Guerrero Velarde, Nuria Muriel 01 July 2021 (has links)
This research aims to explore the relationship between secure base behavior and the styles and dimensions of adult attachment in dyads of mothers and their children in preschool years. This was done with a group of 20 mothers between the ages of 19 and 46 (M = 35.40, SD = 6.69), with children aged between 36 and 71 months (M = 55.90, SD = 10.06). The Attachment QSet 3.0 (AQS, Waters, 1995) was used to measure the child's secure base behavior, and the Relationship Questionnaire (RQ, Bartholomew & Horowitz, 1991) was used to measure adult attachment. Thus, moderate and inverse associations were found between the degree of identification of mothers with the preoccupied attachment style and the child's secure base behavior, on the one hand; and with the Pleasure in physical contact with the mother (PCM) scale, on the other. Likewise, a moderate and inverse association was found between the adult attachment anxiety dimension and the PCM scale; as well as a moderate and direct relationship, at the level of marginal significance, between this scale and the avoidance dimension of adult attachment. Based on the specific objectives, a moderate and direct relationship was found between the PCM scale and the presence of stressors suffered by the family in the last month; as well as a direct and moderate association, marginally significant, between the child's age and the scale of Smooth interactions with the mother (CIM).

Vexelman Kuperstein, Eric 23 June 2011 (has links)

Valdivia Ramirez, Elisa Marleny 20 July 2023 (has links)
This study aims to describe the bond with the mother figure in a group of female adolescents diagnosed with anorexia nervosa. As specific objectives, it seeks to explore the bond with the mother figure before the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa, explore the bond with the mother figure after the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa and explore the bond with other significant people. For this, a qualitative research of phenomenological design was carried out, through in-depth interviews. For this reason, a semi-structured interview was developed based on the theoretical review, with five axes, which were analyzed through thematic analysis. From the results, it was found that adolescents perceive a lack of attention from the mother towards their emotional needs, during childhood and early adolescence, and experience an ambivalent maternal bond (close - hypervigilant) during adolescence, after the diagnosis of anorexia nervosa. Likewise, regarding their links with other significant figures, it was found that adolescents tend to link through comparisons with other people, not considering themselves valuable and giving value to thinness. Thus, difficulties are observed in the bond with the mother figure and in the way in which they bond with their significant figures.

Laguna Sánchez, Miriam 10 September 2021 (has links)
This study aims to describe the characteristics of attachment in girls and boys of an Andean area of Ayacucho in Peru. The study of the early childhood comprises fundamental aspects of development such as the attachment. It is crucial to consider the socio-contextual variables that might influence direct or indirectly in its expression, mainly in diverse realities like the Peruvian ones. In an Andean area of Ayacucho - Peru, 34 mother-child dyads were observed at their homes. The children were between 24 to 36 months old and their mothers were between 18 to 40 years old. More than half of them completed 68% or all of primary school. For the natural environment observation, the AQS attachment was used; in order to obtain information in three levels: children have an attachment rate with a tendency to security; the dimension of pleasure from making contact with the mother is the closest to the theoretical ideal average; and children have a good disposition towards their caregivers and other adults, placing their mothers as a security base from where they actively explore their surroundings. No association was found between the security of attachment and variables of economic risk, but yet association with two emotional risks variables. Even with the economic constraints of communities in extreme poverty, this Andean context would be providing factors that protect the mother-child bonding. It is important to expand the study of the variables associated with the attachment from an integral and socio-cultural approach in order to know and respond in a timely manner to the infancy in a diverse context in Peru.

Lu Cáceres, Oriana Mabel 21 October 2020 (has links)
The main objective of this study is to analyze the relationship between coping strategies and anxiety levels of a group of 22 mothers, between 26 and 51 years old (M = 35.9, SD = 7.18), whose children were diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The participants had kids between 3 and 10 years old who attend a center specialized in child development placed in Lima Metropolitana. A group of 22 mothers of children without any developmental disorder also participated; the total sample consisted of 44 participants. We used the Multidimensional Coping Estimation Questionnaire COPE, adapted in Peru by Cassaretto and Chau (2016) and The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory by Spielberger and Díaz-Guerrero (1975). The strategies of active coping and support for instrumental help were the most used by mothers of children with ASD. The results indicated significant differences just in the strategies of behavioral disengagement between both groups. It also demonstrates that the group of mothers of children with ASD showed higher levels of Anxiety-state and lower levels of Anxiety-trait composed to mothers of children without any disorder. There were six significant correlations between some coping strategies and Anxiety-trait and three significant correlations with Anxiety-state. Finally, we found direct, strong and significant correlations between number of children and the strategies of planning (r=.70, p=<.001), suppression (r=.52, p=.01), with a high magnitude, and positive reinterpretation and growth (r=.39, p=.07).

Giannoni Chávez-Ferrer, Elisa 27 November 2020 (has links)
This is a single case study carried out in a brief psychoanalytic psychotherapy process. Its main objective is the analysis of the change in the relational configurations between a woman victim of violence and her daughter, as well as the detailed description and understanding of the configurations in two different moments: at the beginning and at the end of the therapeutic process. For this purpose, the relational configuration was identified in both phases, using the CCRT Lu S, to identify the central relational pattern and the D-RS to evaluate the mental representations of the self and the daughter. The results showed that in the first phase, with respect to the representations of the self, the patient scored a level 4 of development, with unitary and polarized descriptions, based mainly on denigratory characteristics. In the second phase it goes to a level 5, she can consider other aspects of the self, but they remain polarized. Regarding the representation of the daughter, the most prevalent strategy remained at level 3 in both phases, based on a low level of functioning, as an extension or mirror reflection of the self. The relational pattern presented changes in both the wishes and the responses. In relation to the first, the consultant, at in the first phase, wants to fulfill her responsibilities and in the last phase she wants to be determined by the daughter. In both phases she wants to support and be supported by the daughter, but towards the end she also wants her to fulfill her obligations and to approach the father. Finally, in both phases the client reacts feeling dissatisfied and fearful. / Tesis
