidity with FLIR thermal camera and MATLAB image processing tool does not show significant improvement in accuracy in measurement, but it reduces the dependency on the expertise of the operator. There is an error of 12.7% from the actual fluidity value.

Vytváření zvuků z obrazových dat / Synthesis of Sound from Images

Zavřel, Petr January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of sound from images. Before looking into the actual conversion of data, it takes into consideration the correlation between sound and images. Colour models of pictures used for the extraction of image data suitable for conversion into sound are examined here. Subsequently the work introduces methods for creating sound and changing its basic parameters. In order to present a suitable representation of sound, the work also explains the basics of music theory and methods of sound synthesis. The first part of the thesis offers two fully-fledged solutions using independent applications created in the MATLAB environment, where the basic principle is the division of the image into lines and the use of granular synthesis. The second part of the thesis describes the solution of the third application created in C++ language, where the emphasis is on adhering to the principles of music composition.

Vodoznačení statických obrazů / Watermarking of static images

Bambuch, Petr January 2008 (has links)
The thesis deals with the security of static images. The main aim is to embed the watermark into the original data so effectively, to avoid removal of the watermark with the use of simple and fast attacks methods. With developing of the watermarking techniques the technique of attacks are improved and developed also. The main aim of the attacks is to remove and devalue the hidden watermark in the image. The goal of the thesis is to check current techniques of static image watermarking and implement two methods of watermarking, which are to be tested for robustness against attacks.

Waveletová analýza a zvýrazňování MR tomografických a ultrazvukových obrazů / Wavelet analysis and enhancement of MR tomography and ultrasound images

Matoušek, Luděk January 2008 (has links)
Tomographic MR (Magnetic Resonance) and sonographic biosignal processing are important non-invasive diagnostic methods used in a medicine. A noise added into processed data by an amplifier of tomograph receiving part and by circuits of sonograph is resulting in a body organ diagnosis degradation. Image data are stored in a standardized DICOM medical file format. Methods using wavelet analysis for noise suppression in image data have been designed and their comparation with classical methods has been made in this work. The MATLAB was utilized for data processing and data rewriting back to the DICOM format.

Zvýraznění biomedicinských obrazových signálů / Enhancement of bio-medical image signals

Gregor, Michal January 2010 (has links)
When scanning biomedical images by magnetic resonance or ultrasound, unwanted elements in the form of noise are entered to the image. With help of various methods it is possible the noise from the image partially remove. There are many methods for noise reduction and every one works on a different principle. As a result of this the results of these methods are different and is necessary for them to be objectively assessed. There is use for the adjustment of the images wavelet transformation and some treshold techniques in the work. The quality of the resulting pictures is tested by the methods for objective quallity tests. Testing was done in the MATLAB program environment on the pictures from magnetic resonance and pictures from ultrasound.

Image and RADAR fusion for autonomous vehicles / Bild och RADAR för autonoma fordon

de Gibert Duart, Xavier January 2023 (has links)
Robust detection, localization, and tracking of objects are essential for autonomous driving. Computer vision has largely driven development based on camera sensors in recent years, but 3D localization from images is still challenging. Sensors such as LiDAR or RADAR are used to compute depth; each having its own advantages and drawbacks. The main idea of the project is to be able to mix images from the camera and RADAR detections in order to estimate depths for the objects appearing in the images. Fusion strategies can be considered the solution to give a more detailed description of the environment by utilizing both the 3D localization capabilities of range sensors and the higher spatial resolution of image data. The idea is to fuse 3D detections from the RADAR onto the image plane, this requires a high level of synchronization of the sensors and projections of the RADAR data on the required image.

Bradáč, Pavel January 2009 (has links)
This Master Thesis deals with image restoration using deconvolution. The terms introducing into deconvolution theory like two-dimensional signal, distortion model, noise and convolution are explained in the first part of thesis. The second part deals with deconvolution methods via utilization of the Bayes approach which is based on the probability principle. The third part is focused on the Alternating Minimization Algorithm for Multichannel Blind Deconvolution. At the end this algorithm is written in Matlab with utilization of the NAG C Library. Then comparison of different optimization methods follows (simplex, steepest descent, quasi-Newton), regularization forms (Tichonov, Total Variation) and other parameters used by this deconvolution algorithm.
